Description

The present invention relates to a disposable absorbent article used in a state where a waist opening and a pair of leg openings are formed.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, in a pants-type disposable absorbent article, an elastic body that expands and contracts in the lateral direction is arranged around the waist of the wearer in order to improve the fit around the waist of the wearer.

As a disposable absorbent article of this type, as shown in Patent Document 1, a waist elastic body is provided in a waist opening portion which is arranged around the waist when worn, and the waist opening portion is easily expanded, so that the waist opening portion is prevented from slipping down during wearing. In order to prevent this, a configuration is known in which the stretching stress of the waist elastic body when stretched to a prescribed length is regulated within a prescribed range.

In addition, generally, the disposable absorbent article in the state of being worn with little deformation in the abdomen does not easily shift its position, and the tightening force of the lower abdomen is the strongest, so that the disposable absorbent article is firmly attached to the wearer's body. By supporting and weakening the tightening force of the iliac contact area to the minimum, it is possible to flexibly follow the expansion and contraction and deformation of the wearer's abdomen, and tighten the front waist edge area and the lower abdomen contact area. A configuration is known in which the iliac contact region is prevented from slipping off by increasing the force.

特開2012−192165号公報JP 2012-192165 A 特開2012−200295号公報JP, 2012-200295, A

However, in the configuration of Patent Document 1 described above, by setting the extension stress of the waist elastic body, it is possible to improve the easiness of opening the opening and prevent it from slipping off, but an equivalent fit property cannot be obtained depending on the body type. , Depending on the body shape of the wearer, the feeling of wearing may deteriorate.

Further, in the configuration of Patent Document 2, the wearer's front side (abdominal side) waist portion also expands and contracts. Therefore, in order to correspond, not only the iliac contact area but also the area contacting the front waist portion are similarly tightened. Although it is considered necessary to weaken the force, if the tightening force is weakened, the fit as a whole is lowered, and it tends to slip off, which may worsen the feeling of wearing.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a disposable absorbent article that is excellent in wearing feeling.

Hereinafter, the configuration of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 1, 1 indicates a disposable absorbent article. The disposable absorbent article 1 is, for example, a pants-type disposable diaper for adults or for incontinence.

The disposable absorbent article 1 includes an absorbent article body 2 having a longitudinal direction and a width direction in a developed state.

In this absorbent article body 2, an abdominal part 3, a crotch part 4, and a back part 5 are sequentially arranged along the longitudinal direction.

In addition, the absorbent article body 2 is arranged at a substantially central portion in the width direction so that the substantially rectangular absorption body 6 is arranged at least in the crotch part 4, and the back side of the absorption body 6 which is the wearer's clothes side. The exterior sheet 7 is disposed on the.

The absorbent article body 2 is arranged such that the abdomen 3 and the back 5 are opposed to each other so that the absorbent body 6 is inside, and the abdomen 3 and the back 5 both end portions in the width direction. By joining them together, as shown in FIG. 2, one waist opening 8 is formed in the upper portion, and a pair of leg-surrounding openings 9 are formed in the lower portion to form a pants-type shape.

Such a disposable absorbent article 1 is put into a pant-type shape shown in FIG. 2 from the unfolded state shown in FIG. 1, and is worn along the body over the abdomen, crotch and back of the wearer's waist. That is, in the state in which the disposable absorbent article 1 is worn, the abdomen 3 is arranged corresponding to the abdomen of the wearer, the crotch 4 is arranged corresponding to the inseam of the wearer, and the back 5 is worn. It is arranged corresponding to the person's back.

The absorbent body 6 has a substantially rectangular top sheet 11 located on the front side which is the wearer side, and a substantially rectangular back sheet 12 located on the back side which is the wearer's clothing side. An absorber 13 is arranged between the topsheet 11 and the backsheet 12.

Further, the absorbent main body 6 is sealed by joining the topsheet 11 and the backsheet 12 with, for example, an adhesive in a state where the absorber 13 is sandwiched between the topsheet 11 and the backsheet 12. Has been done.

That is, in the absorbent body 6, as shown in FIG. 3, the top sheet 11, the absorber 13, and the back sheet 12 are sequentially laminated in the cross-sectional direction.

The topsheet 11 is a liquid-permeable (liquid-permeable) sheet that can permeate excreted liquid such as urine, and is appropriately formed of a sheet material such as woven fabric, non-woven fabric, film and synthetic resin.

The back sheet 12 is a liquid-impermeable (impermeable) sheet body that does not allow the excreted liquid to pass therethrough.

The back sheet 12 has a back inner sheet 14 located on the absorber 13 side and a back outer sheet 15 laminated on the outer side of the back inner sheet 14.

The back inner sheet 14 and the back outer sheet 15 are liquid impermeable, respectively, and are appropriately formed of sheet materials such as woven cloth, non-woven cloth, film and synthetic resin.

