DC60 (16/02/55) โมแดฟินิล (modafinil) มีผลในการปรับปรุงอาการของแอทเทนชัน เดฟิซิท ไฮเปอร์แอกทิวิตี้ ดิสออร์เดอร์ และอาการความล้าจากมัลติเพิลส คลีโรซิส การให้โมแดฟินิลยังได้แสดงการกระตุ้น เซลล์ประสาททูเบอโรแมมิลลารีของพอสเทอเรียร์ ไฮโปทาลามัส และดังนั้น แสดงกิจกรรมในบริเวณ ของสมองที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน้าที่การตื่น ตัวตามปรกติ โมแดฟินิลมีผลในการปรับปรุงอาการของแอทเทนซันเดฟิซิทไฮเปอร์แอกทิวิตี้ดิสออร์เดอร์ และอาการความล้าจากมัลติเพิลส คลีโรซิส การให้โมแดฟินิลยังได้แสดงการกระตุ้นเซลล์ประสาท ทูเบอโรแมมิลลารีของพอสเทอเรียร์ไฮโปทาลามัส และดังนั้น แสดงกิจกรรมในบริเวณของสมองที่ เกี่ยวข้องกับหน้าที่การตื่น ตัวตามปรกติ สิทธิบัตรยา
