Description

The present invention relates to a pants-type disposable diaper.

In a pants-type disposable diaper, an elastic member extending in the width direction of the diaper is disposed between a waist opening and a leg opening.
For example, a first elastic member is disposed in a front / rear body opening stretchable region between a peripheral edge of the waist opening and a first defining line extending in the lateral direction along the upper end of the liquid-absorbent core panel. The third elastic member is disposed in the front waist stretchable region between the forming wire and the second defining line connecting the upper vicinity of each leg opening, and the front waist stretchable region is defined as the upper stretchable region, the middle portion A third elastic member having a stretchable region and a lower stretchable region, wherein an extension stress of the first elastic member is larger than that of the third elastic member in each of the upper and lower stretchable regions, and the third elastic member in each of the upper and lower stretchable regions A pant-type disposable diaper has been proposed in which the elongation stress is larger than that of the third elastic member in the intermediate stretchable region (see Patent Document 1).

However, in the diaper described in Patent Document 1, the wearer's waist region is strongly tightened by the first elastic member disposed in the vicinity of the waist opening. May occur. Moreover, since the contraction force of a 1st elastic member is strong, there exists a possibility that it may become difficult to wear a diaper.

In addition, the applicant of the present invention, first, when wearing a diaper, the tightening pressure of the region that is in contact with the site from the wearer's iliac crest to the upper anterior iliac spine is tightened in the region located above the region. A pants-type disposable diaper designed to be higher than the pressure was proposed (see Patent Document 2).
According to this diaper, it is possible to prevent the diaper from falling off while being worn.
However, pants-type disposable diapers are required to have higher anti-falling performance and better comfort.

The present invention will be described below based on preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the pants-type disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment is disposed on the abdomen side A disposed on the abdomen side of the wearer at the time of wearing, the crotch part C disposed on the crotch region, and the back side. It has a back side portion B, and a pair of side seal portions S and S, a waist opening portion 5 and a pair of leg opening portions 6 and 6 are formed.
More specifically, the pants-type disposable diaper 1 is disposed between a liquid-permeable top sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable or water-repellent back sheet 3, and both sheets 2, 3, as shown in FIG. And a substantially vertically long absorbent body 10 having a liquid-retaining absorbent core 4 and an outer packaging material 11 disposed on the back sheet 3 side of the absorbent body 10.
The top sheet 2, the back sheet 3, and the absorbent core 4 each have a rectangular shape, and are integrated to form a vertically long absorbent body 10. As the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3, those conventionally used for this type of diaper can be used without particular limitation. The absorbent core 4 is made of superabsorbent polymer particles and a fiber material, and is covered with tissue paper (not shown).

As shown in FIG. 2, side cuffs 8, 8 made of a liquid-resistant or water-repellent and breathable material are formed on the left and right sides of the absorbent body 10 in the longitudinal direction. Each side cuff 8 is provided with an elastic member 81 at a free end, and stands up when the elastic member 81 is contracted to prevent the liquid body from flowing out in the width direction of the absorbent body 10.

The outer packaging material 11 has an hourglass shape in which both side edges are bound inward in the central portion in the longitudinal direction, and defines the outline of the diaper.
The outer packaging material 11 has a structure in which two nonwoven fabrics, that is, an outer layer nonwoven fabric 12 and an inner layer nonwoven fabric 13 are laminated. The outer layer nonwoven fabric 12 forms the outer surface of the diaper 1, and the inner layer nonwoven fabric 13 is joined to the inner surface side (absorbent body 10 side) of the outer layer nonwoven fabric 12 with an adhesive such as a hot-melt adhesive.

A plurality of waist elastic members 51, 51 are disposed along the width direction of the front and rear end portions of the outer packaging material 11 along the front and rear end edges. The waist elastic members 51 and 51 are sandwiched and fixed in an expanded state by the outer layer nonwoven fabric 12 and the inner layer nonwoven fabric 13. When each waist part elastic member 51, 51 joins both side edge parts A1, A2 of the ventral side part A of the diaper 1 and both side edge parts B1, B2 of the back side part B, both elastic members 51, It arrange | positions so that the edge parts of 51 may overlap.

The outer packaging material 11 extends outward from the front and rear end edges of the absorbent body 10, and the extended portion is folded back to the absorbent body 10 side. The wrapped outer packaging material 11 covers the front and rear end portions of the absorber body 10 (that is, the top sheet 2 at the front and rear end portions of the absorber body 10).