The absorber 13 has a so-called substantially hourglass shape in which a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction is cut inward in an arc shape toward the inner side in the width direction and constricted.

Further, the absorbent body 13 is made of absorbent fiber such as pulp and water absorbent material such as super absorbent polymer, and can sufficiently absorb the excreted liquid.

Further, the absorbent body 13 is covered between the topsheet 11 and the backsheet 12 in a state in which the surface on the wearer side is covered with the surface tissue 16 and the back surface on the wearer's clothes side is covered with the backside tissue 17. It is provided.

The absorbent body 6 has flaps 18 at both ends in the longitudinal direction in which the absorbent body 13 does not exist.

The flap portion 18 is composed of portions of the topsheet 11 and the backsheet 12 that extend outward in the longitudinal direction from the absorber 13.

Then, the excreted liquid of the wearer is permeated through the topsheet 11 and absorbed by the absorbent body 13, and is retained by the backsheet 12 so that the absorbed excreted liquid does not leak to the backside which is the wearer's clothes side. It

Further, the back outer sheet 15 of the back sheet 12 has an extending portion 21 extending outward in the width direction from the absorber 13, the top sheet 11 and the back inner sheet 14.

The extending portion 21 is folded back toward the topsheet 11, and the flap elastic bodies 22 are arranged at both ends of the extending portion 21 in the width direction in a state of being extended along the longitudinal direction of the extending portion 21. Is set up.

Then, when the flap elastic body 22 contracts, the inner end of the folded-back extending portion 21 rises so as to separate from the topsheet 11 to become a three-dimensional gather 23, and the liquid excreted from the absorbing body 6 to the outside is collected. Prevent leakage.

The exterior sheet 7 is disposed on the back sheet 12 of the absorbent body 6 on the outer side which is the wearer's clothing side. That is, the absorbent body 6 and the exterior sheet 7 are laminated in the cross-sectional direction.

The exterior sheet 7 also includes an exterior inner surface sheet 24 located on the wearer side (absorption body 6 side) and an exterior outer surface sheet 25 located on the wearer's clothing side.

The exterior inner surface sheet 24 and the exterior outer surface sheet 25 are formed of, for example, a sheet of woven fabric or non-woven fabric, and are preferably liquid impermeable in order to prevent leakage of excreted liquid into clothes. The exterior inner surface sheet 24 and the exterior outer surface sheet 25 may be formed of a composite sheet so that the sheets themselves have elasticity.

Such an exterior sheet is a so-called substantially hourglass type in which a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction is cut inward in an arc shape toward the inner side in the width direction and bound.

The outer sheet 7 has a crotch portion at the substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction that constitutes the crotch portion 4 together with the absorbent body 6, and one end side in the longitudinal direction of the constricted portion constitutes the abdominal portion 3, and the constricted portion. The other end portion side in the longer direction constitutes the back side portion 5.

Further, a pressing sheet 26 is arranged on the surface of the exterior inner surface sheet 24 in the exterior sheet 7 so as to overlap the longitudinal end portions of the absorbent main body 6 with the longitudinal end portions thereof. That is, the longitudinal edge of the absorbent body 6 is covered with the pressing sheet 26.

Further, in the exterior sheet 7, the length of the exterior outer sheet 25 in the longitudinal direction is longer than the length of the exterior inner sheet 24 in the longitudinal direction, and the exterior outer sheet 25 is held by the waist opening 8 at the ends of the pressing sheet 26 and the exterior inner sheet 24. It is folded back to cover the edge.

In the abdominal part 3 and the back part 5, between the exterior inner surface sheet 24 and the exterior outer surface sheet 25 of the exterior sheet 7, the waist elastics 27 as a plurality of thread-like elastic bodies are provided around the wearer's waist. That is, they are arranged in a state of being stretched in the width direction of the absorbent article body 2.

Then, these waist elastics 27 are capable of expanding and contracting in the width direction of the absorbent article body 2, that is, the lateral direction of the wearer when the disposable absorbent article body 2 is in use. Therefore, when worn, the waist elastic 8 is expanded by expanding the waist opening 8, and in the worn state, the waist elastic 27 is contracted so that the abdomen 3 and the back 5 are worn. Close to the person's torso.

Further, in the crotch portion 4, a plurality of (for example, three) central elastic bodies 28 that are expandable / contractible in the longitudinal direction are arranged in the central portion in the width direction.

These central elastic bodies 28 are arranged between the back inner sheet 14 and the back outer sheet 15 so as to be spaced apart at equal intervals in the width direction of the absorbent article body 2 in the stretched state.

