[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the above panel has the following disadvantages. That is, the former has a limitation on the depth and the pattern because the uneven pattern is formed by the embossing roll. In particular, with color steel sheets, the drawability of the coating film and the material is not very good, usually about 0.5 mm, unless the ratio of the concavo-convex pattern is 1: 1, the distortion will be severe and flatness cannot be obtained, and the next Deformation was also extremely difficult to proceed to the process. Further, in the latter case, because of chemical embossing, the embossing depth and plate thickness are greatly restricted, and the cross section is flat as a whole, and a cosmetic treatment is required.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention uses a resin composite steel sheet excellent in processing such as drawing, pressing, and roll forming as a base material, and forms a tile-like pattern on the base material to suppress the destruction of the coating film, deformation suppression, and patterning. Another object of the present invention is to provide a panel having a tile pattern, which has been particularly difficult, by eliminating the limitation of depth, hemming cracks and wrinkles, and utilizing soundproofness, strength and workability.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a panel according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a typical example of a panel according to the present invention, and 1 is a panel formed by molding a resin composite steel plate 2 into a gutter-shaped cross section. Resin composite steel plate 2 is a vibration damping viscoelastic resin (30
Μ100μ), or one of lightweight laminated steel sheets. Especially for formability, using steel sheets of different thickness, so-called differential thickness resin composite steel sheet,
Various failure phenomena due to crack prevention and processing speed are eliminated.
More specifically, the panel 1 includes, for example, a decorative surface 2a, an uneven pattern 3 (brick tile shape in the figure), a side wall 6, and a male connecting portion 7.
And the female connecting portion 8. The uneven pattern 3 is a combination of a rectangular convex pattern 4 and a grooved concave pattern 5 and has a depth of about 2 mm. The convex pattern 4 has a corner as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b). The portion forms a small radius to suppress the occurrence of cracks due to drawing or the like. Of course, a shape close to a right angle and a depth of 5 to 10 mm
It can be processed to the order. To further explain,
Resin composite steel plate 2 has a depth
Even if an uneven pattern of 1 mm or more is added, the difference in elongation due to the processing of the steel sheet on the front side and the back side is absorbed by the intermediate resin, making the processing easier, and as shown in FIG. Even if 3 is applied, it is possible to obtain a panel 1 having no distortion such as warpage.

Next, the method of manufacturing the panel 1 according to the present invention will be briefly described. A polyethylene film is integrally adhered to the surface of a resin composite steel sheet 2 having a thickness of 0.8 mm (the thickness of the steel sheet is 0.2 mm and 0.35 mm). The length is sent to a connecting multi-press (not shown).
Pressing is performed in accordance with the width of 600 to 900 mm, the width of 300 to 600 mm, and the width of the decorative surface 400 mm in the figure, and the decorative surface 2a as shown in FIG. 1 is continuously formed. Next, this material is fed to a roll forming machine (not shown), and the panel 1 as shown in FIG.
Form up to 2mm. When the panel 1 was observed, it was found that wrinkles, cracks, burrs, protrusion of resin, and springback were within an allowable range. On the other hand, as a comparative example, when a film was stuck to a color steel plate and formed in the same manner as described above, the coating film peeled off, was sharply wrinkled, and was not sufficiently commercialized.

What has been described above is merely an embodiment of the panel according to the present invention, and can be formed as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6 (a) and (b). That is, FIG. 3 shows the panel 1 in which the flat portion 4a is formed at the end of the decorative surface, and FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (u).
6 (a) and 6 (b) show a composite-structured panel 1 in which the uneven pattern 3 is omitted, where A is a core material such as plastic foam or gypsum board, and B is a paper, steel plate, or Al back surface. Material. Furthermore, when manufacturing, the uneven pattern 3 is formed by a roll having both a heat roller and an embossing roll, or the uneven pattern 3 is formed by interposing a plastic film immediately after passing through a far-infrared furnace or an electromagnetic melting furnace. Can also.

As described above, according to the panel of the present invention, a brick tile-shaped uneven pattern can be formed three-dimensionally at a considerable depth even though it is a metal plate material, and a metal image can be broken.
Long brick tiles can be formed using the advantages of metal, and construction efficiency is good. The resin composite steel sheet has excellent workability and can form a three-dimensional brick tile pattern. The uneven pattern is beautiful with no cracks and no peeling of the paint film. Good productivity. Since the resin composite steel sheet is used, a beautiful panel can be obtained by absorbing the unevenness and distortion due to processing. And so on.