Leg elastic members 61a and 61b are disposed on the left and right curved portions of the outer packaging material 11, respectively. Each leg part elastic member 61a, 61b is distribute | arranged along the peripheral part of a leg opening part. Each leg part elastic member 61a, 61b is arranged between the outer layer nonwoven fabric 12 and the inner layer nonwoven fabric 13, and is fixed to the nonwoven fabrics 12, 13 in a stretched state by a predetermined joining means such as a hot melt adhesive. Yes. One end of each leg part elastic member 61a, 61b overlaps in the crotch part C. On the other hand, the other end terminates at the position of each side edge of the ventral side A and the back side B. When each leg part elastic member 61a, 61b joins both side edge parts A1, A2 of the belly side part A of the diaper 1 and both side edge parts B1, B2 of the back side part B, both elastic members 61a, It arrange | positions so that the edge parts of 61b may overlap.

The pants-type disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment includes an upper virtual straight line L1 that connects the upper ends of the uppermost elastic members 51a in each of the pair of side seal portions S, S, and each of the pair of side seal portions S, S. The region D between the lower imaginary straight line L2 connecting the lower ends of the elastic members 61a or 61b located at the lowermost position is divided into four belt-like regions having the same width extending in the diaper width direction (1F to 4F for the abdominal side) , The back side portion is divided into 1R to 4R), and the four belt-like regions are sequentially arranged from the upper virtual straight line L1 side to the lower virtual straight line L2 side in the first region 1F, 1R, second region 2F, 2R. When the third region 3F, 3R and the fourth region 4F, 4R, the average contraction force of the second region 2F, 2R of the ventral side A and the back side B, and the ventral side A and the back side B The fourth area 4F, 4R of And shrinkage forces, respectively, the front section A and the third region 3F of the rear section B, the average is greater than contractile force of the 3R. Further, the contraction force of the fourth region 4F of the ventral side A is larger than the contraction force of the fourth region 4R of the back side B.

In the second to fourth regions of the abdomen A and the back B of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, elastic members 72 to 74 respectively extend in the width direction of the diaper 1 (left and right direction in FIG. 2). Are arranged. The elastic members 72 to 74 are joined in an expanded state between the outer layer nonwoven fabric 12 and the inner layer nonwoven fabric 13 by an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive. In order to make the contraction force of the two regions to be compared different, the number, the material and the thickness of the elastic members used in both regions, the method of making the elastic members have different elongation rates, the method of combining these, etc. is there.

In the pants-type disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the second regions 2F and 2R are located at a site from the wearer's iliac crest 9a to the upper anterior iliac spine 9b when the diaper is worn. It is an area | region which contact | abuts, and 4th area | regions 4F and 4R are areas which contact | abut to the site | part in which a wearer's trochanter 9c is located, when a diaper is worn. In FIG. 3, reference numeral 9d indicates a sciatic bone.
Since the average contraction force of the second regions 2F and 2R and the average contraction force of the fourth regions 4F and 4R are larger than the average contraction force of the third regions 3F and 3R, respectively, the iliac crest is formed by the second regions 2F and 2R. The region from 9a to the superior anterior iliac spine 9b can be strongly tightened, and the region where the trochanter 9c is located can be strongly tightened by the fourth regions 4F and 4R, thereby providing excellent slip prevention performance. Is obtained.
In addition, the portion of the wearer where the fourth region 4F of the abdominal side A abuts is a portion that is constricted as shown in FIG. 3, and the bone is close to the body surface and the skin is stretched and contracted. This is the part where it is hard to occur. Therefore, the contraction force of the 4th area | region 4F of the ventral part A is made larger than the contraction force of the 4th area | region 4R of the back side part B, and the abdominal part A side is stronger than a back side part B side. By fitting to the skin, the diaper in the wearing state is stabilized, and it is possible to obtain better slip-off prevention performance while wearing and maintain good ease of flaking.

In this way, since excellent slip prevention performance is obtained by the second and fourth regions, the average contraction force of the third regions 3F, 3R and the first regions 1F, 1R can be weakened.

