แก้ไข 03/04/2560 (21/03/2560) 1. กรรมวิธีการผลิตก้อนวัสดุปลูกพืชที่มีเมล็ดพืชบรรจุอยู่ภายใน ซึ่ง ประกอบด้วยขั้นตอน ก) การเตรียมดิน โดยนำดินหรืออินทรีย์วัตถุที่เหมาะสมกับเมล็ดพืชที่ต้องการ ปลูก มาตากแดดให้แห้งเพื่อฆ่าเชื้อโรค จากนั้นผสมด้วยสารปรับปรุง คุณภาพหรือคุณสมบัติของดิน จากนั้นคลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากันแล้วนำไปร่อน ผ่านตะแกรงที่มีขนาดไม่เล็กกว่า 100 ช่องต่อตารางนิ้ว ข) การขึ้นรูปก้อนวัสดุ นำวัสดุผสมที่ได้จากขั้นตอน ก) มาเพิ่มความชื้นโดย การพ่นน้ำเพื่อให้เหมาะสมแก่การนำไปขึ้นรูป จากนั้นนำไปขึ้นรูปโดยการ ปั้นหรืออัดขึ้นรูป และบรรจุเมล็ดพืชให้อยู่ภายใน จำนวน 1-5 เมล็ด เสร็จแล้วนำเข้าเครื่องอบแห้งที่อุณหภูมิ 40-60 องศาเซลเซียสเป็นเวลา 10 นาที ในการบรรจุเมล็ดพืชนั้นสามารถทำได้ทั้งก่อน,ระหว่างและ ภายหลังการขึ้นรูปแล้ว 2. กรรมวิธีการผลิตก้อนวัสดุปลูกพืชที่มีเมล็ดพืชบรรจุอยู่ภายในตามข้อถือ สิทธิ 1. ซึ่งสารปรับปรุงคุณภาพดินได้แก่ สารอินทรีย์ , สารอนินทรีย์ , แร่ธาตุ , สารป้องกันเชื้อโรค , เชื้อราหรือฮอร์โมนบำรุงพืช ---------------------- กรรมวิธีการผลิตก้อนวัสดุปลูกพืชที่มีเมล็ดพืชบรรจุอยู่ภายใน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ขั้นตอน ก) การเตรียมดิน โดยนำดินหรืออินทรียวัตถุที่เหมาะสมกับเมล็ดพืชที่ต้องการ ปลูก มาตากแดดให้แห้งเพื่อฆ่าเชื้อโรค จากนั้นผสมด้วยสารปรับปรุง คุณภาพหรือคุณสมบัติของดิน จากนั้นคลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากันแล้วนำไปร่อน ผ่านตะแกรงที่มีขนาดไม่เล็กกว่า 100 ช่องต่อตารางนิ้ว ข) การขึ้นรูปก้อนวัสดุ วัสดุผสมที่ได้จากขั้นตอน ก) มาเพิ่มความชื้นโดย การพ่นน้ำเพื่อให้เหมาะสมแก่การนำไปขึ้นรูป จากนั้นนำไปขึ้นรูปโดยการ ปั้นหรืออัดขึ้นรูป(1)และบรรจุเมล็ดพืช(2)ให้อยู่ภายใน จำนวน 1-5 เมล็ด เสร็จแล้วนำเข้าเครื่องอบแห้งที่อุณหภูมิ 40-60 องศาเซลเซียสเป็นเวลา 10 นาที ในการบรรจุเมล็ดพืชนั้นสามารถทำได้ทั้งก้อน,ระหว่างหรือภายหลัง การขึ้นรูปแล้วRevised 03/04/2017 (21/03/2017) 1. The process for producing seed-filled plant growing blocks consists of the following steps: a) Soil preparation: Suitable soil or organic matter for the desired seeds is sun-dried to kill pathogens. It is then mixed with soil conditioners or properties enhancers, thoroughly blended, and sieved through a screen with a mesh size of at least 100 holes per square inch. b) Block forming: The mixture from step a is moistened by spraying water to achieve the desired molding consistency. It is then molded or compressed, and 1-5 seeds are placed inside. The block is then dried in a dryer at 40-60 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Seed filling can be done before, during, and after molding. 2. The process for producing seed-filled plant growing blocks as per Patent 1 includes soil conditioners such as organic matter, inorganic matter, minerals, disease control agents, fungi, or plant hormones. ---------------------- The process of producing plant growing media blocks containing seeds consists of the following steps: a) Soil preparation: Take soil or organic matter suitable for the seeds to be planted, dry it in the sun to kill pathogens, then mix it with soil quality or property improvers, then mix thoroughly and sieve it through a sieve with a size of no less than 100 holes per square inch. b) Block forming: The mixed material obtained from step a) is moistened by spraying water to make it suitable for shaping, then it is shaped by molding or pressing (1) and filled with 1-5 seeds (2) inside. Then it is put into a drying machine at a temperature of 40-60 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. The seed filling can be done in the block, during or after shaping.

2. กรรมวิธีการผลิตก้อนวัสดุปลูกพืชที่มีเมล็ดพืชบรรจุอยู่ภายในตามข้อถือ สิทธิ1. ซึ่งวัตถุดิบหลักได้แก่ดินหรืออินทรียวัตถุ ส่วนวัตถุดิบรองหรือสาร ปรับปรุงคุณภาพดินได้แก่ สารอินทรีย์และ/หรือสารอนินทรีย์ที่อยู่ในรูป ของแร่ธาตุ,ปุ๋ย,ปูน,สารป้องกันเชื้อโรค-เชื้อรา-ศัตรูพืช และฮอร์โมนหรือ จุลินทรีย์ชนิดต่างๆ รวมถึงวัสดุที่คล้ายคลึงกับสิ่งที่กล่าวข้างต้นอย่างใด อย่างหนึ่งหรือหลายอย่างรวมกัน2.
