Abstract
อนุภาคเมลาโทนิน (melatonin vesicles) สำหรับใช้ทางจมูก มีส่วนประกอบคือ เมลาโทนิน (melatonin) ลิปิด(lipid) โซเดียมดิออกซิโคเลท (sodium deoxycholate) และนํ้า โดยปริมาณนํ้าบางส่วน สามารถทดแทนได้ด้วย พอลิเมอร์ที่มีประจุ พอลิเมอร์ที่ไม่มีประจุ และกลีเซอรีน (glycerin) หรือปริมาณนํ้า บางส่วนสามารถทดแทนได้ด้วย มอลโตเด็กซ์ทริน (maltodextrin) โดยผลิตภัณฑ์ตามการประดิษฐ์นี้อาศัย หลักการเอนแคปซูเลชัน ทำให้เมลาโทนิน (melatonin) บรรจุในอนุภาคไลโปโซม (liposomes) หรือ ไนโอ โซม (niosome) ผลิตภัณฑ์ตามการประดิษฐ์นี้แสดงผลการต้านอนุมูลอิสระในร่างกายได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดย การพ่นหรือหยดจมูกเฉพาะที่ เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ไม่รู้สึกตัวหรือหมดสติ หรือให้ยามากกว่า 1 ชนิด และสามารถ ใช้ได้บ่อยตามความจำเป็นโดยไม่เกินวันละ 4 - 6 ครั้ง
