Description

The invention relates to packaging, in particular to small-sized packaging for ready-to-eat oily products such as fried nuts, cakes, etc.

Known packaging for a piece of confectionery, in the form of a protective shell and a functional shell, for example, with decorative images, or a shell with a functional purpose, see, respectively, RU utility model certificate No. 11780, M.cl., B 65 D 65/38, 99 g., RU No. 13025, M.C., B 65 D 77 / 00.99 g.

The disadvantage of these packages is that they do not provide hygiene products for cleaning lips and fingers after consuming the contents of the package.

The closest analogue of the claimed invention is packaging in the form of a bag for ready-to-use bulk oily products, for example, for fried potatoes made of a folded sheet with folds fastened at the ends and bent in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the folds, see RU Pat. No. 2107647, M. cl. B 65 D 65/12, 93 g.

The disadvantage of this package, as well as the above analogues, is the lack of functionality, since no means are provided for cleaning the lips and fingers after consuming the contents of the package.

The technical problem solved by the claimed invention is to improve usability and hygiene when using the contents of the package.

This problem is solved in that a sealed bag for small-sized, ready-to-eat oily products made of a polymer or combined material in the form of a thin-sheet sleeve with fastened end pleated zones, according to the invention, the bag is additionally equipped with a hygienic tool in the form of a sterile cloth in a sealed package attached to package. In embodiments, the ends of the sealed packaging of a sterile wipe are fixed to the end pleated areas of the package; sealed packaging is made in the form of a Z-shaped bag; sealed packaging is made in the form of a flat roll; in a sealed package, a compartment is made to accommodate the used napkin and waste products, for example, nutshells; when packing bulk products, for example, fried nuts, the package is performed with

guiding means in the form of a bevel intersecting with the long and small sides of the package; the intersection point of the bevel with the small side of the package is located at the location of the upper inner corner of the packaging of the hygiene product.

1 and 2 show a front view of embodiments of the package; figure 3 is a front view of an embodiment of the sealed packaging of a sterile wipe; 4 is a scan (front view) of an embodiment of sealed packaging of a sterile wipe; figure 5 is a section aa of figure 1, 2; figure 6 is a section bB of figure 4; Fig.7. - view In figure 1, 2.

The hermetic bag 1 for small-sized, ready-to-eat oily products is made of polymer or combined material in the form of a thin-sheet sleeve with fastened end pleated zones 2 and 3. The hygienic product is made in the form of a sterile wipe 4, placed in an airtight package 5, fixed on the bag. The ends of the sealed package 5 are fixed to the end pleated zones 2 and 5 of the package 1, for example, by welding during thermal pleating of the end zones 2 and 3 of the package 1. The sealed package 5 can be made in the form of a Z-shaped package 6 as shown in view a Fig.7, and also in the form of a flat roll 7, see view b of Fig.7. In addition, in the sealed package 5, a compartment 8 may be provided for accommodating the used napkin and waste products, for example, nutshells. For the packaging of bulk products such as fried nuts, the package 1 can be made with a guiding tool in the form of a bevel 9 intersecting with the long and small sides of the bag, while the point of intersection of the bevel with the small side of the bag is located at the location of the upper inner corner of the sealed package 5.

To consume the contents of package 1, it is necessary to open package 1, for example, in the pleated zone 2. In the embodiment with a bevel of the package (see FIG. 2), when opening the package in zone 2 and using a bulk product, it will spill out through the beveled part of the package 1, acting as a guide funnel. This improves the usability of the package.

Opening the bag 1 in zone 2 is facilitated by the fact that a tissue layer is located between the layers of the package in this zone. Soiled fingers and lips as a result of eating oily products are cleaned with a cloth 5, while the used cloth 4 and bag 1 can be placed in the designated compartment 8 of the bag. This enhances the culture of consumption, because "provides the possibility of compact hygienic packaging of waste and its delivery to the nearest garbage container.

The proposed package allows you to increase the convenience and culture of consumption of confectionery and bulk products such as nuts, fried potatoes, etc. in places of public recreation.