The region of the wearer where the third region 3F, 3R, particularly the third region 3R of the back side B is brought into contact is a portion where the skin greatly expands and contracts due to a change in the posture of the wearer. For example, when changing from a standing state to a four-sided state, the skin at the site greatly expands.
Therefore, by weakening the average contraction force of the third regions 3F and 3R so that the diaper is not strongly fitted to such a part, it is possible to prevent the slippage due to interlocking with the expansion and contraction of the skin, and the slippage prevention performance Is further improved. Further, by not fitting the diaper strongly where the skin stretches greatly, it is possible to further improve the comfort of wearing and to prevent the wearer's skin from being marked with rubber marks or redness.

In addition, by weakening the average contraction force of the first regions 1F and 1R, it is possible to prevent the abdomen of the shape bulging forward from being marked with rubber marks and the skin becoming red. Since it is easy to open, it becomes easy to wear a diaper.

The upper end of the uppermost elastic member 51a in the side seal portion S is the upper end of the side seal portion in the elastic member 51a located closest to the waist opening 5 among the elastic members arranged in the side seal portion S. The lower end of the elastic members 61a and 61b located at the lowermost side in the side seal portion S, which is the end near the S2, is located closest to the leg opening 6 among the elastic members arranged in the side seal portion S. It is an edge part near lower end S1 of the side seal part in elastic members 61a and 61b to perform.
In addition, the average contraction force of the first regions 1F and 1R of the ventral side A and the back side B is the measured value of the contraction force of the first region 1F of the ventral side A and the first region 1R of the back side B. It is a value obtained by averaging the measured values of the contractile force. The same applies to the average contraction force from the second region to the fourth region.
Moreover, the boundary line (not shown) between adjacent strip | belt-shaped area | regions is parallel to a diaper width direction (X direction, refer FIG. 2). The width a of each of the belt-like regions 1F to 4F and 1R to 4R is 1/4 of the width L of the region D between the upper virtual line L1 and the lower virtual line L2.
The width L of the region D is preferably 70% or more, and more preferably 90% or more of the length of the side seal portion S in the diaper longitudinal direction (vertical direction in FIG. 2).

From the viewpoints of slip-off prevention performance and improvement in comfort, the average contraction force (H2) of the second region is preferably 60 to 150 cN, particularly 60 to 120 cN, and the average contraction force (H3) of the third region. Is preferably 10 to 100 cN, particularly preferably 10 to 40 cN, and the difference between the average contractile forces of the second and third regions (H2−H3) is more than 0 cN, preferably 50 to 140 cN, It is preferable that it is 50-110 cN.
In addition, from the viewpoints of slip-off prevention performance, improvement in comfort, and the like, the average contraction force (H4) of the fourth region is preferably 60 to 150 cN, and particularly preferably 60 to 120 cN. The difference (H4−H3) between H4) and the average contraction force (H3) of the third region is more than 0 cN, preferably 50 to 140 cN, and particularly preferably 50 to 110 cN.
Further, from the viewpoint of further improving the slippage, the contraction force of the fourth region 4F on the ventral side A is preferably 60 to 240 cN, particularly 60 to 160 cN, and the fourth region 4R on the back side B is preferred. Is preferably 10 to 60 cN, and particularly preferably 10 to 40 cN, and the difference between the contraction force of the fourth region 4F of the ventral part A and the contraction force of the fourth region 4R of the dorsal part B is 0 It is preferable to be -230 cN, especially 20-150 cN.

Further, from the viewpoint of preventing the wearer from attaching rubber marks or redness to the skin and ease of wearing (easy to wear), the average contraction force (H1) of the first region is 10 to 150 cN, particularly 20 The difference between the average expansion / contraction (H2) of the second region and the average contraction force (H1) of the first region (H2−H1) is preferably more than 0 cN, and preferably 50 to 140 cN. In particular, 50 to 100 cN is preferable.