Then, the central elastic body 28 is capable of expanding and contracting in the longitudinal direction when the disposable absorbent article 1 is in use, and by contracting, the absorbent body 6 is deformed so as to bulge inward (on the wearer side) and wearer. Adheres to your inseam.

Here, the abdominal part 3 is located in the longitudinal direction of the disposable absorbent article body 2 in the longitudinal direction of the abdominal part 3, which is located substantially in the center of the abdominal part 3, and is located closer to the waist opening 8 than the abdominal part 31. It has an abdomen upper part 32 and an abdomen lower part 33 located closer to the crotch part 4 side than the abdomen middle part 31. That is, the abdominal part 3 is divided into regions of the abdominal upper part 32, the abdominal middle part 31, and the abdominal lower part 33 in order from the waist opening 8 toward the crotch part 4 side.

In addition, the back side part 5 is a back side middle part 34 located substantially in the center of the back side part 5 in the longitudinal direction of the disposable absorbent article body 2, and a back position located on the waist opening 8 side from the back side middle part 34. It has a side upper portion 35 and a back lower portion 36 located closer to the crotch portion 4 side than the back middle portion 34. That is, the back side portion 5 is divided into regions of the back side upper portion 35, the back side middle portion 34, and the back side lower portion 36 in order from the waist opening 8 toward the crotch portion 4 side.

The ventral upper part 32 and the dorsal upper part 35 correspond to locations above the wearer's iliac crest, and the ventral middle part 31 and the dorsal middle part 34 are located from the wearer's iliac crest to the upper anterior iliac spine. The ventral lower portion 33 and the dorsal lower portion 36 corresponding to the surroundings are divided with the region corresponding to a portion below the superior anterior iliac spine as a guide.

More specifically, for example, a region of 3 cm below the waist opening 8 is defined as an abdominal upper part 32 and a back upper part 35, and a region of 8.5 cm downward from the lower ends of the abdominal upper part 32 and the back upper part 35. Are the abdominal midsection 31 and the dorsal midsection 34, and areas 5 cm below the lower ends of the abdominal midsection 31 and the dorsal midsection 34 are the abdominal lower section 33 and the dorsal lower section 36.

The end of the absorbent main body 6 on the ventral side 3 side in the longitudinal direction is arranged so as to overlap the ventral lower part 33 in a plan view, and the end of the absorbent main body 6 on the back side 5 side in the longitudinal direction is It is arranged so as to overlap the lower back 36 in a plan view. That is, the absorbent body 6 is arranged from a part of the abdominal part 3 to a part of the back part 5.

It is preferable that the flap portion 18 in which the absorber 13 does not exist in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 6 is arranged so as to overlap the abdomen lower portion 33 and the back lower portion 36 in a plan view. That is, it is preferable that both ends in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 13 do not overlap the abdominal lower part 33 and only the flap part 18 overlap the abdominal lower part 33 and the dorsal lower part 36.

The waist elastics 27 are provided in the abdomen upper part elastic body 37 arranged in the abdomen upper part 32, the abdomen side middle elastic body 38 arranged in the abdomen side middle part 31, and the abdomen side lower part 33. The lower abdominal elastic body 39, the upper back elastic body 40 arranged in the upper back 35, the central middle elastic body 41 arranged in the middle back 34, and the lower lower 36. And a back side lower elastic body 42.

In the abdominal portion 3, extension stress is applied to the abdominal upper portion 32 based on the contracting force of the abdominal upper elastic body 37, and extension stress is applied to the abdominal central portion 31 based on the contracting force of the abdominal middle elastic body 38. Then, a tensile stress is applied to the lower ventral side 33 based on the contracting force of the lower ventral elastic body 39.

Further, in the back side portion 5, extension stress is applied to the back upper portion 35 based on the contraction force of the back upper elastic body 40, and extension stress is applied to the back middle portion 34 based on the contraction force of the back middle elastic body 41. Is applied, and a tensile stress is applied to the lower back side 36 based on the contracting force of the lower back elastic body 42.

Then, in the abdominal portion 3, the extension stress of the abdominal lower portion 33 is set to be larger than both the extension stress of the abdominal upper portion and the extension stress of the abdominal middle portion.

In the back side portion 5, the extension stress of the back side upper portion 35 is set to be larger than both the extension stress of the back side lower portion 36 and the extension stress of the back side middle portion 34.

In the abdominal side portion 3 and the dorsal side portion 5, the tensile stress of the abdominal lower portion 33 is set to be larger than any of the tensile stresses of the other regions.

In the ventral side part 3 and the dorsal side part 5, it is preferable that the tensile stress of the ventral lower part 33 is the largest and the tensile stress of the dorsal upper part 35 is the second largest.

