< basic Structure of absorbent article Package >)
Fig. 1A is a plan view of the absorbent article package 20, and fig. 1B is a schematic sectional view of the absorbent article package 20. Fig. 2 shows a state where the absorbent article package 20 has been opened and unfolded as viewed from the skin side of the pad 1. Fig. 3A and 3B are explanatory views of a method of folding the absorbent article package 20.
The absorbent article package 20 includes an absorbent article 1, the absorbent article 1 is a sanitary napkin, a panty liner, or an absorbent pad, and the absorbent article package 20 further includes a packaging member 10 in which the absorbent article 1 is packaged. Specific examples of the absorbent pad include absorbent articles such as pad-type diapers, spread-type diapers, pants-type disposable diapers, and breast pads. The sanitary napkin is also not limited to having the configuration shown in fig. 2 and the like, and may be a pants-type sanitary napkin or the like. The absorbent article package 20 of the present embodiment has a structure in which a sanitary napkin 1 (hereinafter also referred to as a "napkin pad") as an absorbent article is individually packaged in a packaging member 10 (hereinafter also referred to as an "individually packaged body").
In the example shown in fig. 2, the pad 1 has a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction orthogonal to each other. The napkin pad 1 comprises: an absorbent body 2 that absorbs excretory fluid; a liquid-permeable topsheet 3 disposed on the skin side of the absorbent body 2; and a liquid-impermeable back sheet (not shown) disposed on the non-skin side of the absorbent body 2. The pad 1 of the present embodiment further includes a pair of wing portions 5 extending outward in the lateral direction in a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction, but the pad does not need to include the wing portions 5.
The packing member 10 is a rectangular sheet-like member, and has a length direction and a transverse direction orthogonal to each other. In the following description, the surface of the packaging member 10 that is located on the inside when packaged around the pad 1 is referred to as an inside surface 101, and the surface of the packaging member 10 that is located on the outside is referred to as an outside surface 102. The wrapping member 10 also has a plurality of appearance graphics 30 that can be viewed from the outside (from the outer side surface 102 side) of the absorbent article package 20. The appearance figure 30 can also be observed from the inner side surface 101 side of the packing member 10. In the present embodiment, the figure of an animal (black cat) is shown as an example of the appearance figure 30 of the packing member 10, but is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 2, when the individual package 20 is opened and unfolded, the napkin pad 1 is disposed on the inner surface 101 of the package member 10 such that the skin surface of the napkin pad 1 faces upward. In addition, the lateral direction of the packing member 10 and the lateral direction of the napkin pad 1 are parallel to each other, and the longitudinal direction of the packing member 10 and the longitudinal direction of the napkin pad 1 are parallel to each other. In the individual package 20 of the present embodiment, the packing member 10 is folded together with the napkin pad 1 (the skin side of the napkin pad 1 is located inside) at two folding positions FL1 and FL2 extending in the transverse direction.
In addition, in the state where the individual package 20 is opened and unfolded, the fastening tape 40 is provided at one end portion of the packaging member 10 in the longitudinal direction. The fastening tape 40 is joined to the outer side surface 102 of the package member 10 in such a manner that a portion extends outward from the package member 10 in the longitudinal direction. As shown in fig. 1A, the fastening tape 40 fastens the opening end 10a of the packaging member 10 that has been folded to accommodate the pad towel 1.
In the product state (fig. 1A), the individual package 20 has transverse, longitudinal and thickness directions orthogonal to each other. The transverse direction of the individual package 20 is parallel to the transverse direction of the packing member 10 and the napkin pad 1, and the longitudinal direction of the individual package 20 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the packing member 10 and the napkin pad 1. In addition, a part of the packing member 10 is joined together in both lateral side portions 13 of the individual packing body 20. The bonding may be performed by a known bonding method such as using heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, an adhesive, or a combination thereof.
When the user grips and pulls the fastening tape 40 to use the individually packaged bodies 20, the individually packaged bodies 20 are unfolded at the folding position FL1 on one side (the fastening tape 40 side) in the longitudinal direction of the napkin pad 1, thereby achieving the state in fig. 3B. At this time, the adhesive portion 5A (see fig. 3A) on the upper surface of the wing portion 5 is covered with the release sheet 12. When the individually packaged bodies 20 are unfolded at the folded position FL2 on the other side in the longitudinal direction of the pad 1, the state of fig. 3A is achieved.

