Claims (1)

1. วิธีเตรียมสารผสมทางเภสัชที่มีการควบคุมการปลดปล่อยสารแสดงฤทธิ์รวมทั้งการพรางรสที่ไม่ดี และการเพิ่มความเสถียร ของสารแสดงฤทธิ์ซึ่งประกอบด้วย : a) ผสมสารแสดงฤทธิ์ในแคพซูลขนาดจิ๋วกับสารอื่นสำหรับควบคุม การปลดปล่อยสารแสดงฤทธิ์ ซึ่งสารอื่นนี้คือ คาร์โบไฮเครท หรือสารประกอบที่สัมพันธ์กับคาร์โบไฮเครท หรือสารผสมของ คาร์โบไฮเครทต่าง ๆ และ สารประกอบที่สัมพันธ์กับคาร์โบไฮ เครทในปริมาณ 60-99% (น้ำหนัก/น้ำหนัก) ของสารผสมที่พร้อม ที่จะนำไปใช้ได้, และหลังจากเติมน้ำก็จะได้สารผสมซึ่งพร้อม ที่จะนำไปใช้ได้ b) ผสมสารแสดงฤทธิ์ในแคพซูลขนาดจิ๋ว กับสารละลายของสารอื่น สำหรับควบคุมการปลดปล่อยสารแสดงฤทธิ์ ซึ่งสารอื่นนี้คือ คาร์โบไฮเครท หรือสารประกอบที่สัมพันธ์กับคาร์โบไฮเครท หรือสารผสมของคาร์โบไฮเครทต่าง ๆ และ สารประกอบที่สัมพันธ์ กับคาร์โบไฮเครทในปริมาณ 60-99% (น้ำหนัก/น้ำหนัก) ของสาร ผสมที่พร้อมที่จะนำไปใช้ได้, และหลังจากเติมน้ำก็จะได้สาร ผสมซึ่งพร้อมที่จะนำไปใช้ได้ (ข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ข้อ, 1 หน้า, 0 รูป)