Furthermore, the tensile stress of the ventral lower part 33 is the largest, the tensile stress of the dorsal upper part 35 is next large, the tensile stress of the ventral middle part 31 is smaller than the tensile stress of the dorsal upper part 35, and the tensile stress of the ventral upper part 32 or more. It is more preferable that the extension stress of the back middle portion 34 is smaller than that of the abdomen upper portion 32 and equal to or more than the extension stress of the back lower portion 36. That is, the tensile stresses in the abdominal part 3 and the dorsal part 5 are more related to each other by the abdominal lower part 33> the dorsal upper part 35> the abdominal central part 31 ≧ the abdominal upper part 32> the dorsal central part 34 ≧ the dorsal lower part 36. preferable.

The difference in the tensile stress between the ventral side portion 3 and the back side portion 5 is that elastic members 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 having different cross-sectional areas are used. Use of elastic materials having different tensile stresses as 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, adjustment of stretch ratio when fixing each elastic body 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, each elastic body 37, 38 , 39, 40, 41, 42 adjustment of the longitudinal arrangement interval and laminating another sheet body on the exterior sheet 7 on which the elastic bodies 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 are arranged. It is changed according to factors such as the above, and is appropriately set.

For example, a 470 dtex polyurethane elastic body (product name: Lycra Fiber, manufactured by Toray Operontex Co., Ltd.) is used for the abdominal upper part 32, the abdominal central part 31, the dorsal central part 34 and the lower dorsal part 36. 37, ventral middle elastic body 38, dorsal middle elastic body 41 and dorsal lower elastic body 42, and the same type of elastic body of 940 dtex is used for the abdominal lower part 33 and the dorsal upper part 35. The body 39 and the upper back elastic body 40 are provided.

When the elastic bodies 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 are fixed, the stretch ratio of the ventral lower elastic body 39 is 2.5 times, and the stretch ratio of the back upper elastic body 40 is 2.3. By doubling, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, the extension stress of each region in the ventral side portion 3 and the back side portion 5 is adjusted.

In addition, in FIG. 4, the result of having measured the tensile stress of each area | region of the ventral side part 3 and the back side part 5 by the tensile tester is shown. In FIG. 4, A represents the tensile stress of the ventral lower part 33, B represents the tensile stress of the dorsal upper part 35, C represents the tensile stress of the ventral middle part 31, and D represents the tensile stress of the ventral upper part 32. , E represents the tensile stress of the lower back portion 36, and F represents the tensile stress of the central back portion 34.

In the measurement of this extension stress, the ventral upper part 32, the ventral central part 31, the ventral lower part 33, the dorsal upper part 35, the dorsal central part 34 and the dorsal lower part 36 are opened from the ventral part 3 and the dorsal part 5 to the waist opening. Samples in each region were obtained by cutting in parallel with the edge of the portion 8 (the end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 2).

In addition, the joints located at both ends of the sample (both ends in the width direction of the absorbent article body 2) are fixed to the fixtures of the tester, and the tester is arranged so that the region between the joints can be expanded and contracted. The sample was installed.

In such a state, the distance between the fixtures when the sample was not stretched was set to 100%, and each sample was stretched by pulling at a pulling speed of 300 mm / min until the distance was 160%. After that, the stress when contracted until the separation distance became 130% was taken as the tensile stress.

The region where the pressing sheet 26 was laminated was taken as the tensile stress in the laminated state. In addition, when a sheet other than the exterior sheet 7 is laminated, the tensile stress is set to correspond to the worn state.

And when contracted to 130%, the tensile stress of the ventral upper part 32 is 0.24 N / cm, the tensile stress of the ventral middle part 31 is 0.26 N / cm, and the tensile stress of the ventral lower part 33 is 0.47 N / cm, the upper back 35 has a tensile stress of 0.43 N / cm, the middle back 34 has a tensile stress of 0.18 N / cm, and the lower back 36 has a tensile stress of 0.16 N / cm. Met. That is, the tensile stress of the ventral lower part 33 was the largest, and then the tensile stress of the dorsal upper part 35 was the largest.

The abdominal upper part 32 is folded back at the waist opening 8 of the exterior outer sheet 25, so that the contraction is suppressed. Further, the lower back side 36 has a lower tensile stress than the middle back side 34 because the lower back side 36 has a region where the pressing sheet 26 and the absorbent body 6 are laminated, so that the contracting force is suppressed. This is because.

The expansion rates of the abdominal upper elastic body 37, the abdominal middle elastic body 38, and the abdominal lower elastic body 39, which are elastic bodies disposed in the abdominal portion 3, are the same as those of the elastic body disposed in the back portion 5. It is preferable that the extension ratios of the upper back elastic body 40, the middle back elastic body 41, and the lower back elastic body 42 are higher.

Specifically, the natural length of each elastic body 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 is set to 1, and each elastic body 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, when being stretched and fixed to the exterior sheet 7, When the length of 42 is L, the extension ratio is represented by L / l.

