= = embodiment= = = =
Hereinafter, as an absorbent article of the present invention, a sanitary napkin will be described as an embodiment. The absorbent article may be an absorbent article wrapped in a packaging material and used by being fixed to the clothing of the user, or may be an absorbent article such as a pad or an absorbent pad (light incontinence pad).
Basic structure of sanitary napkin 1 >
Fig. 1 is a plan view of a sanitary napkin 1 (hereinafter referred to as "sanitary napkin") viewed from the skin side. Fig. 2 is a plan view of the sanitary napkin 1 viewed from the non-skin side. Fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the sanitary napkin 1.
The sanitary napkin 1 has a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction which are orthogonal to each other. In the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1, the side that contacts the lower abdomen of the user is referred to as the "front side", and the side that contacts the buttocks of the user is referred to as the "rear side". In the thickness direction of the sanitary napkin 1, the side that contacts the skin of the user is referred to as "skin side", and the opposite side is referred to as "non-skin side". The sanitary napkin 1 has a pair of wing portions 1w extending from a central portion in the longitudinal direction to both outer sides in the width direction.
The sanitary napkin 1 further includes a front sheet 2, a middle sheet 3, an absorber 10, a back sheet 4, a flap 5, and side sheets 6 at the widthwise center thereof. The top sheet 2, the intermediate sheet 3, the absorber 10, and the back sheet 4 are laminated in this order from the skin side in the thickness direction, and the side sheet 6 is arranged from the end in the width direction of the skin side surface of the top sheet 2 to the end in the width direction of the non-skin side surface of the absorber 10. That is, the side sheets 6 are arranged so as to sandwich the members 2, 3, 10 in the thickness direction. The top sheet 2, the intermediate sheet 3, the absorber 10, the backsheet 4, the flap 5, and the side sheet 6 are bonded and fixed by an adhesive (not shown) such as a hot melt adhesive.
The top sheet 2 is a liquid-permeable sheet member, and a cotton sheet can be exemplified. The sheet member is not limited to a sheet member composed of 100% cotton, and may be, for example, a mixed sheet of cotton and a hot air nonwoven fabric. The topsheet 2 is a portion that comes into direct contact with the skin of the wearer during wear. Therefore, the use of cotton as the natural fiber for the top sheet 2 can reduce irritation to the skin of the wearer and reduce the possibility of skin itching, skin redness, and the like of the wearer. Further, by using the surface sheet 2 as a cotton sheet, a visually soft impression is also obtained. However, the surface sheet 2 may not be a cotton sheet.
The intermediate sheet 3 is a liquid-permeable sheet member, and examples thereof include a hot air nonwoven fabric and a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric. The flap 5 and the side sheet 6 are hydrophobic sheet members, and examples thereof include a hot air nonwoven fabric and a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric. The backsheet 4 is a liquid impermeable sheet member, and a resin film of Polyethylene (PE) or the like can be exemplified. The backsheet 4 has a larger planar dimension than the absorbent body 10 and covers the entire planar surface of the absorbent body 10. The sanitary napkin 1 may not have the intermediate sheet 3.
The wing portion 1w is formed by a portion of both the flap 5 and the backsheet 4 extending outward from both side portions in the width direction of the topsheet 2 and the like, at a position on the non-skin side of the absorbent body 10.
The absorber 10 is a member for absorbing and retaining excrement therein. As shown in fig. 3, the absorbent body 10 has an absorbent core 11 and a cover sheet 12 covering the absorbent core 11. The absorbent core 11 is formed by adding a super absorbent polymer (so-called SAP) or the like as liquid absorbent particulate material to pulp fibers, cellulose absorbent fibers or the like as liquid absorbent fibers and molding the mixture into a predetermined shape. The cover sheet 12 is a liquid-permeable sheet, and tissue paper and the like can be exemplified.
The sanitary napkin 1 has a central adhesive portion 8 (an anti-migration adhesive portion) formed by applying an adhesive or the like to the non-skin side surface (that is, the non-skin side surface of the backsheet 4). In fig. 2, 11 rectangular central adhesive portions 8 having long sides in the longitudinal direction are arranged at intervals in the width direction in the central adhesive portion 8, but the shape, number, and arrangement of the central adhesive portions 8 are not limited thereto. The central adhesive portion 8 is adhered to the skin side surface of clothing such as underwear when the sanitary napkin 1 is used, whereby the sanitary napkin 1 is fixed to the underwear.