Fig. 4A is a plan view of the fastening band 40, and fig. 4B is a sectional view of the fastening band 40. Fig. 5 is a view showing the position of the fastening tape 40 on the individual packing body 20. Fig. 6A and 6B are diagrams illustrating a method of discarding the used pad towel 1. Fig. 7A and 7B are views showing a folded state of the grasping portion 42 of the fastening tape 40. Note that in some of the figures, the appearance graphic 30 is omitted from the packaging member 10 to avoid complication.
The fastening tape 40 for fastening the opening end 10a of the packaging member 10 has a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction orthogonal to each other, and is a rectangular member long in the longitudinal direction. The fastening tape 40 is arranged on the individual package 20 such that the transverse direction of the fastening tape 40 is parallel to the transverse direction of the individual package 20 (parallel to a first direction extending along the opening end 10a of the wrapping member 10), and the longitudinal direction of the fastening tape 40 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the individual package 20 (a second direction orthogonal to the first direction).
As shown in fig. 1B, in the individual package 20, a portion 102 of the second side of the packing member in the longitudinal direction is folded over a portion 101 of the first side of the packing member in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the first side in the longitudinal direction is the side of the portion 101 of the package member from which the fastening tape 40 is peeled off when the individual package 20 is unsealed. In addition, the second side in the longitudinal direction is a portion 102 side of the package member where the fastening tape 40 remains joined when the individual package 20 is unsealed. In other words, the first side in the longitudinal direction is the side where the fastener tape 40 starts to peel.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4B, the fastening tape 40 has an adhesive portion 401 and a non-adhesive portion 402 on one surface. In the adhesive part 401, the adhesive 44 applied to one surface of the fastening tape 40 is exposed. In the individual package 20, the adhesive portion 401 of the fastening tape 40 is configured to extend across the opening end 10a of the package member 10, and the fastening tape 40 is joined to the package member 10 through the adhesive portion 401. The strength of the adhesive portion 401 is set so that the user can peel the fastening tape 40 from the wrapping member 10. In addition, after the fastening tape 40 has been peeled off from the package member 10, the fastening tape 40 may be re-joined to the package member 10 via the adhesive portion 401.
Further, the fastening tape 40 includes a grip portion 42, an intermediate portion 43, and an appearance portion 41 in this order from the first side in the longitudinal direction. The exterior 41 has a plurality of graphic portions 412 and a transparent portion 411. The transparent part 411 has a light transmittance of 70% or more, and the pattern part 412 has a light transmittance of less than 70%. This is because, as a result of the attempts made by the inventors, it has been found that if the light transmittance is 70% or more, the user has an impression that this region is transparent.
In this example of the present embodiment, the transparent part 411 is colorless and transparent, and the plurality of graphic parts 412 are colored (e.g., pink) dots 412 arranged in an interleaved manner. Specifically, the appearance part 41 of the fastening tape 40 is obtained by printing the graphic part 412 on a resin material such as colorless transparent polyethylene or polypropylene. Note that there is no limitation to the above configuration, and the transparent part 411 may be colored and transparent, and the graphic part 412 may be white. In addition, the configuration is not limited to providing a plurality of pattern portions 412, and only one pattern portion 412 may be provided. The shape of the figure portion 412 is also not limited to a dot, and any of various shapes may be used, such as a star shape, a heart shape, a flower shape, an animal shape, or the like shown in fig. 8B described later. In addition, the graphic part 412 may be text, numerals, symbols, etc., and may indicate product name, size, configuration (winged), etc.
The area ratio of the transparent portion 411 in the exterior portion 41 is greater than 50%. Specifically, a value obtained by dividing the area of the transparent part 411 by the total area of the appearance parts 41 is larger than 0.5. In other words, the transparent part 411 occupies a large area of the exterior part 41, and the graphic part 412 is provided only in a part of the exterior part 41. In the present embodiment, the area ratio of the transparent portion 411 in the exterior portion 41 is 70%.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4B, the entire exterior portion 41 overlaps the adhesive portion 401 of the fastening tape 40, and the entire exterior portion 41 may be joined to the packing member 10.