When the expansion rate is changed depending on the regions of the abdomen 3 and the back 5, the expansion of the region of the abdomen 3 is higher than that of the region of the back 5 facing each other. It is preferable to set it, and it is more preferable that the stretch rate of the elastic body in each region of the abdominal portion 3 is higher than the stretch rate of the elastic body in any region of the back side portion 5.

Further, since the wearer generally tends to have a shorter circumferential length in the upper waist than in the lower waist, the total extension rate of the ventral upper part 32 and the dorsal upper part 35 is It is preferred that it is higher than the total stretch ratio of the lower part 36.

The leg opening 9 has a front leg elastic 43 and a rear leg elastic 44 arranged along the notched arc-shaped portion of the exterior sheet 7 forming the leg opening 9. , A front leg gather 45 and a rear leg gather 46 are configured.

That is, the front leg gather 45 is provided with the elastic body 43 around the front leg that is capable of expanding and contracting along the opening (arc) on the ventral side 3 side in the leg opening 9, and the rear leg gather 46 is around the leg. An elastic body 44 around the rear leg that is capable of expanding and contracting is arranged along the opening (arc) of the opening 9 on the back side 5 side.

A plurality (three) of the front leg elastic body 43 and the rear leg elastic body 44 are arranged at equal intervals along the arc of the edge of the leg opening 9.

The tensile stress of the front leg gathers is set to be larger than the tensile stress of the rear leg gathers 46. That is, the extension rate of the front leg elastic body 43 is set higher than that of the rear leg elastic body 44 so that the extension stress of the front leg gathers becomes larger than the extension stress of the rear leg gathers 46.

Next, the operation and effect of the first embodiment will be described.

In general, the abdomen repeatedly expands and contracts due to various factors such as swelling due to breathing and eating, and changes in body posture in the standing and sitting positions.

Therefore, the disposable absorbent article body 2 corresponds to the abdomen 3 and the back 5 on the abdomen upper portion 32 corresponding to above the iliac crest of the wearer, and from the iliac crest to the vicinity of the upper anterior iliac spine. By setting the stretching stress of the ventral middle portion 31 to be smaller than the stretching stress of the lower ventral side 33 corresponding to the lower part of the superior anterior iliac spine, the abdomen of the wearer is not over-tightened and the abdomen of the wearer is expanded. Since the abdominal part 3 of the absorbent article body 2 expands and contracts as the shrinkage changes, it is possible to maintain an appropriate fit property in a worn state.

Further, in general, the ventral lower part 33 corresponding to the upper anterior iliac spine having less abdominal distension change than the vicinity of the upper iliac crest or the iliac crest around the upper anterior iliac spine is the ventral upper part 32 and Even if the stretching stress is made larger than that of the abdominal middle portion 31 to make it difficult to expand and contract, the wearing feeling is less likely to be deteriorated. Therefore, by setting the stretching stress of the lower abdominal portion 33 to be large, the absorbent article body 2 can be worn on the trunk of the wearer. You can fit it tightly around.

In this way, the abdominal lower part 33, which is a region closer to the crotch part 4 than the abdomen upper part 32 and the abdominal middle part 31, is firmly fitted to the wearer, so that the absorbent main body 6 is stably placed at an appropriate position for the wearer. It can be held at the position, and position shift can be prevented.

Further, due to the large tensile stress of the abdominal lower part 33, when the pad type disposable absorbent article which is a separate body is used together, for example, the front side portion of the pad type disposable absorbent article is held so as to be pressed to the wearer side. Therefore, the displacement of the pad-type disposable absorbent article can be prevented.

Unlike the abdomen, the back is generally less likely to expand or contract due to breathing or eating, and is less likely to change due to changes in body posture. It is not necessary to set the tensile stress low in order to maintain the fit of the.

Further, generally, the upper waist circumference located above the iliac crest of the wearer is shorter than the waist circumference below the iliac crest.

Therefore, even if the stretching stress of the abdominal upper portion 32 is set to be small, the stretching stress of the upper upper waist can be increased by increasing the stretching stress of the back upper portion 35, so that the absorbent article body 2 is displaced. It can be prevented from falling.

Further, since the iliac crest, which is the reference of the upper region, is the uppermost part of the pelvis, increasing the extension stress of the upper girth above the pelvis allows the absorbent article body 2 to shift downward when worn. It can be held so as to be caught on the pelvis, and the absorbent article body 2 can be prevented from slipping off.

Furthermore, the abdominal girth of the lower abdomen generally tends to increase with age, and a gap with the disposable absorbent article 1 tends to occur in the lower abdomen of the wearer. In addition, if the circumference difference between the lower abdominal part 33 and the abdomen central part 31 is large, it is affected by the extension of the abdominal central part 31, and the lower abdominal part 33 does not follow the wearer and a gap remains. there is a possibility.

