------05/04/2018------(OCR) Page 1 of 1 Abstract of Invention This invention concerns the composition of nanoparticles encapsulated with pharmaceutical active ingredients for the preparation of topical pharmaceutical formulations. These consist of: a) 5-30% by weight of the total mixture of pharmaceutical active ingredients; b) 0.5-5% by weight of the total mixture of solid fats; c) 0.5-5% by weight of the total mixture of solubility enhancers; d) 2-20% by weight of the total mixture of surfactants; and e) 60-92% by weight of the total mixture of water. The specific characteristics are that these nanoparticles can encapsulate at least three pharmaceutical active ingredients. The nanoparticles exhibit good skin penetration, enhance the activity and properties of the encapsulated active ingredients, and possess good stability. They are suitable for formulation into pharmaceutical formulations without causing skin irritation. ------------ This invention concerns the composition of nanoparticles encapsulated with pharmaceutical active ingredients. Pharmaceutical-active substance 5-30 percent by weight of the total mixture. b. Solid fat 0.5-5 percent by weight of the total mixture. c. Solubility enhancer 0.5-5 percent by weight of the total mixture. d. Surfactant 2-20 percent by weight of the total mixture. e. Water 60-92 percent by weight of the total mixture.