It should be noted that the fastening tape 40 is often used when the used pad 1 is discarded. Specifically, the user removes and rolls up the used pad 1 from the underwear of the user, and then takes out a new pad 1 from another individual packing body 20 and mounts it to the underwear of the user. Then, the user wraps the used pad towel 1 in the packing member 10 after removing the new pad towel 1. Thereafter, as shown in fig. 6A and 6B, the fastening tape 40 is peeled off from the packing member 10, and the end 10a of the packing member 10 is fastened with the fastening tape 40. Therefore, the used napkin pad 1 can be discarded without opening and exposing the packing member 10 and the used napkin pad 1.
In the fastening band 40 of the present embodiment, most of the area of the exterior portion 41 is the transparent portion 411. Thus, when the pad 1 is to be discarded, the user can observe and confirm through the transparent portion 411: whether or not the exterior portion 41 extends across the end 10a of the wrapping member 10 while the fastening tape 40 is disposed on the wrapping member 10. The transparent portion 411 (the exterior portion 41) has a portion overlapping the adhesive portion 401 of the fastening tape 40. Thus, the adhesive portion 401 of the fastening tape 40 may be disposed on both the one side portion 103 and the other side portion 104 with respect to the end 10a of the packing member 10. Therefore, the end 10a of the packing member 10 can be securely fastened by the fastening tape 40.
In addition, since the end 10a of the packing member 10 can be viewed through the transparent portion 411, the user can press the end 10a area of the packing member 10 with fingers. In addition, it can be confirmed whether the packing member 10, which can be observed through the transparent part 411, is firmly coupled to the fastening tape 40 and does not float.
In this way, the fastening tape 40 provided with the transparent portion 411 can be easily fastened to the packing member 10 that encases the used pad 1, and the fastening tape 40 can be securely joined to the packing member 10. It is possible to suppress the opening of the packing member 10 containing the used napkin pad.
In addition, due to the fastening tape 40 including the transparent part 411, the user is given an impression that the fastening tape 40 is different from that of the package of the general pad towel. Therefore, the individual package 20 of the present embodiment is not easily recognized as a package of a napkin pad, and the user can easily carry the individual package 20.
The exterior 41 is not integrated with the packaging member 10 because it is not only formed of the transparent portion 411 but also includes the graphic portion 412. Therefore, the user can recognize the position of the fastening tape 40 on the individual package 20 and can smoothly unseal the individual package 20. In addition, the overall appearance of the fastening band 40 is improved by the graphic part 412.
Note that the area ratio of the transparent portion 411 in the exterior portion 41 can be confirmed using a known method. For example, the ratio may be confirmed by performing an area calculation program using a captured image of the fastening tape 40. In addition, the ratio can be visually confirmed. The same applies to the area ratio (area ratio of the design portion 41 in the fastening tape 40, area ratio of the graphic portion 412 in the design portion 41, and area comparison of the design graphic 30 of the packaging member 10 with the graphic portion 412 of the design portion 41) which will be described later.
In addition, the light transmittance of the transparent part 411 may be measured using a known method. For example, the light transmittance can be measured according to JIS K7375 using a colorimeter/colorimeter manufactured by japan electrochromism corporation or an equivalent thereof. The same applies to the light transmittance (light transmittance of the pattern portion 412, the grasping portions 42, and the intermediate portion 43) described later.
In the individual package 20 (see fig. 5), at least a part of the design portion 41 is preferably disposed on the first side in the longitudinal direction (the side where the fastener tape 40 starts to peel) with respect to the opening end 10a of the package member 10.
When the napkin pad 1 is to be discarded, some users wrap the used napkin pad 1 in the packaging member 10 without completely separating the fastening tape 40 from the packaging member 10, and then fasten the packaging member 10 with the fastening tape 40. Even in this case, according to the above configuration, the user can use the portion of the exterior portion 41 located on the first side in the longitudinal direction with respect to the opening end 10a of the packaging member 10 as the guide. And, the user can press the portion with fingers, so that the fastening tape 40 can be easily fastened to the packing member 10. In addition, it can be confirmed whether the packing member 10, which can be observed through the transparent portion 411, is joined to the fastening tape 40 and does not float. Therefore, the fastening tape 40 can be firmly joined to the packing member 10, and the situation in which the packing member 10 containing the used napkin pad 1 is opened can be suppressed.
