Claims

1. Resin film covering for decorative metal sheets, where embossing is applied to the surface of a polybutylene terephthalate resin film with a limited viscosity (IV) of 1.0 to 2.0.

2. A resin covering film for a metal plate decorated according to Patent 1, in which an embossing layer is created on the surface of a polybutylene terephthalate resin film on the opposite side to the surface of a polybutylene tephthalate resin film to which an embossing is applied.

3. Decorated metal sheets where the resin film covering the decorated metal sheet according to Treaty 1 or 2 is applied as a thin layer to the metal sheet in such a way that the outermost surface creates an embossed surface.

4. Method of fabricating decorative metal sheets where a thin layer of polybutylene terephthalate resin film with a limited viscosity (IV) of 1.0 to 2.0 is layered on top of a metal sheet. The polybutylene terephthalate resin film and the metal sheet, heated to their resin melting temperature (+10°C), are then pressure-bonded together using embossing rollers, resulting in an embossed texture on the surface of the polybutylene terephthalate resin film.