Similarly, each wing portion 1w is provided with a wing adhesive portion 9 (an adhesive portion for preventing displacement) formed by applying an adhesive or the like on the non-skin side surface (non-skin side surface of the backsheet 4). In fig. 2, 4 rectangular wing bonded portions 9 having long sides in the longitudinal direction are arranged at intervals in the width direction in the wing bonded portions 9, but the shape, number, and arrangement of the wing bonded portions 9 are not limited thereto. When the sanitary napkin 1 is used, the wing portions 1w are folded toward the non-skin side, and the wing adhesive portions 9 are adhered to the non-skin side surface of underwear or the like. Thereby, the wing part 1w is fixed to underwear or the like. However, the sanitary napkin 1 may be provided without the wing portion 1w and the wing adhesive portion 9.
In addition, the sanitary napkin 1 has linear compression pockets 20 recessed in the thickness direction. The linear compression pockets 20 are formed by a plurality of dot-like compression pockets 21 arranged in a linear manner at intervals, and have a substantially annular shape as a whole that is long in the longitudinal direction. In the dot-like compressed concave portions 21, the surface sheet 2, the intermediate sheet 3, and the absorber 10 (partially or entirely) are compressed in the thickness direction from the skin side surface side of the surface sheet 2, and the members 2, 3, 10 are joined and integrated.
However, the linear compression concave portion 20 is not limited to the above, and may compress only the absorber 10, or may compress only the top sheet 2 and the intermediate sheet 3 located closer to the skin than the absorber 10, or may compress the absorber 10 from the backsheet 4. The linear compression pockets 20 may be continuous groove-like pockets.
In addition, the thickness of the sanitary napkin 1 is thinner than the surrounding area at the linear compression pockets 20 (dot compression pockets 21), and the fiber density of the sanitary napkin 1 is higher. The comparison may be performed by a known method. As a comparison method of the thickness of the sanitary napkin 1, there can be exemplified: a method of comparing by visual inspection; a target site was obtained and compared with a dial gauge ID-C1012C manufactured by Sanfeng, inc. or an instrument equivalent thereto, and the target site was measured and compared with a standard gauge ID-C1012C manufactured by Sanfeng, inc. at a speed of 3.0gf/cm, for example 2 And (3) a method for measuring the obtained value by pressurizing. As a method for comparing the density of the sanitary napkin 1, a method based on comparing an enlarged cross-sectional image obtained by cutting the sanitary napkin 1 in the thickness direction by an electron microscope or the like can be exemplified.
With respect to the packaging material 30>
Fig. 4 is a view showing an outer side surface of the packaging material 30. That is, a view of the surface of the absorbent article package 40 (described later) obtained by packaging the sanitary napkin 1 with the packaging material 30 is shown.
The packaging material 30 is a rectangular sheet-like member having a longitudinal direction and a width direction. The packaging material 30 may be exemplified by a resin film, a nonwoven fabric, a paper, a material obtained by laminating these materials, or the like.
In the absorbent article package 40, the packaging material 30 is folded such that the one end 30a of the packaging material 30 in the longitudinal direction is positioned outside the other end 30 b. That is, one end (end extending in the width direction) of the packaging material 30 in the longitudinal direction is an opening end 30a. A fixing band 31 for fixing the opening end 30a of the packaging material 30 is provided at one end portion of the packaging material 30 in the longitudinal direction. The fixing tape 31 is fixed to the outer surface of the packaging material 30 with an adhesive or the like so that a part thereof extends to the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the packaging material 30. Further, the fixing tape 31 may not be provided in the packaging material 30.
[ about the absorbent article package 40 ]
Fig. 5A is a view showing an opening surface 40A of the absorbent article package 40, and fig. 5B is a view showing a side surface 40B opposite to the opening surface of the absorbent article package 40. Fig. 6 is a view showing the absorbent article package 40 in which the 1 st fold F1 is unfolded. Fig. 7 is a view showing the absorbent article package 40 in which the 2 nd folded portion F2 is unfolded from the state of fig. 6.
The absorbent article package 40 is formed by individually packaging the sanitary napkin 1 with the packaging material 30. In the absorbent article package 40, as shown in fig. 7, the sanitary napkin 1 is disposed on the inner side surface of the packaging material 30 with the skin side surface facing upward. The longitudinal direction of the wrapping material 30 is along the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1, and the width direction of the wrapping material 30 is along the width direction of the sanitary napkin 1. The opening end 30a side of the packaging material 30 corresponds to the front side of the sanitary napkin 1.
In the absorbent article package 40 of the present embodiment, the packaging material 30 is folded together with the sanitary napkin 1 at two folded portions F1, F2 extending in the width direction so that the skin side surface of the sanitary napkin 1 is the inner side. For the purpose of explanation, the folding portion on the most longitudinal side (opening end 30a side) is referred to as a 1 st folding portion F1, and the folding portion on the other longitudinal side than the 1 st folding portion F1 is referred to as a 2 nd folding portion F2.