More preferably, the area ratio of the appearance part 41 in the fastening tape 40 is 50% or more. In other words, it is preferable that the length L1 in the longitudinal direction of the exterior part 41 is greater than or equal to half the total length L2 in the longitudinal direction of the fastening tape 40 (L1. gtoreq.L 2/2), as shown in FIG. 4A. In the present embodiment, the length L1 in the longitudinal direction of the exterior portion 41 is 13mm, the length s in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate portion 43 is 7mm, and the length in the longitudinal direction of the grasping portion 42 is 5 mm. In the individual package 20, the external appearance portion 41 preferably extends across the opening end 10a of the package member 10 and is also disposed on the second side in the longitudinal direction with respect to the opening end 10 a.
For example, in the case where the fastening tape 40 is completely separated from the wrapping member 10 when the napkin pad 1 is to be discarded (fig. 6A), the external appearance portion 41 is large so that the fastening tape 40 is more easily arranged such that the external appearance portion 41 (the adhesion portion 401) extends across the opening end 10a of the wrapping member 10. In addition, even in the case where the fastening tape 40 is not completely separated from the wrapping member 10, due to the configuration in which the exterior portion 41 extends across the opening end 10a of the wrapping member 10, the opening end 10a can be observed through the transparent portion 411, so that a portion (a portion on the first side in the longitudinal direction of the opening end 10 a) that needs to be pressed by the user's finger can be observed more easily.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4B, the end portion of the first side in the longitudinal direction of the fastening tape 40 is a grasping portion 42. The grasping portion 42 is the non-adhesive portion 402, and the adhesive 44 is not exposed. Therefore, when opening the individual packages 20, the user can grip the grip portion 42 and peel the fastening tape 40. In addition, due to the grasping portion 42, the user can recognize the direction in which the fastening tape 40 is peeled off, and can unfold the individual packing body 20.
The grasping portion 42 does not have a transparent portion. In other words, the light transmittance of the grasping portions 42 is lower than 70%. Preferably, the light transmittance of the grasping portions 42 is lower than 50%, and more preferably, the light transmittance of the grasping portions 42 is lower than 30%. In the present embodiment, the entire surface of the grasping portion 42 is colored in a uniform color tone (for example, has been printed in pink).
Therefore, the color and appearance graphic 30 of the packing member 10 are not easily observed through the grasping portion 42, and the grasping portion 42 is not integrated with the packing member 10. Therefore, the user can recognize the position of the fastening tape 40 on the individual package 20 and can smoothly unseal the individual package 20.
[ Table 1]
Sample 1 Sample 2 Sample 3 Sample No. 4 Sample No. 5
Light transmittance 24.03 91.72 91.81 38.53 41.02
Haze degree 88.6 70.43 9.52 86.23 87.01
Identifiability ×
Table 1 shows the evaluation results of the light transmittance, haze, and visual recognizability of the packing member 10 in five types of samples 1 to 5. Sample 1 was obtained by printing a deep pink color on an opalescent film. Sample 2 was obtained by applying a matte varnish on a colorless transparent film. Sample 3 was obtained by applying a gloss varnish on a colorless transparent film. Sample 4 was obtained by printing a dark pink color on a colorless transparent film. Sample 5 was obtained by printing a light pink color on a colorless transparent film.
The light transmittance and haze of each sample were measured using a colorimeter/colorimeter manufactured by japan electro-chromatic industries co. In the case of the visual recognizability of the packaging member 10, samples 1 to 5 were placed on the packaging member 10 of the present embodiment, and the test subjects evaluated whether or not the appearance pattern 30 of the packaging member 10 could be observed through the samples. Three evaluation levels were used, namely "∘ (clear)" indicates a case where the test object felt that the appearance pattern 30 could be clearly observed through the sample, "Δ (normal)" indicates a case where the test object felt that the appearance pattern 30 could be vaguely observed through the sample, and "× (invisible)" indicates a case where the test object felt that the appearance pattern 30 was invisible.