[Measuring method of contraction force in each region of first to fourth regions of ventral side A and dorsal side B]
The diaper is developed as shown in FIG. 2 and spreads in a flat shape. The diaper is cut along a straight line parallel to the diaper width direction, and the first to fourth portions are respectively taken from the ventral side A and the back side B. Cut out each region. When cutting out, not only the outer packaging material 11 but also the entire diaper including the absorbent main body 10 and the like is cut.
Both ends in the longitudinal direction of each cut out region (measurement sample) (immediately inside the portion where the side seal portion was formed) are sandwiched between chucks of a Tensilon tensile tester ("RTC-1210A" manufactured by ORIENTEC), and the measurement is performed. The sample is stretched in the longitudinal direction at a speed of 300 mm / min, and the inner dimension of the outer packaging material 11 [the state of the outer packaging material is not contracted by the elastic member (in other words, only the outer packaging material is extended without providing the elastic member) The length between the side seal portions of the outer packaging material 11 measured in the measured state) is 100 (for example, 350 mm), and is extended to a length corresponding to 80 (for example, 280 mm), and then equivalent to 71 (for example, 250 mm). The tensile load (cN) when contracted to the length of is defined as the contraction force. The reason for defining the return force at a length equivalent to 71 when the inner dimension of the outer packaging material 11 is 100 is the length of the belly circumference of the infant who is the main subject wearing the pants-type disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment. It is because it becomes about 71% compared with the inner size of the diaper. Note that the length of the abdomen around here is an average value of the abdomen measured in the standing position and the sitting position in consideration of the change in the circumference of the abdomen when the posture of the infant changes.

In the pants-type disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the contraction force of the second region 2R of the back side B is greater than the contraction force of the second region 2F of the ventral side A.
As shown in FIG. 3, the portion where the second region 2 </ b> R of the dorsal side B abuts is a portion that is constricted in terms of body shape, and is a portion in which bones exist close to the body surface and the skin changes little. Therefore, the contraction force of the second region 2R of the back side B is made larger than the contraction force of the second region 2F of the abdominal side A, and the back side B side is stronger than the abdominal side A side. By fitting to the skin, the slip-off prevention performance can be further improved. From the viewpoint of further improving the slip-off prevention performance, the contraction force of the second region 2R of the back side B is preferably 60 to 240 cN, particularly 60 to 160 cN, and the second region 2F of the ventral side A is preferably The contraction force is preferably 10 to 60 cN, and particularly preferably 10 to 40 cN, and the difference between the contraction force of the second region 2R of the dorsal side B and the contraction force of the second region 2F of the ventral side A is 0 to 230 cN. In particular, 20 to 150 cN is preferable.

In the pants-type disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the second region 2F, 2R, the third region 3F, 3R, and the fourth region 4F, 4R in the ventral side A and the back side B, respectively, in the diaper width direction. Elastic members 72-74 are arranged along. Each of the elastic members 72 to 74 extends between the left and right side edges of the diaper 1 (that is, the left and right side edges of the outer packaging material 11) and the left and right side edges of the absorbent core 4. The portion where 4 is present is not arranged in a manner that exhibits elastic stretchability. As a result, the gathers formed in the second to fourth regions are located between the left and right side edges of the diaper 1 and the left and right side edges of the absorbent core 4, and the position where the absorbent core 4 is present. There is virtually no gathering. The elastic members 72 to 74 are also fixed between the outer layer nonwoven fabric 12 and the inner layer nonwoven fabric 13.

As each elastic member in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, a stretchable material such as natural rubber, polyurethane resin, urethane foam resin, stretchable nonwoven fabric or hot melt stretchable member is used as a thread (thread rubber) or a strip (flat). (Rubber), net (net) or film is preferably used.

In a state where the diaper 1 is worn, the second regions 2F and 2R of the abdominal part A or the dorsal part B are brought into contact with the site from the wearer's iliac crest 9a to the superior anterior iliac spine 9b. The relationship between the dimensions of the diaper 1 and the physique of the wearer is important. For example, when an infant who is a main wear target person of a pants-type diaper is considered, in the unfolded state of the diaper 1, the center position of the second region 2F of the ventral side A (center position along the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1) and the diaper 1 And the center position of the second region 2R of the back side B (the center position along the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1) in a deployed state of the diaper 1 with a distance K1 between the longitudinal center line CL of the diaper 1 and 180 mm By setting the distance K2 between the center line CL in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 to 180 to 220 mm, the second areas 2F and 2R of the abdominal part A or the dorsal part B are successfully applied to the wearer's iliac area. Can be touched. The distances K1 and K2 are preferably 185 to 215 mm, particularly 190 to 215 mm.