The number of folded portions is not limited to two, and may be one or three or more. In addition, the packaging material 30 may be folded not only at the folding portion extending in the width direction but also at the folding portion extending in the longitudinal direction. In addition, the packaging material 30 and the sanitary napkin 1 may be folded independently of each other. That is, the packaging material 30 may be folded so as to wrap the sanitary napkin 1 in a folded state.
In the absorbent article package 40, as shown in fig. 5A and 5B, both side ends of the packaging material 30 in the width direction are joined to form a pair of joint portions 41. The joining method at the joining portion 41 may be a known joining method such as heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, adhesive, or a combination thereof.
When the user holds the fixing band 31 and unfolds the 1 st fold F1, the state of fig. 6 is obtained. When the fold at the 2 nd fold F2 is further unfolded, the state of fig. 7 is obtained. The sanitary napkin 1 is disposed on the inner surface of the wrapper 30 in a state in which the wing portions 1w are folded back inward in the width direction. A release sheet 42 is disposed on the wing pressure-sensitive adhesive portion 9. The release sheet 42 may be detachable from the packaging material 30 and may be released by the user in the unfolded state of fig. 7, or may be bonded to the packaging material 30 and may be released when the absorbent article package 40 is unfolded (not shown). A release sheet (not shown) is provided on the inner surface of the packaging material 30 at a portion facing the central adhesive portion 8 of the sanitary napkin 1, and the sanitary napkin 1 is disposed on the inner surface of the packaging material 30 with the release sheet interposed therebetween.
Pattern of the absorbent article package 40= = = = =
FIG. 8 is a table showing the evaluation results of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3. Fig. 9 is an explanatory diagram of the width of the main metal pattern 51.
The absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins 1 are generally composed of nonwoven fabrics, resin films, and the like, and the glossiness of the absorbent articles is low. Further, the user holds the impression that the absorbent article is a sanitary article, and therefore the glossiness of the absorbent article and the absorbent article package in which the absorbent article is packaged is low.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the absorbent article package 40 of the present embodiment is provided with main metal patterns 51, 52 (shiny patterns) having high glossiness. The main metal patterns 51 and 52 are provided so as to be visually identifiable from the outside of the absorbent article package 40.
As shown in fig. 2, the portions of the sanitary napkin 1 having high glossiness are adhesive portion arrangement regions A1 and A2 in which the adhesive portions (the central adhesive portion 8 and the wing adhesive portion 9) for preventing offset are arranged. Therefore, the highest glossiness of the main metal patterns 51, 52 is set to be equal to or higher than the lowest glossiness of the adhesive portion arrangement areas A1, A2. The glossiness of the main metal patterns 51, 52 is the glossiness of the outer side surface of the absorbent article package 40, and the glossiness of the adhesive portion arrangement areas A1 to A3 is the glossiness of the non-skin side surface of the sanitary napkin 1.
As described above, the main metal patterns 51 and 52 having a glossiness equal to or higher than that of the portions (A1 and A2) having a higher glossiness in the sanitary napkin 1 are provided in the absorbent article package 40, and thus the absorbent article package 40 according to the present embodiment has an appearance that is not similar to that of an absorbent article package. Therefore, it becomes difficult to know that the content is the outer appearance of the sanitary napkin 1, and the user can conveniently carry the absorbent article package 40.
Further, since the sanitary napkin 1 is worn directly on the body, a user desires a good with a high-quality feel. For example, in the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment, the surface sheet 2 is made of cotton, so that the skin touch of the sanitary napkin 1 can be improved. By using natural and safe materials or making the skin feel of the sanitary napkin 1 good in this way, the high-quality feel of the sanitary napkin 1 can be enhanced.
In such a case, the main metal designs 51 and 52 are provided in the absorbent article package 40, so that the user can recognize that the sanitary napkin 1 having the contents is a good-quality product. As a result, the user can use the sanitary napkin 1 with ease.
In addition, by providing the main metal patterns 51, 52 on the absorbent article package 40, the absorbent article package 40 is easily made visible even in a slightly dark place. Therefore, the absorbent article package 40 can be immediately taken out from the bag or pouch, or the absorbent article package 40 stored in the toilet can be immediately found out.
The main metal patterns 51 and 52 of the present embodiment are printed with a metal ink having metal particles. This can improve the glossiness of the main metal patterns 51, 52, and can set the main metal patterns 51, 52 to a sparkling pattern.
Specifically, the metallic ink is an ink containing metallic particles (aluminum particles, copper particles, etc.) having a particle diameter of about 1 μm to 150 μm. The printed surfaces of the main metal patterns 51 and 52 were observed by electron microscopy in a magnified manner, and the inclusion of metal particles was confirmed.