Therefore, by increasing the extension stress of the abdominal lower part 33, even if the wearer has a large abdominal circumference of the lower abdomen, the abdominal lower part 33 is easily followed by the wearer, and even for wearers of various body types, It is easy to fit around the waist so that no gap is created between the lower part of the ventral side 33.

In general, as the buttock lowers and the bulge disappears with aging, the difference in circumferential length between the lower girth and the middle girth tends to be larger than the circumferential length difference between the upper girth and the middle girth for the wearer. There is.

Therefore, by making the tensile stress of the abdominal lower portion 33 larger than the tensile stress of the back upper portion 35, it is possible to easily fit around the waist even for wearers of various body types.

As described above, in the ventral side portion 3, the extension stress of the ventral lower portion 33 is larger than the extension stress of the ventral upper portion 32 and the ventral middle portion 31, and in the back portion 5, the extension stress of the back upper portion 35 is lower. 36 and the dorsal middle part 34 are larger than the stretching stresses, and in the ventral side part 3 and the dorsal part 5, since the stretching stress of the lower ventral side 33 is larger than the stretching stress of the other regions, the upper ventral side 32 and the ventral middle part. Since the elasticity of 31 is secured and it is possible to cope with the expansion and contraction of the abdomen without being overtightened, and the lower abdominal part 33 and the back part 5 can be kept in close contact with the wearer to prevent positional displacement, The feeling can be improved.

In the ventral side portion 3 and the dorsal side portion 5, the tensile stress of the ventral lower portion 33 is the largest, and then the tensile stress of the dorsal upper portion 35 is made larger than the tensile stress of other regions, that is, the ventral upper portion 32. And by making the extension stress of the abdominal middle part 31 smaller than the extension stress of the back upper part 35, it is possible to maintain a fitted state that is easy to respond to body changes around the abdomen due to expansion and contraction of the abdomen such as breathing and eating, It is possible to prevent the absorbent article body 2 from sliding down.

Further, in the ventral side part 3 and the dorsal side part 5, the tensile stress of the ventral lower part 33 is the largest, the tensile stress of the dorsal upper part 35 is the second largest, and the tensile stress of the ventral middle part 31 is the tensile stress of the dorsal upper part 35. It is smaller than the extension stress of the ventral upper part 32, and the extension stress of the dorsal middle part 34 is smaller than that of the ventral upper part 32 and equal to or more than the extension stress of the back lower part 36 (lower part of ventral side 33> upper part of back side 35> ventral side) By setting middle part 31 ≧ ventral upper part 32> dorsal middle part 34 ≧ dorsal part lower part 36), the stretching stress is the smallest in the middle region where the circumference tends to be long for the wearer, and it is easy for the wearer to expand and contract. The upper part and the lower part of the wearer tend to have a shorter circumference than the middle part because the upper part of the back 35 and the lower part of the abdominal part 33 have a large tensile stress. It is possible to improve the adhesion to a person and maintain an appropriate wearing position.

In addition, when such a disposable absorbent article 1 is worn, the waist opening 8 is widened and the leg is inserted from the waist opening 8 to the leg opening 9; however, the upper region near the waist opening 8 is Although it is easy to grasp and easy to open, the force to open the opening is hard to be transmitted in the middle region and the lower region apart from the waist opening 8.

Therefore, generally, by making the extension stress of the middle region and the lower region lower than that of the upper region, the middle region and the lower region also easily spread, and the leg inserted from the waist opening 8 is fitted around the waist of the absorbent article body 2. Although it is easy to pass through the opening 9 around the leg without being hooked on the part, in the disposable absorbent article 1, since the expansion stress of the lower abdominal part 33 is large, the tensile stress of the lower back part 36 is reduced, so that the lower waist circumference is reduced. As a result, the tensile stress can be lowered to some extent, and it can be easily mounted.

Since the absorbent main body 6 is arranged so that the end on the abdominal side 3 side overlaps with the lower abdominal side 33 in a plan view, the absorptive lower body 33 contracts to allow the absorbent main body 6 to be in close contact with the wearer. Can be held in various positions.

Further, since the abdomen 3 side end of the absorbent body 6 can be brought into close contact with the wearer, it is possible to prevent the excrement from diffusing from the absorbent body 6 to the abdomen 3 side.

Furthermore, by the configuration in which the end of the absorbent body 13 on the ventral side 3 side in the longitudinal direction does not overlap the abdominal lower portion 33, and only the flap portion 18 where the absorbent body 13 does not exist overlaps the abdominal lower portion 33, The absorber 13 can be made less susceptible to expansion and contraction of the ventral lower elastic body 39.

