Then the inner body fabric (5) and the outer body fabric (6) will be sewn together at the bottom edge, with the bottom edge elastic (8) sewn on the inside of the bottom edge to get the body piece. A perforated latex sheet (3) is placed on the bottom of the outer foam sheet (1) that has been heated, and an inner foam sheet (2) is placed on top of the outer foam sheet (1) and the perforated latex sheet (3) is heated to form the bra cups with latex reinforcement at the chest-base of the bra.
