------14/01/2568------(OCR) OCR 09WP1.กรรมวิธีในการผลิตวัสดุทดแทนหนังจากใบพุทธรักษา ซึ่งมีขั้นตอนดังนี้ ก) การต้มเพื่อยืดเส้นใย นำใบพุทธรักษาขูดเยื่อใบต้มในอุณหภูมิ 100 องศาเซลเซียส เป็นเวลาที 5 นาที ข) การย้อมสีด้วยกระบวนการย้อมร้อน นำสีไดเร็กซ์ย้อมผ้า ใส่เกลือลงในน้ำ ต้มใบพุทธรักษาที่อุณหภูมิ 70 องศาเซลเซียส เป็นเวลา 5 นาที ค) การไล่ความชื้น นำใบพุทธรักษาไปตากในที่ลมโกรก 2 ชั่วโมง ง) การหมัก หมักด้วยกลีเซอรอลเป็นเวลา 8 ชั่วโมง จ) การไล่ความชื้น นำใบพุทธรักษาไปตากในที่ลมโกรกอีกครั้ง จากนั้นนำเตารีดใช้ไฟอ่อนค่อยๆรีดไล่ความชื้น ฉ) การขึ้นรูป ทากาวยางลงบนผ้ากาววีราเน่ จากนั้นติดใบพุทธรักษาเรียงจนเต็มแผ่น รอให้แห้ง ช) การรีดอัดความร้อน นำเอาแผ่นที่แห้งแล้วค่อยๆรีดให้เรียบอีกครั้งเพื่อเก็บรายละเอียด ซ) การเคลือบ ผสมสารเคลือบอะคริลิคแบบด้านกับสารเคลือบอะคริลิคแบบเงาเข้าด้วยกันจากนั้นใช้แปรงทาเคลือบบางๆ 1 ชั้น ทิ้งไว้ 24 ชั่วโมง แล้วค่อยทาชั้นที่ 2 แล้วทิ้งไว้อีก 24 ชั่วโมง 2.ผลิตภัณฑ์ขึ้นรูปจากวัสดุทดแทนหนังจากใบพุทธรักษาซึ่งเตรียมจากกกรมวิธีตามข้อถือสิทธิที่ 1 ------------------14/01/2568------(OCR) OCR 09WP1. Allow to dry. g) Heat pressing. c) Coating: Mix the matte acrylic coating with the glossy acrylic coating and apply a thin layer with a brush. Let it dry for 24 hours, then apply a second layer and let it dry for another 24 hours. 2.