Further, when a separate pad type disposable absorbent article is used together, the position of the absorbent body 6 is generally used as a standard when arranging the pad type disposable absorbent article. Similarly, the end of the article on the ventral side 3 side can also be brought into close contact with the wearer, is less likely to be displaced, and can prevent leakage.

Further, the back side 5 side end of the absorbent body 6 is also arranged so as to overlap the back side lower portion 36, so that the absorbent body 13 and the separate pad type disposable absorbent article are also arranged on the back side. Can be held in an appropriate position.

The expansion rates of the abdominal upper elastic body 37, the abdominal middle elastic body 38, and the abdominal lower elastic body 39, which are elastic bodies disposed in the abdominal portion 3, are the same as those of the elastic body disposed in the back portion 5. By setting the extension rate higher than that of a certain upper back elastic body 40, middle back elastic body 41, and lower back elastic body 42, the ventral side 3 having a higher extension rate is in a contracted state than the back side 5. The lengths of the abdominal upper elastic body 37, the abdominal middle elastic body 38, and the abdominal lower elastic body 39 in the expansion / contraction direction are shortened. Therefore, the range of expansion and contraction of the abdomen 3 is wider than that of the back 5 so that the abdomen can be appropriately fitted to the abdomen in which the girth changes greatly due to individual expansion and contraction and body shape. By lowering the expansion rate of the back portion 5 which is small, it is possible to suppress the tightening in the circumferential direction during wearing, and it is easy to pull up when wearing.

The crotch part 4 is configured such that the central elastic body 28 is provided in the central portion in the width direction, so that the central elastic body 28 contracts in the worn state, so that the absorbent body 6 can be brought into close contact with the wearer's inseam. ..

Even when the abdominal part 3 and the back part 5 of the absorbent article body 2 are arranged at appropriate positions with respect to the waist circumference of the wearer in the worn state, the crotch part 4 may be different depending on the body shape of the wearer. It is also possible that it may not be placed in the proper position with respect to the wearer's inseam. Even in such a case, the central elastic body 28 contracts so that the absorbent body 6 can be closely attached to the wearer's crotch so as to be raised, and the absorbent body 6 is likely to be arranged at an appropriate position with respect to the wearer's crotch. ..

The extension stress of the front leg gathers is larger than the extension stress of the rear leg gathers 46, so that the leg opening 9 can be easily attached to the wearer's legs.

That is, in the leg opening 9, the portion located on the back side 5 side (rear side) is more varied and deformed than the portion located on the ventral side 3 side (front side) due to a change in body posture such as a standing state or a sitting state. Is big. Therefore, the tensile stress of the front leg gather 45 along the front side portion of the leg opening 9 with little fluctuation is increased, and the extension stress of the rear leg gather 46 along the rear side portion of the leg opening 9 with large fluctuation is increased. By reducing the extension stress, the rear leg gathers 46 are more easily expanded and contracted, and the leg opening 9 can be kept fitted to the wearer's leg even if the posture changes, and the leg opening can be maintained. 9 can be prevented from leaking.

In the first embodiment described above, the exterior sheet 7 has a configuration in which the central portion in the longitudinal direction is cut out in an arc shape, but the configuration is not limited to such a configuration, and the shape of the exterior sheet 7 is It can be changed as appropriate.

Although the absorbent main body 6 is configured to be arranged from a part of the abdominal part 3 to a part of the back part 5, it is not limited to such a structure and may be arranged at least in the crotch part 4. ..

In addition, the absorbent main body 6 is configured such that the absorbent body 13 is sealed so as to be sandwiched between the topsheet 11 and the backsheet 12 in a state in which the absorber 13 is covered with the front tissue 16 and the back tissue 17, but such a configuration is used. However, the structure is not limited to this, as long as the absorber 13 is provided between the topsheet 11 and the backsheet 12.

Further, the absorbent body 6 is not limited to the configuration in which the three-dimensional gather 23 is provided, and may be a configuration in which the three-dimensional gather 23 is not provided.

In the configuration in which the three-dimensional gathers 23 are provided, the three-dimensional gathers 23 are not limited to the configuration in which the three-dimensional gathers 23 are formed by the extending portions 21 of the back side outer sheet 15 as long as they are liquid impermeable. In addition to the above structure, the structure formed by the back inside sheet 14 and the back outside sheet 15, the structure formed by the top sheet 11 and the back sheet 12, a structure formed by a separate sheet may be used.

As long as the abdomen 3 has a configuration including an abdomen upper part 32, abdomen middle part 31, and an abdomen lower part 33, the range of each region can be set appropriately.

If the back side portion 5 has a structure including a back side upper portion 35, a back side middle portion 34, and a back side lower portion 36, the range of each region can be set appropriately.

