------05/07/2567------(OCR) ชุดไพรเมอร์ (primer) และตัวตรวจจับ (DNA probe) สำหรับตรวจไวรัสโรต้า (rotavirus) ด้วยปฎิกิริยาลูป-เมคคิเอทเตด ไอโซเทอร์มอลแอมพลิฟิเคชั่น (Loop-mediated isothermal amplification) หรือแลมป์ (LAMP) ผนวกกับแผ่นตรวจวัดแบบแถบสี (dipstick) เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นการประดิษฐ์โดยย่อ ดังนี้1. เป็นชุดตรวจอย่างง่าย สะดวก และรวดเร็ว สามารถทำปฏิกิริยาแลมป์ (LAMP) ที่อุณหภูมิ 60-65 องศาเซลเซียส เป็นเวลา 45-60 นาที ทราบผลในเวลา 1 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที สามารถนำไปใช้ตรวจภาคสนาม(point-of-care) ได้ เนื่องจาก ไม่ต้องใช้เครื่องเพิ่มปริมาณสารพันธุกรรม (thermocycler)2. มีความจำเพาะ (specificity) สูง ไม่เกิดผลบวกเมือทดสอบกับแบคทีเรียและไวรัสอื่น ๆ ที่ก่อให้เกิดอาการเช่นเดียวกันกับไวรัสโรต้า (rotavirus)3. มีความแม่นยำสูงสามารถตรวจพบได้ในระดับปริมาณต่ำสุด (limit of detection) ที่ปริมาณดีเอ็นเอระดับ 6.7 พิโคกรัม (picogram (pg), 10ยกกำลัง-12)4. ใช้สำหรับตรวจไวรัสโรต้า (rotavirus) ในตัวอย่างส่งตรวจ คือ อุจจาระ ------------------05/07/2567------(OCR) A primer and DNA probe kit for rotavirus detection using loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) with a dipstick is shown in brief as follows: 1. It is a simple, convenient, and rapid test kit. The LAMP reaction can be performed at 60-65°C for 45-60 minutes, and results are available in 1 hour and 30 minutes. It can be used for point-of-care testing because it does not require a thermocycler. 2. It has high specificity and does not produce positive results when tested against bacteria and other viruses that cause similar symptoms to rotavirus. 3. It has high accuracy and can detect rotavirus at the lowest limit of detection, which is 6.7 picograms (pg), or 10⁻¹², of DNA. It is used for detecting rotavirus in stool samples.
