ยกทรงเสริมวัสดุยางพาราที่บริเวณส่วนอก-ฐานของยกทรงเพื่อพยุงทรวงอกและกระชับเนื้อเต้า ทรงบริเวณด้านข้าง ประกอบด้วย แผ่นฟองน้ำด้านนอก (1), แผ่นฟองน้ำด้านใน (2), แผ่นยางพาราเจาะ รู (3), ผ้าเต้าชั้นนอก (4), ผ้าลำตัวชั้นใน (5), ผ้าลำตัวชั้นนอก (6), ยางขอบบน (7), ยางขอบล่าง (8), ผ้ากลางอก (9), ผ้าข้างลำตัว (10), สายบ่าสำเร็จรูป (11), ตะขอตัวผู้ (12), ตะขอตัวเมีย (13) โดยนำแผ่นฟองน้ำด้านนอก (1) มาปั๊มขึ้นรูปเต้ายกทรง และนำแผ่นยางพาราเจาะรู (3) มาวาง บนส่วนฐานของแผ่นฟองน้ำด้านนอก (1) นำแผ่นฟองน้ำด้านใน (2) ปิดทับลงบนแผ่นฟองน้ำด้านนอก (1) และแผ่นยางพาราเจาะรู (3) แล้วปั๊มขึ้นรูป จะได้เต้ายกทรงสำเร็จรูปเสริมวัสดุยางพาราที่บริเวณ ส่วนอก-ฐานของยกทรง ชิ้นเต้ายกทรงสำเร็จรูปเสริมวัสดุยางพาราที่บริเวณส่วนอก-ฐานของยกทรงจะ เย็บติดกันที่บริเวณกลางอก โดยมีผ้ากลางอก (9) เย็บดามปกปิดรอยต่อระหว่างชิ้นเต้ายกทรงสำเร็จรูป เสริมวัสดุยางพาราที่บริเวณส่วนอก-ฐานของยกทรง จากนั้นสายบ่าสำเร็จรูป (11) จะเย็บติดกับชิ้นเต้า ยกทรงสำเร็จรูปเสริมวัสดุยางพาราที่บริเวณส่วนอก-ฐานของยกทรงที่บริเวณหูด้านบน จะได้ชิ้นฟองน้ำ เต้ายกทรง ผ้าเต้าชั้นนอก (4) จะเย็บติดกันที่บริเวณกลางอกเป็นชิ้นผ้าเต้าชั้นนอก ชิ้นผ้าเต้าชั้นนอกจะ วางทับชิ้นฟองน้ำเต้ายกทรงแล้วเย็บติดกับชิ้นฟองน้ำเต้ายกทรงจะได้ชิ้นเต้าทรง จากนั้นผ้าลำตัวชั้นใน (5) และผ้าลำตัวชั้นนอก (6) จะเย็บติดกันที่บริเวณขอบด้านล่าง โดยมียางขอบล่าง (8) เย็บติดด้านใน บริเวณขอบด้านล่างจะได้ชิ้นลำตัว ซึ่งจะเย็บติดกับชิ้นเต้าทรงที่บริเวณด้านข้าง ผ้าข้างลำตัว (10) จะ เย็บปิดรอยต่อระหว่างชิ้นลำตัวกับชิ้นเต้าทรง จากนั้นเย็บติดยางขอบบน (7) ด้านในบริเวณขอบด้านบน ของชิ้นลำตัวกับชิ้นเต้าทรง จากนั้นตะขอตัวผู้ (12) จะเย็บติดกับชิ้นลำตัวที่ปลายด้านหนึ่ง และตะขอตัว เมีย (13) เย็บติดกับชิ้นลำตัวที่ปลายอีกด้านหนึ่งโดย ส่วนปลายของสายบ่าสำเร็จรูป (11) จะเย็บติดกับ ชิ้นลำตัวทั้งสองข้างที่บริเวณด้านบน มีลักษณะเฉพาะคือ ยกทรงเสริมวัสดุยางพาราที่บริเวณส่วนอก-ฐานของยกทรงเพื่อพยุงทรวง อกและกระชับเนื้อเต้าทรงบริเวณด้านข้างจะมีชิ้นเต้าทรงสำเร็จรูปเสริมวัสดุยางพาราที่บริเวณส่วนอก- ฐานของยกทรง ซึ่งเป็นการใช้แผ่นฟองน้ำด้านนอก (1) มาวางบนแม่พิมพ์ (MOLD) ทำการปั๊มขึ้นรูปเป็น เต้ายกทรงด้วยความร้อน โดยมีแผ่นยางพาราเจาะรู (3) วางบนส่วนฐานของแผ่นฟองน้ำด้านนอก (1) ที่ ปั๊มขึ้นรูป และมีแผ่นฟองน้ำด้านใน (2) วางปิดทับลงบนแผ่นฟองน้ำด้านนอก (1) และแผ่นยางพารา เจาะรู (3) ปั๊มขึ้นรูปด้วยความร้อนให้เป็นเต้ายกทรงเสริมวัสดุยางพาราที่บริเวณส่วนอก-ฐานของยกทรงA bra with latex reinforcement at the chest and base of the bra to support the breasts and firm the breast tissue at the sides. The outer fabric (4) is sewn together at the middle of the chest to form the outer fabric bra cups. The outer fabric bra cups are placed over the foam bra cups and sewn to the foam bra cups to form the bra cups. Then the inner body fabric (5) and the outer body fabric (6) are sewn together at the bottom edge, with the bottom edge elastic (8) sewn on the inside at the bottom edge to form the body piece, which is sewn to the bra cups at the sides. The side body fabric (10) is sewn to cover the seam between the body piece and the bra cups. Then the top edge elastic (7) is sewn on the inside at the top edge of the body piece and the bra cups. Then the male hook (12) is sewn to the body piece at one end and the female hook (13) is sewn to the body piece at the other end. The ends of the finished shoulder straps (11) are sewn to both sides of the body piece at the top. The characteristic feature is that the bra is reinforced with latex material at the chest-base of the bra to support the breasts and tighten the breast tissue. On the sides, there are finished breast pieces reinforced with latex material at the chest-base of the bra, which is made by placing an outer foam sheet (1) on a mold and heat-pressing it into a bra cup. There is a perforated latex sheet (3) placed on the base of the outer foam sheet (1) that is heat-pressed, and an inner foam sheet (2) is placed on top of the outer foam sheet (1) and the perforated latex sheet (3) is heat-pressed into a bra cup reinforced with latex material at the chest-base of the bra.