In the abdominal part 3, it is sufficient if the tensile stress of the abdominal lower part 33 is larger than the tensile stress of the abdominal upper part 32 and the abdominal central part 31, and the tensile stress of the abdominal upper part 32 and the abdominal central part 31 can be appropriately designed. ..

In the back side part 5, the extension stress of the back side upper part 35 may be larger than the extension stress of the back side lower part 36 and the back side middle part 34, and the extension stress of the back side lower part 36 and the back side middle part 34 can be appropriately designed. ..

In the abdominal part 3 and the dorsal part 5, it suffices that the tensile stress of the abdominal lower part 33 is larger than the tensile stress of the other part, and if the above-mentioned relationship of the tensile stress of the abdominal part 3 and the dorsal part 5 is satisfied. The tensile stress in each region can be set appropriately.

The waist elastic 27 is not limited to a thread shape, and can be appropriately selected from a band shape, a film shape and the like.

Further, the waist elastics 27 are arranged such that the expansion rates of the abdominal upper elastic body 37, the abdominal middle elastic body 38, and the abdominal lower elastic body 39 arranged in the abdomen side portion 3 are arranged in the back side portion 5. It is not limited to a configuration in which the expansion rates of the back upper elastic body 40, the back middle elastic body 41, and the back lower elastic body 42 are higher than the above-described extension stresses in the ventral side portion 3 and the back side portion 5. It can be set appropriately if the relationship is satisfied.

The front leg gathers 45 and the rear leg gathers 46 are provided in the leg openings 9, but the leg openings 9 are not limited to such a configuration, and have a pair of leg openings 9 in use. The configuration can be appropriately designed.

Further, in the case of the configuration in which the front leg gather 45 and the rear leg gather 46 are provided, the extension stress of the front leg gather 45 is not limited to a configuration larger than the extension stress of the rear leg gather 46, and each extension The stress can be appropriately designed.

The crotch portion 4 has a configuration in which a central elastic body 28 that can be expanded and contracted in the longitudinal direction is arranged in the central portion in the width direction, but the invention is not limited to such a configuration, and the central elastic body 28 is not provided. It may be configured.

Further, in the case of the configuration in which the central elastic body 28 is provided, the configuration is not limited to the configuration in which the central elastic body 28 is disposed on the back sheet 12, and the disposition location can be appropriately changed.

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. It should be noted that the same components and operations as those of the above-described embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 5, in the second embodiment, the abdominal side portion 51 and the back side portion 52 are formed as separate sheets from the first embodiment.

That is, the ventral side portion 51 is formed of the ventral side exterior sheet 53 as an exterior sheet, and the back side portion 52 is formed of the back side exterior sheet 54 as an exterior sheet.

Further, one end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 56 arranged in the crotch portion 55 is joined to the abdominal exterior sheet 53, and the other end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 56 is joined to the back exterior sheet 54.

The ends of the abdominal exterior sheet 53 and the back exterior sheet 54 on the crotch portion 55 side are formed so that the center portion in the width direction protrudes toward the crotch portion 55 side, and the absorbent body is formed so as to connect these protruding portions. 56 are arranged.

The leg opening 9 is formed by the crotch portion 55 side ends of the abdominal exterior sheet 53 and the back exterior sheet 54 and the side edges of the absorbent body 56.

Further, at the end of the abdominal exterior sheet 53 on the crotch portion 55 side, a front leg elastic body 58 is arranged continuously along the end portion, and the crotch 55 side end portion of the back side exterior sheet 54 is provided. A rear leg elastic body 59 is continuously disposed along the end portion of the.

That is, the front leg elastic body 58 and the rear leg elastic body 59 are arranged so as to pass under the absorber 57 of the absorbent body 56 and overlap with each other.

Then, the front leg gather 61 is configured at the location where the front leg elastic body 58 of the abdominal exterior sheet 53 is disposed, and the location where the rear leg elastic body 59 of the back exterior sheet 54 is disposed. The rear leg gather 62 is configured.

Further, the extension stress of the front leg gather 61 is set to be larger than the extension stress of the rear leg gather 62.

Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 to 9. It should be noted that the same components and operations as those of the above-described embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the third embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the front leg elastic body 68 and the rear leg elastic body 69 absorb the absorbent body 56. They are arranged discontinuously so as not to overlap the body 57.

That is, the front leg elastic body 68 and the rear leg elastic body 69 are flat from the outer ends in the width direction along the crotch 4 side ends of the abdominal exterior sheet 53 and the back exterior sheet 54. It is arranged to a portion outside the absorber 57 in the width direction as viewed.

Then, the front leg gather 61 is configured at a location where the front leg elastic body 68 is disposed in the abdominal exterior sheet 53, and the rear leg circumferential elastic body 69 is disposed in the back exterior sheet 54 at a location. The rear leg gather 62 is configured.
