The disposable absorbent product of claim 33 in which the aforementioned anterior or posterior fastening element is the posterior fastening element and the area of maximum elasticity is provided in the vicinity of the posterior fastening element. 35. The disposable absorbent product, laid in a generally flat open state, in which the disposable absorbent product consists of: the central body, including the absorbent core; the anterior longitudinal edge and the posterior longitudinal edge opposite the anterior longitudinal edge, in which the anterior and posterior edges of The central body section defines at least some of the anterior and posterior waist sections, respectively, and this central body section is further characterized by a longitudinal centerline extending along the anterior and posterior edges; and a pair of perforated side panels extending longitudinally near the opposite lateral sides of the central body section, each side panel having a longitudinal tail edge where the anterior edge of the side panel is positioned closer to the anterior waist section of the central body section than to the posterior waist section of the side panel; a longitudinal tail edge opposite the longitudinal tail edge; a tail fastening section for securing the anterior and posterior waist sections of the central body section when the disposable absorbent product is fitted by the user, where the tail fastening section is formed by folded wings including the tail edge of the side panel and extending longitudinally through the tail edge of the central body section; and a number of elastomer filaments positioned at separate zones along the length of the side panels. To create a variable elastic condition in that region, where such variable elastic condition of the side panel increases generally in the direction from the front edge of the side panel to the rear edge of the side panel and will include a separate region of maximum elastic condition in the vicinity of the rear fastening section. 36. Method of making a disposable absorbent product, which includes the steps of: preparing a central body assembly which includes the absorbent core, longitudinal front edge and longitudinal rear edge opposite this longitudinal front edge. With this, the front and rear edges of this central body section will partially define the front and rear waist sections, respectively; and preparing a pair of through-elastic panels located in the vicinity of each side of the central body assembly, which will include the preparation of the top layer; the preparation of the bottom layer; and positioning a number of elastic pieces between the top layer and the bottom layer and along the length of the side panel to create lengthwise elastic condition in the vicinity of these elastic pieces, including the resulting variation of elastic condition. Along the length of the side panel to establish separate zones of elasticity in the area surrounding these elastic components. 37. The method of Reputation 36 where the procedure for providing a pair of stretched side panels includes the provision of a significant inelastic zone in this side panel. 38. The method of Reputation 37 where the procedure for providing a significant inelastic zone includes the provision of an area without elastic components, thus forming this significant inelastic zone. 39. The method of claim 41 in which the procedure for creating the resulting elasticity shall include the provision of a thicker number of elastomer fibers in the vicinity of the tail edge of the side panel than in the vicinity of the front edge of this side panel. 45. The method of claim 36 in which the procedure for positioning these elastic components shall include the provision of the area of maximum elasticity of the side panel in the vicinity of Adjacent to this rear fastening section, 46. The method of claim 36, which further includes the procedure of attaching each of the perforated side panels to the side edges of the said middle body assembly; 47. The method of claim 36, which such procedure of providing these perforated side panels includes the transverse extension of the top and rear panels of the said middle body assembly to provide the top and bottom layers of these side panels, respectively.