The main metal patterns 51 and 52 of the present embodiment are provided on the outer surface of the packaging material 30. Therefore, the glossiness of the main metal patterns 51, 52 on the outer side surface of the absorbent article package 40 can be improved as compared with the case where the main metal patterns 51, 52 are provided in other places (the inner side surface of the package 30, the backsheet 4 of the sanitary napkin 1, the release sheet between the package 30 and the sanitary napkin 1, etc.) and the main metal patterns 51, 52 are visually confirmed through the package 30.
In the present embodiment, the primary metal patterns 51 and 52 (patterns) are exemplified as patterns representing cotton as a material of the sanitary napkin 1, but the shape, size, color, and the like of the patterns are not particularly limited. The entire pattern of the packaging material 30 may be a pattern having a high glossiness (pattern formed of a metallic ink), or a part of the pattern of the packaging material 30 may be a pattern having a low glossiness.
As shown in fig. 2, the adhesive portion arrangement region A1 is a region surrounded by one end A1 and the other end a2 in the width direction of the front end in the longitudinal direction of the central adhesive portion 8 and one end a3 and the other end a4 in the width direction of the rear end in the longitudinal direction. In addition, when the sanitary napkin 1 has the wing portion 1w, the sanitary napkin 1 also has the adhesive portion area A2 surrounded by one end b1 and the other end b2 in the width direction of the front end in the longitudinal direction of the wing adhesive portion 9 and one end b3 and the other end b4 in the width direction of the rear end in the longitudinal direction.
The main metal patterns 51 and 52 and the adhesive portion arrangement areas A1 and A2 may be compared (measured) in terms of glossiness by a known method. For example, specular gloss at a measurement angle of 60 ° can be measured using MN gloss meter by ITECH corporation, and compared. The glossiness of other portions described below can be measured in the same manner.
Specifically, first, a calibration standard plate (black plate having a refractive index of 1.567) was used to calibrate the gloss meter.
Next, the sample was placed flat on the calibration standard plate in such a manner that no wrinkles were generated. The main metal patterns 51 and 52 are measured so that the outer side of the absorbent article package 40 faces upward. It is preferable that the measurement is performed in the form of the absorbent article package 40 (that is, in a state where the packaging material 30 is folded with the sanitary napkin 1 inside) as shown in fig. 5A and 5B. The adhesive portion arrangement areas A1 and A2 are measured so that the non-skin side surface of the sanitary napkin 1 faces upward. It is preferable that the measurement is performed in a state where the sanitary napkin 1 is spread as shown in fig. 2.
Next, a gloss meter was placed over the sample, the sample was irradiated with a light source having an incident angle of 60 °, and reflected light reflected from the sample was received with a light detector at a light receiving angle of 60 °. The intensity of the reflected light at this time (measurement result of the gloss meter) was recorded as the gloss (Gs) of the sample. The same measurement site is measured a plurality of times (for example, n=10), and the maximum value (or average value or minimum value) thereof is used as the glossiness of the measurement site.
In addition, the glossiness (measurement result) varies depending on the measurement site of the sample. In the case of the metallic patterns 51, 52, the larger the portion (portion coated with metallic ink) on which metallic printing is performed, the higher the glossiness. Therefore, a region having a large area (filled area) of metal printing in the main metal patterns 51, 52, for example, a position B1 of fig. 5A and a position B2 of fig. 5B, is selected as a measurement region, and a plurality of such measurement regions are selected. In addition, a portion with a large area of metal printing was measured as a measurement center. Then, the maximum value of the glossiness of each of the plurality of measurement portions selected is set as "the highest glossiness of the main metal pattern". However, if the main metal patterns 51, 52 are small or the area of the metal printing is small, if the proportion of the metal printing portion in the view angle of the gloss meter is less than 60%, the main metal patterns 51, 52 are cut from the packaging material 30, and the metal printing portion is concentrated. Then, the ratio of the metal printed portion in the view angle of the gloss meter was measured to be 60% or more.
Similarly, in the case of the adhesive portion arrangement regions A1 and A2, the larger the portion coated with the adhesive is, the higher the glossiness is. Therefore, the portions of the adhesive portions in the adhesive portion arrangement regions A1 and A2, in which the application intervals of the adhesive are large, are selected as measurement portions, and a plurality of such measurement portions (in fig. 2, since the adhesive portions are applied at the same intervals, a plurality of appropriate portions are selected). Then, the minimum value among the glossiness of each of the plurality of measurement portions selected is set as "the lowest glossiness of the adhesion portion arrangement region". However, when the proportion of the adhesive applied portion in the view angle of the gloss meter is less than 60%, the adhesive applied portion is cut from the sanitary napkin 1, and the adhesive applied portion is concentrated. Then, the ratio of the applied portion of the adhesive in the view angle of the gloss meter was measured to be 60% or more.
