A cosmetic mixture of chitosan, cassava starch, and corn starch contains the following components: a) Starch at a concentration of 1-10%; b) Chitosan solution at a concentration of 1-10%; c) Sodium tripolyphosphate solution at a concentration of 1-5% (5-10 ml) or ethyl alcohol solution at a concentration of 50-90% (100-500 ml).

The process for preparing composite materials from chitosan, cassava starch, and corn starch for use in cosmetics involves the following steps: a) Preparation of starch and chitosan solution by dissolving the starch in water. b) Mechanical mixing of the starch and chitosan solution at a constant speed for 30 minutes to 3 hours at a temperature of 20-95 degrees Celsius. c) Adding sodium tripolyphosphate solution or ethyl alcohol solution to the starch-chitosan mixture from step a), and continuing to stir for 1-5 hours at a temperature of 20-95 degrees Celsius. d) Letting the mixture from step b) for 18-24 hours, and separating the remaining chitosan solution by filtration. e) Drying the mixture at approximately 40-60 degrees Celsius, then grinding it into a powder. The starch-chitosan composite material is then processed. The preparation of starch and chitosan mixtures from cassava starch and corn starch for use in cosmetics, according to Patent 1, includes the following components: a) Starch, at a concentration of 1-10%; b) Chitosan solution, at a concentration of 1-10%; c) Sodium tripolyphosphate solution, at a concentration of 1-5%, in a quantity of 5-10 ml, or ethyl alcohol solution, at a concentration of 50-90%, in a quantity of 100-500 ml. 2. The preparation of starch and chitosan mixtures from cassava starch and corn starch for use in cosmetics, according to Patent 1, where the starch can be selected from cassava starch or corn starch. 3. The preparation of starch and chitosan mixtures from cassava starch and corn starch for use in cosmetics consists of: a) Preparation of starch and chitosan solution by dissolving the starch in water to the concentration specified in Patent 1, and the chitosan solution. Preparation involves dissolving the chitosan in a 2% acetic acid or lactic acid solution to achieve the concentration specified in claim 1. b) Mechanically mix the starch and chitosan solution at a constant speed for 30 minutes to 3 hours at 20-95°C. c) Add sodium tripolyphosphate or ethyl alcohol solution to the starch-chitosan mixture from step b) and continue stirring for 1-5 hours at 20-95°C. d) Let the mixture stand for 18-24 hours and separate any remaining chitosan solution by filtration. e) Bake the material at approximately 40-60°C and then grind it into a powder.