Based on the results shown in table 1, it was found that the appearance graphic 30 of the packing member 10 can be vaguely observed through the fastening tape 40 when the light transmittance is about 40%. Therefore, it was found that if the light transmittance is 50% or more, the user is given the impression that the appearance figure 30 of the packing member 10 can be easily observed through the fastening tape 40. In other words, it is found that if the light transmittance is less than 50%, the legibility of the fastening tape 40 is higher than the appearance graphic 30 of the packing member 10. Therefore, it is preferable that the light transmittance of the grasping portions 42 is lower than 50%. According to this configuration, the user can easily recognize the position of the grasping portion 42 on the individual packing body 20.
Further, as shown in fig. 4A, the fastening tape 40 includes an intermediate portion 43 located between the exterior portion 41 and the grasping portion 42 in the longitudinal direction. The light transmittance of the intermediate portion 43 is lower than that of the transparent portion 411 and higher than that of the grasping portion 42. In the present embodiment, the entire surface of the intermediate portion 43 is uniformly colored (for example, printed in light pink) in a lighter tone than the grasping portions 42.
Therefore, in the fastening tape 40, the hue becomes deeper from the second side toward the first side in the longitudinal direction, that is, the fastening tape 40 has a gradation in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the user can recognize the direction in which the fastening tape 40 is peeled off and the individual packing bodies 20 can be unfolded.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4B, it is preferable that the grasping portion 42 is formed by folding back the end portion of the fastening tape 40 in the longitudinal direction. In this case, the adhesive 44 may be applied to the entire one surface (not shown) of the fastening tape that has not been folded. Then, the adhesive 44 may be covered with the folded-back portion of the fastening tape 40, thereby forming the grip portion 42 as the non-adhesive portion 402. In addition, the entire surface of the portion other than the appearance portion 41 may be uniformly colored in the fastening tape (not shown) which is not folded yet. In this case as well, in a portion where the entire surface of the fastening tape 40 has been uniformly colored, a portion where the fastening tape 40 has been folded back in two layers may form the grasping portion 42 having a lower light transmittance, and a single-layer unfolded portion of the fastening tape 40 may form the intermediate portion 43 having a higher light transmittance.
Note that if a portion of the fastening tape 40 folded back in two layers is used as the grip portion 42, the grip portion 42 may stand up at an end 42a on the inner side of the grip portion 42, as shown in fig. 7A. In this case, when the individual package 20 is viewed in the thickness direction (fig. 7B), it is difficult to view the grasping portion 42.
Therefore, it is preferable that the intermediate portion 43 has a portion overlapping with the adhesive portion 401 of the fastening tape 40. In the present embodiment, the entire intermediate portion 43 overlaps the adhesive portion 401. Accordingly, in the individual package 20, the intermediate portion 43 is joined to the packing member 10. Therefore, even when the individual package 20 is viewed in the thickness direction, the intermediate portion 43 can be easily viewed (fig. 7B). Therefore, based on the intermediate portion 43, the user can recognize the position of the fastening tape 40 on the individual package 20 and recognize the direction in which the fastening tape 40 is peeled off, and can smoothly open the individual package 20.
In addition, if the area ratio of the graphic part 412 in the exterior part 41 is too low, it is difficult for the user to recognize the position of the fastening tape 40 on the individual packing body 20. In view of this, it is preferable that the area ratio of the graphic part 412 in the exterior part 41 is 15% or more (and less than 50%). Therefore, the user can recognize the position of the fastening tape 40 on the individual package 20 and can smoothly unseal the individual package 20.
In addition, it is preferable that the pattern part 412 of the exterior part 41 has portions with different light transmittances. As shown in fig. 4A, the graphic part 412 of the present embodiment includes dots 412A having high light transmittance (for example, light pink) and dots 412B having low light transmittance (for example, dark pink).
Therefore, the wrapping member 10 can be more easily observed through the graphic part 412A having high light transmittance, and this can more easily fasten the fastening tape 40 to the wrapping member 10 containing the used pad towel 1. On the other hand, due to the pattern part 412B having low light transmittance, the position of the fastening tape 40 on the individual package 20 can be more easily recognized.
In addition, based on the results shown in the foregoing table 1, it was found that if the light transmittance is 35% or more, the appearance pattern 30 of the packaging member 10 can be observed hazily through the fastening tape 40. In view of this, it is preferable that the graphic part 412 of the exterior part 41 includes a portion (translucent portion) having a light transmittance of 35% or more and less than 70%. More preferably, the pattern part 412 of the exterior part 41 includes a portion having a light transmittance of 50% or more and less than 70%. Therefore, the packing member 10 can be more easily observed through the graphic part 412, and the fastening tape 40 can be easily fastened to the packing member 10 containing the used napkin pad 1.