As shown in the table of fig. 8, the absorbent article packages 40 of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were prepared, and the design of the packaging material 30, and the glossiness of the front sheet 2 and the back sheet 4 of the sanitary napkin 1 were actually measured. In addition, the impression (high-quality feel and naturalness) of the sanitary napkin 1 was also evaluated.
As for the glossiness of the topsheet 2 of the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in fig. 1, the region (region surrounded by points c1, c2, c3, c 4) where the topsheet 2 is exposed on the skin side surface of the sanitary napkin 1 (region surrounded by points c1, c2, c3, c 4) was measured. The glossiness of the backsheet 4 of the sanitary napkin 1 was measured in the areas other than the adhesive portion arrangement areas A1 and A2 on the non-skin side surface of the sanitary napkin 1.
The measurement method of the glossiness is the same as the foregoing method.
The maximum value (highest gloss) among the gloss values at the plurality of measurement sites is recorded in the table of fig. 8 for the pattern of the packaging material 30.
With respect to the topsheet 2, a gloss meter was placed on the sanitary napkin 1 with the skin side facing upward, and the gloss of the topsheet 2 was measured at a plurality of locations. The minimum value (lowest glossiness) among the glossiness of each of the plurality of measurement portions is recorded in the table of fig. 8.
With respect to the backsheet 4, a gloss meter was placed on the sanitary napkin 1 with the non-skin side face up, and the gloss of a plurality of portions of the backsheet 4 (adhesive-free region) was measured. The minimum value (lowest glossiness) among the glossiness of each of the plurality of measurement portions is recorded in the table of fig. 8.
In the method of evaluating the feel of the quality, the experimenters (30 women) actually observe and evaluate the patterns of the absorbent article packages 40 of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3. The absorbent article package 40 was evaluated as "o" when the sanitary napkin 1 having the content was an impression of a good having a high quality, and "Δ" when the impression was not found, and "x" when the impression of the sanitary napkin 1 was a good having a high quality, and the 3 grades were evaluated. Evaluation of 60% or more of the experimenters' selections is recorded in the table of fig. 8.
In the natural impression evaluation method, the experimenters (30 women) actually observed and evaluated the sanitary napkins 1 of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3. The sanitary napkin 1 was rated as "o" when a natural impression and a clean impression were not scientific, was rated as "Δ" when no such impression was found, was rated as "x" when no natural impression and no clean impression were found, and was rated on these 3 scales. Evaluation of 60% or more of the experimenters' selections is recorded in the table of fig. 8.
The absorbent article package 40 of example 1 has a pattern printed with "yellow" metallic ink that can be visually confirmed from the outside. The topsheet 2 of the sanitary napkin 1 of example 1 was a spunbonded nonwoven fabric composed of sheath-core type composite fibers having a fineness of 2.3dtex and PP (polypropylene)/PP.
The absorbent article package 40 of example 2 has a pattern printed with "pink" metallic ink that can be visually confirmed from the outside. The front sheet 2 of the sanitary napkin 1 of example 2 was a hot air nonwoven fabric composed of sheath-core type composite fibers having a fineness of 3.6dtex and PE (polyethylene)/PP.
The absorbent article package 40 of example 3 has a pattern printed with "silver" metallic ink that can be visually confirmed from the outside. The topsheet 2 of the sanitary napkin 1 of example 3 was a nonwoven fabric of 100% cotton.
The absorbent article package 40 of comparative example 1 was visually confirmed from the outside as a "yellow" pattern printed with an ink containing no metal particles. The front sheet 2 of the sanitary napkin 1 of comparative example 1 was a nonwoven fabric of 100% cotton.
The absorbent article package 40 of comparative example 2 was a "pink" pattern printed with an ink containing no metal particles, which could be visually confirmed from the outside. The front sheet 2 of the sanitary napkin 1 of comparative example 2 was a hot air nonwoven fabric composed of sheath-core type conjugate fibers having a fineness of 3.6dtex and PE/PP.
The absorbent article package 40 of comparative example 3 has a pattern printed with "yellow" metallic ink that can be visually confirmed from the outside. The front sheet 2 of the sanitary napkin 1 of comparative example 3 was a hot air nonwoven fabric composed of sheath-core type conjugate fibers having a fineness of 1.8dtex and PE/PP.
The base sheets 4 of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were white PE (polyethylene) resin films, and were films having different glossiness.
As is clear from the results of fig. 8, if the glossiness (highest glossiness) of the design of the absorbent article package 40 is "8" or more, the user can easily hold the impression that the sanitary napkin 1 is a good product having a high quality. Accordingly, the glossiness of the design of the absorbent article package 40 is preferably 8 or more.
