แก้ไข 19/02/2559 การประดิษฐ์นี้พัฒนากรรมวิธีการตรวจหาเชื้อแบคทีเรีย Francisella noatuensis subsp. orientali ในปลาด้วยเทคนิคแลมป์เปลี่ยนสีของสารไฮดรอกซีแนปทอลบลูที่ผสมลงในสารละลาย ปฏิกิริยาแลมป์ก่อนเริ่มปฏิกิริยา โดยมีกรรมวิธีในการทำปฏิกิริยาขั้นตอนเดียว ด้วยการออกแบบไพร์ เมอร์ที่มีความจำเพาะต่อลำดับเบสบนยีน groEL ของเชื้อแบคทีเรีย Francisella noatuensis subsp.