As shown in fig. 4A, the transparent portion 411 is preferably disposed at least in a part of the edge 40a of the fastening tape 40. In other words, it is preferable that the pattern part 412 is not disposed along the edge 40a of the fastening tape 40. Therefore, the outline of the fastening tape 40 is less easily recognized. Therefore, the fastening tape 40 of the present embodiment can be made difficult to be recognized as a fastening tape of a package of a napkin pad.
In addition, the graphic parts 412 are preferably discretely arranged in the exterior part 41. In other words, it is preferable that the plurality of pattern portions 412 are arranged in a dispersed manner in a wide range of the exterior portion 41. Therefore, the packing member 10 can be more easily viewed through the transparent portion 411 around the graphic portion 412.
Note that, in the present embodiment, the plurality of pattern portions 412 (dots) are arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction of the fastening tape 40, and the plurality of pattern portions 412 are uniformly dispersed. However, there is no limitation to this, and it is sufficient that the pattern portions 412 are arranged with a gap therebetween.
In addition, the packing member 10 includes an appearance figure 30 that can be observed from the outside of the individual packing body 20. The appearance figure 30 of the present embodiment is a design of an animal (cat), and gives a lovely appearance to the individual package 20. Further, as described above, since the fastening tape 40 of the present embodiment includes the transparent portion 411, it is not easily recognized as a fastening tape of a package of a napkin pad. Therefore, especially young users who use a pad for a short time can easily carry the individual packages 20. Note that the packaging member 10 does not necessarily include an appearance graphic. Even in this case, the fastening tape 40 of the present embodiment is applied, and the wrapping member that accommodates the used pad towel 1 can be easily fastened using the fastening tape 40.
In addition, the appearance figure 30 of the packing member 10 can be observed through the transparent portion 411 of the fastening tape 40. Further, it is preferable that an area of one appearance figure 30 (cat) of the packing member 10 is larger than an area of one figure portion 412 (dot) of the fastening tape 40. In other words, it is preferable that, in the individual packing body 20, at least one appearance graphic 30 (cat) of the packing member 10 has a transverse length larger than a transverse length of one graphic part 412 (dot) of the fastening tape 40, or at least one appearance graphic 30 (cat) of the packing member 10 has a longitudinal length larger than a longitudinal length of one graphic part 412 (dot) of the fastening tape 40.
Therefore, the appearance figure 30 of the packing member 10 can be prevented from being completely hidden by the figure portion 412, and the deterioration of the overall appearance of the individual packing body 20 can be suppressed. Note that it is sufficient that the area of the largest appearance graphic 30 among the appearance graphics 30 of the packing member 10 is larger than the area of the smallest graphic part 412, and more preferably, the area of the smallest appearance graphic 30 is larger than the area of the largest graphic part 412.
In addition, it is preferable that the design graphics 30 of the packaging member 10 are printed on the inner side 101 of the packaging member 10 and can be viewed through the outer side 102. In other words, it is preferable that the color tone of the appearance figure 30A visible from the outer side surface 102 side of the packing member 10 is lighter than the color tone of the appearance figure 30B visible from the inner side surface 101 side of the packing member 10.
Therefore, even when the appearance pattern 30 of the wrapping member 10 is a black cat as in the present embodiment, the color tone of the black cat (appearance pattern 30A) of the wrapping member 10 overlapped with the fastening tape 40 is light. Therefore, the appearance figure 30A of the packing member 10 can be suppressed from lowering the visibility of the fastening tape 40. Accordingly, the user can recognize the position of the fastening tape 40 on the individual packing body 20.
Note that the hues of the appearance graphics 30A and 30B may be compared using a known method. For example, a colorimeter (e.g., a color difference meter CR-300 manufactured by konica minolta corporation, etc.) may be used to measure the "color difference" between the appearance graphics 30A and 30B.
Specifically, first, 10 sheets of white nonwoven fabric (15 g/m) were put together2SMS nonwoven fabric of (iv) is disposed under the packing member 10 as a measurement target.