Although not shown in the table of fig. 8, the lowest glossiness of the adhesive portion arrangement regions A1 and A2 is measured in the adhesive portion arrangement regions A1 and A2 shown in fig. 2, and the result is "6". In this respect, it can be said that the glossiness of the design of the absorbent article package 40 is equal to or higher than the glossiness of the adhesive portion arrangement areas A1 and A2, whereby the user can be given the impression that the sanitary napkin 1 containing the content is a good product.
Further, as is clear from the results of fig. 8, in comparative example 3 in which the minimum glossiness of the top sheet 2 and the bottom sheet 4 is larger than 4, it is difficult to generate a natural impression and an impression of a clean feel on the sanitary napkin 1. Further, even if the absorbent article package 40 has a pattern with high glossiness as in examples 1 to 3, if the glossiness of the sanitary napkin 1 is low, a natural impression and a clean impression are easily produced on the sanitary napkin 1.
Therefore, it is preferable that at least one of the lowest glossiness of the surface sheet 2 in the area exposed on the skin side surface of the sanitary napkin 1 (the area surrounded by c1, c2, c3, and c4 in fig. 1) and the lowest glossiness of the non-skin side surface of the sanitary napkin 1 in the area other than the adhesive portion arrangement areas A1 and A2 is 4 or less.
More preferably, the glossiness (i.e., highest glossiness) of the surface sheet 2 in the entire area of the exposed skin-side surface area of the sanitary napkin 1 and the glossiness (i.e., highest glossiness) of the entire area of the non-skin-side surface area of the sanitary napkin 1 except the adhesive portion arrangement areas A1, A2 are set to 4 or less.
By doing so, the brightness of the external appearance of the sanitary napkin 1 can be suppressed, and the sanitary napkin 1 has a natural impression like a sanitary article and an impression of a clean feel (cool feel). In particular, by visually confirming the sanitary napkin 1 by comparing with the main metal patterns 51, 52, the user can more easily receive a natural impression and a clean impression on the sanitary napkin 1. This enables the user to use the sanitary napkin 1 with ease. In addition, the difference between the main metal patterns 51, 52 of the absorbent article package 40 and the glossiness of the sanitary napkin 1 becomes large. Therefore, both the high-quality feeling reminiscent of the higher glossiness of the main metal patterns 51, 52 and the clean feeling reminiscent of the lower glossiness of the sanitary napkin 1 are prominent. Thereby, the user is more easily aware of the high-quality feeling and the clean feeling of the sanitary napkin 1.
Further, as is clear from the results of fig. 8, when a sheet of cotton fibers is used for the surface sheet 2 as in example 3, the glossiness of the surface sheet 2 is lowered. Therefore, the topsheet 2 preferably contains 50 mass% or more of cotton fibers relative to the entire mass of the topsheet 2.
By doing so, the glossiness of the topsheet 2 can be reduced, and the sanitary napkin 1 has a natural impression like a sanitary article and a clean impression. This enables the user to use the sanitary napkin 1 with ease. Further, as described above, by using cotton as the natural fiber for the top sheet 2, the irritation to the skin of the wearer can be reduced, and the possibility of causing itching, redness, etc. of the skin of the wearer can be reduced.
The proportion of cotton fibers in the surface sheet 2 may be confirmed by a known method. For example, the measurement can be performed by using a fiber blend ratio test of JIS L1032-2. For example, in the case of the surface sheet 2 composed of cotton fibers and synthetic fibers, sulfuric acid having a concentration of 70% can be used to confirm the proportion of cotton fibers by a dissolution method in which cotton fibers are dissolved. Further, the confirmation may be performed by a microscopic method.
It is preferable that the area of the non-skin side surface of the sanitary napkin 1 is white in half or more, and the packaging material 30 is also white. By so doing, it is difficult to visually confirm the sanitary napkin 1 from the outside of the absorbent article package 40 through the packaging material 30. Therefore, the impression of the main metal patterns 51, 52, which is not the appearance of the absorbent article package 40, can be prevented from being impaired.
White is not limited to pure white (e.g., l=100, a=0, b=0 in the Lab color space), but also includes white-emitting colors (e.g., l=70 or more, a=5 or less, and b=5 or less). The color of each member can be obtained from a color measurement result (Lab value) using a color meter.
As shown in fig. 2, a pattern 55 printed with a color other than white may be provided on the non-skin side surface of the sanitary napkin 1. In this case, as a method for confirming the area ratio of the white region, for example, a method for confirming by visual inspection, a method for calculating the arrangement area and the non-arrangement area of the pattern 55 using an area calculation program, and the like can be exemplified. However, the main color of the non-skin side surface of the sanitary napkin 1 and the color of the packaging material 30 are not limited to the above, and may be other than white.
