Abstract

This invention describes a furnace for heating boilers, which is designed to utilize the heat received from the furnace for further heating applications. This heating could be used to heat steam boilers, hot water boilers, or oil boilers, utilizing waste heat from charcoal burning or waste incineration. The furnace consists of a combustion chamber and/or burner to deliver heat through heat pipes to the boiler. The heat pipes have valves that control the heating flow before entering the heat collector pipes from the combustion chamber to the boiler, preventing heat or hot air from escaping through the heat collector pipes.

Claims (6)

OCR 10/07/2567 1. The furnace for heating the boiler shall consist of at least two furnaces and/or burners (10) combined to heat the boiler (50) through heat pipes (40). The special feature is that the heat pipes (40) shall have at least one branch (20) to transfer heat to the boiler (50) and the hot water and oil boilers, where the heat pipes (40) shall serve to receive heat from at least two furnaces and/or burners (10), which have at least one branch (20) to receive heat from either or both furnaces and/or burners (10) in order to heat the boiler (50) and/or the hot water and/or oil boilers. 2. Furnace for heating the boiler under claim 1, where the furnace and/or burner (10) is provided, consisting of a fuel intake section and a product output section to remove the products resulting from combustion from the furnace. 3. Furnaces for heating boilers under claim 1, where the furnace and/or burner (10) can be selected from a waste incinerator, coal burner, gasifier, gas burner, oil burner or other burners, either individually or in combination. 4. Furnaces for heating boilers under claim 1 in which heat pipes (40) are made of material that is resistant to high and low temperatures. 5. Furnace for heating the boiler under claim 1, where the heat pipe (40) is provided with an additional shut-off valve (30) to control the heating before entering the heat pipe (40) to combine heat from the furnace and/or burner (10) in order to prevent heat or hot air from flowing back out to the branch pipe (20). 6. Furnace for heating the boiler under claim 1, where the heat pipes (40) are provided to be cooled by circulating water and/or circulating air to prevent the heat pipes (40) from overheating.
