ยกทรงเสริมโครงยางพารา ประกอบด้วย แผ่นฟองน้ำด้านนอก (1), แผ่นฟองน้ำด้านใน (2), ยางพาราเส้น (3), ผ้าเต้าชั้นนอก (4), ผ้าลำตัวชั้นใน (5), ผ้าลำตัวชั้นนอก (6), ยางขอบบน (7), ยาง ขอบล่าง (8), สายบ่าสำเร็จรูป (9), ตะขอตัวผู้ (10), ตะขอตัวเมีย (11), ผ้ากลางอก (12), ยางวนฐาน เต้า (13) ชิ้นเต้ายกทรงสำเร็จรูปเสริมโครงยางพาราจะเย็บติดกันที่บริเวณกลางอก โดยมีผ้ากลางอก (12) เย็บดามปกติปิดรองต่อระหว่างเต้ายกทรงสำเร็จรูปเสริมโครงยางพารา สายบ่าสำเร็จรูป (9) จะเย็บติดกับ ชิ้นเต้ายกทรงสำเร็จรูปเสริมโครงยางพาราที่บริเวณหูด้านบน จะได้ชิ้นฟองน้ำเต้ายกทรง ผ้าเต้าชั้นนอก (4) จะเย็บติดกันที่บริเวณกลางอก เป็นชิ้นผ้าเต้าชั้นนอก ชิ้นผ้าเต้าชั้นนอกจะวางทับชิ้นฟองน้ำเต้า ยกทรงแล้วเย็บติดกับชิ้นฟองน้ำเต้ายกทรงจะได้ชิ้นเต้าทรง ผ้าลำตัวชั้นใน (5) และผ้าลำตัวชั้นนอก (6) จะเย็บติดกันที่บริเวณขอบด้านบนและขอบด้านล่าง ยางขอบบน (7) จะเย็บติดกับผ้าลำตัวชั้นใน 5 และ ผ้าลำตัวชั้นนอก 6 ที่บริเวณด้านบนโดยซ่อนอยู่ด้านใน ยางขอบล่าง (8) จะเย็บติดกับผ้าลำตัวชั้นใน 5 และผ้าลำตัวชั้นนอก 6 ที่บริเวณด้านล่างโดยซ่อนอยู่ด้านใน จะได้ชิ้นลำตัว ซึ่งจะเย็บติดกับชิ้นเต้าทรงที่ บริเวณด้านข้าง จากนั้นยางวนฐานเต้า (13) จะเย็บปิดที่ฐานเต้าทรง ตะขอตัวผู้ (10) จะเย็บติดกับชิ้น ลำตัวที่ปลายด้านหนึ่ง และตะขอตัวเมีย (11) เย็บติดกับชิ้นลำตัวที่ปลายอีกด้านหนึ่ง โดยส่วนปลายของ สายบ่าสำเร็จรูป (9) จะเย็บติดกับชิ้นลำตัวทั้งสองข้างที่บริเวณด้านบน มีลักษณะเฉพาะคือ ยกทรงเสริมโครงยางพาราจะมีชิ้นเต้ายกทรงสำเร็จรูปเสริมโครงยางพารา ซึ่งเป็นการใช้แผ่นฟองน้ำด้านนอก (1) มาวางบนแม่พิมพ์ (MOLD) ทำการปั๊มขึ้นรูปเป็นเต้ายกทรงด้วย ความร้อนโดยมียางพาราเส้น (3) วางที่ส่วนล่างบริเวณโครงยกทรงของแผ่นฟองน้ำด้านนอก (1) ที่ปั๊ม ขึ้นรูป และมีแผ่นฟองน้ำด้านใน (2) วางปิดทับลงบนแผ่นฟองน้ำด้านนอก (1) และยางพาราเส้น (3) ปั๊มขึ้นรูปด้วยความร้อนให้เป็นเต้ายกทรงเสริมโครงยางพาราA structured rubber bra consists of: outer foam pad (1), inner foam pad (2), rubber strip (3), outer cup fabric (4), inner body fabric (5), outer body fabric (6), top edge elastic (7), bottom edge elastic (8), pre-made shoulder straps (9), male hook (10), female hook (11), center chest fabric (12), and base elastic (13). The bottom elastic (8) is sewn to the inner body fabric 5 and the outer body fabric 6 at the bottom, hidden inside. This forms the body piece, which is then sewn to the cup piece at the sides. The cup base elastic (13) is then sewn closed at the cup base. The male hook (10) is sewn to one end of the body piece, and the female hook (11) is sewn to the other end of the body piece. The ends of the finished shoulder straps (9) are sewn to both sides of the body piece at the top. A characteristic feature is that the latex underwire bra has a finished latex underwire bra cup piece, which is made by placing an outer foam sheet (1) on a mold and molding it into a bra cup.