It is preferable that the major metal patterns 51 and 52 (1 st pattern and 2 nd pattern) having the highest glossiness equal to or higher than the lowest glossiness of the adhesive portion arrangement regions A1 and A2 are provided on both the opening face 40A (2 nd face) of the absorbent article package 40, that is, the face of the packaging material 30 provided with the opening end 30A and the fixing tape 31, and the side face 40B (1 st face) opposite to the opening face of the absorbent article package 40.
By doing so, the user easily sees the primary metallic patterns 51, 52 twice. Therefore, the main metal patterns 51 and 52 are liable to remain in the impression of the user by the inscription effect. Thus, the user can easily recognize the high-quality feeling of the sanitary napkin 1 which is reminiscent of the main metal patterns 51, 52.
The areas of the two main metal patterns 51 and 52 are preferably larger than the area of the fixing tape 31. By doing so, the two main metallic patterns 51, 52 are noticeable, which is easily noticeable to the user and easily remains in the user's impression. Thus, the user can easily recognize the high-quality feeling of the sanitary napkin 1 which is reminiscent of the main metal patterns 51, 52.
However, the present invention is not limited to the above, and the main metal designs 51 and 52 may be provided only on one of the opening surface 40A and the opposite opening surface side surface 40B of the absorbent article package 40. At least one of the main metal pattern 52 of the opening surface 40A and the main metal pattern 51 of the opposite side surface 40B may be smaller than the fixing tape 31.
As shown in fig. 6, the absorbent article package 40 preferably has an internal metal pattern 53 (internal pattern) that can be visually confirmed in a state where the opening end 30a is unfolded, and the highest glossiness of the internal metal pattern 53 is equal to or higher than the lowest glossiness of the adhesive portion arrangement regions A1, A2. That is, the internal metal pattern 53 is also preferably a pattern obtained by printing with a metal ink.
By doing so, the user can visually confirm the designs 51 to 53 having high glossiness both before and after the expansion of the absorbent article package 40. Therefore, the main metal patterns 51, 52 and the inner metal pattern 53 are liable to remain in the impression of the user by the inscription effect. Thus, the user can easily recognize the high-quality feeling of the sanitary napkin 1 which is reminiscent of the main metal patterns 51, 52 and the inner metal pattern 53.
In particular, as shown in fig. 6, the internal metal pattern 53 is preferably provided at a position A3 of the packaging material 30 where the fixing tape 31 is fixed. In this case, the user visually confirms the internal metal pattern 53 when peeling the fixing band 31. Thus, the internal metal pattern 53 is easily noticeable to the user and easily remains in the user's impression.
It is preferable that the area of the main metal pattern 52 (fig. 5A) of the opening surface 40A of the absorbent article package 40 is smaller than the area of the main metal pattern 51 (fig. 5B) of the opposite side surface 40B of the opening surface, and the area of the internal metal pattern 53 (fig. 6) is smaller than the area of the main metal pattern 52 of the opening surface 40A.
The order of the patterns visually confirmed by the user when opening the absorbent article package 40 is the order of the main metal pattern 51 of the side surface 40B opposite to the opening surface, the main metal pattern 52 of the opening surface 40A, and the internal metal pattern 53. Accordingly, by setting the above-described area relationship, the areas of the metal patterns 51 to 53 visually confirmed by the user can be gradually reduced, and the consciousness of the user can be easily shifted from the metal patterns 51 to 53 to the sanitary napkin 1. Therefore, the feeling of cleanliness reminiscent of the lower glossiness of the sanitary napkin 1 tends to remain in the impression of the user.
However, the present invention is not limited to the above, and for example, the packaging material 30 may not have the internal metal pattern 53. The area relation of the metal patterns 51 to 53 is not limited to the above.
The metal patterns 51 to 53 and the area of the fixing tape 31 may be compared by a known method. For example, the comparison may be performed by visual inspection. As shown in fig. 4, the areas of rectangular regions R1 to R3 surrounded by the lines extending in the longitudinal direction and passing through the both ends in the width direction of the metal patterns 51 to 53 and the lines extending in the width direction and passing through the both ends in the length direction of the metal patterns 51 to 53 may be calculated and compared. The areas along the outlines of the metal patterns 51 to 53 may be calculated and compared by an area calculation program.
As shown in fig. 9, the width w1 of the main patterns 51 and 52 in the width direction is preferably equal to or smaller than the width w2 (w 1. Ltoreq.w2) of the sanitary napkin 1 in a state of being packed in the packaging material 30 (i.e., folded state).
By doing so, the main metal patterns 51, 52 can be arranged in the flat portion on the sanitary napkin 1 inside the packaging material 30, and the visibility of the main metal patterns 51, 52 can be improved. In addition, when the main color of the sanitary napkin 1 (backsheet 4) is white, the concentration of white in the portion where the sanitary napkin 1 is disposed in the absorbent article package 40 increases. Therefore, the visibility of the main metal patterns 51, 52 is further improved. Thus, the main metal patterns 51 and 52 are likely to remain in the impression of the user, and the user can easily recognize the high-quality feeling of the sanitary napkin 1 which is perceived by the main metal patterns 51 and 52.