Here, the longitudinal center line CL of the diaper 1 is joined to the both side edges A1 and A2 of the ventral side A of the diaper 1 and the side edges B1 and B2 of the back side B without substantially shifting. In the case where it is done, it means a straight line along the diaper width direction passing through the midpoints of A1 and B1 in the unfolded state of the diaper 1 (see FIG. 2). Unlike this, for example, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, both side edges A1, A2 of the ventral side A are joined to both side edges B1 ′, B2 ′ of the back side B. In the case of joining at B1 and B2 which are positions inward in the longitudinal direction from both side edges B1 ′ and B2 ′, it is assumed that there are no regions from B1 and B2 to B1 ′ and B2 ′. Then, the center line in the longitudinal direction of the diaper is determined in the same manner as described above.

As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated based on the preferable embodiment, this invention is not restrict | limited to the said embodiment.

For example, the elastic members 72 to 74 may be continuous over the full width of each of the ventral side A and the back side B. The back sheet 3 of the absorbent main body 10 may be disposed between the outer layer nonwoven fabric 12 and the inner layer nonwoven fabric 13 constituting the outer packaging material 11.
The contraction force of the second region 2F on the ventral side and the second region 2R on the back side B may be the same.
Further, the leg elastic members 61a and 61b along the peripheral edge of the leg opening may not be arranged. Since the diaper of the present invention has excellent slip prevention performance, leakage from the leg opening is unlikely to occur even if the leg elastic members 61a and 61b are omitted.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the outer packaging material 11 is composed of the outer layer and the inner layer nonwoven fabrics 12 and 13, but the material of the outer packaging material is not limited to this, and may be a laminated sheet of a nonwoven fabric and a water repellent sheet, for example. Moreover, in said embodiment, although the diaper 1 was comprised from the outer packaging material 11 which defines the outline of a diaper, and the absorber main body 10 mounted on it, it replaces with this and is a surface sheet. Further, the outline of the diaper may be defined by the back sheet, and an absorbent core may be interposed between the both sheets. Moreover, you may comprise the site | part extended outward from the right-and-left both sides of the absorptive core in the belly side part and back side part of a diaper from an elastic panel material. Further, there may be no elastic member in the first region 1F on the ventral side, the first region 1R on the back side, the third region 3F on the ventral side, and the third region 3R on the back side B. Good.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to such examples.

[Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4]
The underpants-type disposable diaper which has the 1st-4th area | region shown in following Table 1 in an abdominal side part and a back side part was manufactured. At this time, by not introducing an elastic member into the leg opening 6, the influence of the contraction force in the waistline region from the waist opening to the leg opening was clarified. The surface sheet 2 in the absorbent main body 10 was composed of a hydrophilic air-through nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 25 g / m 2 . The back sheet 3 was composed of a polyethylene sheet having a basis weight of 20 g / m 2 . Moreover, the outer layer nonwoven fabric 12 in the outer packaging material 11 is composed of a water-repellent air-through nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 25 g / m 2 , and the inner layer nonwoven fabric 13 is composed of a water-repellent spunbond nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 18 g / m 2 . . In each example, for the ventral portion A and the dorsal portion B, six elastic members were arranged in the first and second regions, and five elastic members were arranged in the third and fourth regions. The contraction force generated by the elastic members introduced in the first and second regions, six in the third and fourth regions, and five in the third and fourth regions, is that of the elastic member from the thinnest 310 dtex rubber thread to the thickest flat rubber. The type was used and changed by changing the elongation rate. Table 1 shows each value in the obtained diaper.
The obtained diaper was attached to a baby dynamic model corresponding to 1 to 2 years old, and the following evaluation was performed.

As is apparent from the results shown in Table 1, it can be seen that the diapers of Examples 1 and 2 are less likely to slip out of the diaper, have excellent appearance, and do not excessively tighten the body. . On the other hand, the diaper of Comparative Example 1 has a high contraction force in the fourth region of the front body, and is found to be slightly inferior to the appearance of the diaper because it is dragged, and is to tighten the body excessively. . The diaper of Comparative Example 2 has a high contraction force in the second region of the back body, and is found to be slightly inferior to the appearance of the diaper because it is dragged. Further, the body is excessively tightened. The diaper of Comparative Example 3 can form a fulcrum only in the second region, is easily slipped off, and is poor in appearance. The diaper of Comparative Example 4 can form a fulcrum only in the fourth region, easily slips off, and has an inferior appearance.
