A process for creating packaging for sanitary pads, consisting of the following steps: a) preparation of flexible packaging material; b) wrapping at least one sanitary pad with such flexible packaging material; c) expulsion of air from within such wrapping; and d) sealing such wrapping. Thus, it creates packaging that largely corresponds to the size and geometric shape of the sanitary pad contained within. 14. The process of claim 13 in which such air expulsion is performed using a vacuum. 15. A dispensing device for sanitary pads, consisting of the sanitary pads contained within, and an integrated device for indicating the surface area and geometric shape of such sanitary pads, enabling the user to estimate the amount of underwear coverage provided by the sanitary pad. 16. A dispensing device of claim 15, which also includes a device for indicating thickness. 17.