As shown in fig. 4, the absorbent article package 40 (the packaging material 30) may have background designs 54a and 54b that can be confirmed from the outside view thereof. The background patterns 54a and 54b are a plurality of relatively small patterns regularly or irregularly arranged. Preferably, the highest glossiness of the background patterns 54a, 54b is also equal to or higher than the lowest glossiness of the adhesive portion arrangement areas A1, A2. That is, the background patterns 54a and 54b are also preferably metallic patterns obtained by printing with metallic ink.
By doing so, the user visually confirms more metal patterns 51, 52, 54a, 54b from the outside of the absorbent article package 40. Therefore, the metal patterns 51, 52, 54a, 54b are likely to remain in the impression of the user, and the user can easily recognize the high-quality feeling of the sanitary napkin 1 that is perceived by the metal patterns 51, 52, 54a, 54b.
As shown in fig. 9, a background pattern 54a is preferably arranged between the joining portion 41 of the absorbent article package 40 and the sanitary napkin 1 in the width direction. At least a part of the background patterns 54a, 54 may be disposed between the joining portion 41 and the sanitary napkin 1.
The sanitary napkin 1 in a folded state has a thickness. Accordingly, in the absorbent article package 40, an inclined portion is formed between the joint portion 41 and the sanitary napkin 1. By providing the background patterns 54a and 54b in the inclined portions, the main metal patterns 51 and 52 produce a three-dimensional effect. Thus, it is visually confirmed that the users of the main metal patterns 51, 52 are more likely to give the impression that the sanitary napkin 1 is a good product with a high quality.
However, the present invention is not limited to the above. For example, the width of the main metal patterns 51, 52 may be larger than the width of the sanitary napkin 1. The absorbent article package 40 may not have the background patterns 54a and 54b.
= = = package 60= = regarding absorbent article package 40
Fig. 10A is a perspective view of the package 60 of the absorbent article package 40. Fig. 10B and 10C are explanatory views of main metal patterns 51A and 51B of the absorbent article packages 40A and 40B included in the package 60.
The package 60 (pouch member) encloses a plurality of absorbent article packages 40. The package 60 shown in fig. 10A has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the absorbent article package 40 can be removed from the package 60 by opening the lid member 60A of the package 60. The shape of the package 60 shown in fig. 10A is an example, and is not limited thereto.
Further, it is preferable that the package 60 encloses a plurality of absorbent article packages 40 having the above-described main metal patterns 51, 52, and encloses a plurality of kinds of absorbent article packages 40 having different highest glossiness of the main metal patterns 51, 52.
In order to make the highest glossiness of the main metal patterns 51, 52 different, for example, even the same shape pattern may be made different in color. For example, as shown in fig. 10B, the main metal pattern 51A of one absorbent article package 40A may be printed with yellow metal ink, and as shown in fig. 10C, the main metal pattern 51B of the other absorbent article package 40B may be printed with metal ink of a color different from yellow (for example, pink, silver). In addition, even in the case of printing with metallic ink of the same color, the highest glossiness can be made different by changing the shape of the pattern (filling area of the metallic ink).
As described above, by incorporating the plurality of kinds of absorbent article packages 40 in the package 60, the user is more likely to have an impression of being a good product having a sense of quality than, for example, the case where the designs and colors of the absorbent article packages in the package are all the same. In addition, the user can use the absorbent article package 40 without tiring, and the pleasure of selecting which absorbent article package 40 to use increases. Therefore, the depressed mood in the physiological period can be alleviated.
As shown in fig. 10A, a design 61 (for example, a design indicating a crown) and a character 62 (for example, "high-grade feel") may be provided on the package 60 so as to give the user a high-grade feel.
By doing so, it is seen that the user of the package 60 is easily aware that the sanitary napkin 1 within the package 60 is a good with a sense of high grade. In addition, the user's subconscious sense of the design 61 and the characters 62 of the package 60 is marked with the impression of the high-quality feel of the sanitary napkin 1. Therefore, when the absorbent article package 40 is used, the user who sees the main metal patterns 51, 52 is aware of the impression of the high-quality feel of the sanitary napkin 1 again, and tends to remain in the impression of the user. Therefore, the user can use the sanitary napkin 1 with ease.
The pattern 61 and the character 62 for imparting a high-quality feel are preferably printed with metallic ink. By doing so, the user who has seen the shiny pattern 61 and the text 62 is more likely to recognize that the sanitary napkin 1 is a good product having a high-quality feeling.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the embodiments are made to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention. The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but may be modified or improved without departing from the spirit thereof.