Next, the white nonwoven fabric sheet and the portions of the design patterns 30A and 30B not covered with the release sheet were measured using a color difference meter. In the case of measuring the appearance figure 30B visible from the inner side 101 side of the packaging member 10, the inner side 101 of the packaging member 10 is configured to face upward, whereas in the case of measuring the appearance figure 30A visible from the outer side 102 side of the packaging member 10, the outer side 102 of the packaging member 10 is configured to face upward. Note that the measured values (L, a, and b) are preferably an average of a plurality (e.g., 5) of measured values.
Next, based on the differences (Δ L, Δ a, and Δ B) between the measurement results of the white nonwoven fabric sheet and the measurement results of the respective appearance patterns 30A, 30B, the color difference Δ E ab of the appearance patterns 30A, 30B with respect to white was calculated using the following expression.
ΔE*ab=[(ΔL*)2+(Δa*)2+(Δb*)2]1/2
The color difference Δ Ε ab may then be used for comparison.
< modification of fastening tape 40 >)
Fig. 8A and 8B are diagrams illustrating a modification of the fastening tape 40. Although in the fastening tape 40 (fig. 4A) of the above embodiment, the grasping portions 42 are colored in a uniform color tone, it is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in fig. 8A, during production, a configuration is possible in which the entire surface of the fastening tape 40' is constituted by the transparent part 411 and the graphic part 412. Then, the grasping portion 42 as the non-adhesive portion 402 can be formed by folding back the portion (i.e., the exterior portion 41) constituted by the transparent portion 411 and the graphic portion 412. The grasping portion 42 has a first layer portion 45 and a second layer portion 46, the first layer portion 45 being a folded portion of the design portion 41, and the second layer portion 46 being a portion of the design portion 41 that overlaps the first layer portion 45.
In this case, it is preferable that at least a part of the pattern portion 412A of the first layer portion 45 is misaligned with the pattern portion 412B of the second layer portion 46, as shown in fig. 8B. Therefore, the area ratio of the pattern part 412 is higher in the grasping part 42 than in the appearance part 41, improving the identifiability of the grasping part 42. Therefore, the user can easily recognize the position of the fastening tape 40 on the individual packing body 20 based on the grasping portion 42.
In addition, although not shown, the fastening band may be constituted only by the exterior portion 41, or the fastening band may be constituted by the exterior portion 41 and the grip portion 42 without including the intermediate portion 43. Further, the grasping portion 42 may be formed of a single layer of material rather than a folded material. In addition, the fastening tape may have a configuration in which only a part of the exterior portion 41 (the transparent portion 411) overlaps the adhesive portion 401, the non-adhesive portion 402 is not included, or the grasping portion 42 overlaps the adhesive portion 401.
In addition, the position of the exterior portion 41 of the fastening tape 40 on the individual package 20 is not limited to the position described in the above embodiment. For example, a configuration may be such that the appearance portion 41 does not extend across the opening end 10a of the packaging member 10, and a configuration may be such that the appearance portion 41 is not located on the first side of the opening end 10a of the packaging member 10 in the longitudinal direction.
< < packaging 50>
Fig. 9A is a schematic perspective view of the package 50 of the individual package 20. Fig. 9B and 9C are plan views of the individual packages 20 contained in the package 50. As shown in fig. 9A, the individual packages 20 flow in a state of a group contained in a package 50 (bag). In this case, it is preferable that the pack 50 includes the individual packages 20, and the fastening tapes 40 of the individual packages 20 overlap different portions of the appearance figure 30 of the packing member 10, as shown in fig. 9B and 9C. Therefore, different appearances of the individual packages 20 can be enjoyed.
In addition, when the individual packing body 20 (for example, fig. 9B) in which the fastening tape 40 overlaps a small portion of the appearance figure 30 of the packing member 10 is observed, the fastening tape 40 is printed in the subconscious of the user. Therefore, even when viewing the individual packing body 20 (for example, fig. 9C) in which the fastening tape 40 overlaps most of the appearance figure 30 of the packing member 10, the user can easily recognize the fastening tape 40.
The above embodiments are only for the purpose of promoting an understanding of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention in any way. Various changes or modifications may be made to the invention without departing from the spirit thereof, and equivalents thereof may be covered.
