The composition includes water in an amount ranging from 40 to 90%. 2. The composition under claim 1 where the sun-tanning agent is dihydroxyacetone. 3. The composition under claim 1 where the sun-tanning agent is a combination of dihydroxyacetone and erythrulose in a relative weight ratio of 6:1 to 1:2. 4. The product under claim 1, which provides a tan without the use of sunlight, shall be dihydroxyacetone. 3. The product, as per claim 1, which provides a sun-tan without the use of sunlight, is a mixture of dihydroxyacetro and erythrulose in a weight ratio of 6:1 to 1:2. 4. The product, as per claim 3, when the ratio is between 4:1 and 2:1. 5. The product, as per claim 1, is made of cellulose or cellulose derivatives. 6. Products under claim 1, where other colors include titanium dioxide. 7. The product under claim 1, where the pigment is a mixture of iron oxides. 8. Product pursuant to claim 1, when the beads are formed, the material is constructed from mannitol, cellulose, and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. 9. Methods for achieving a tan without sunlight or for achieving a bright/radiant complexion, which consist of: (A) The application of the cosmetic product, which includes: (i) a sun-tanning agent in an amount ranging from approximately 0.05 to approximately 15 percent by weight; (ii) beads in an amount ranging from approximately 0.1 to approximately 20 percent by weight, with an average particle size ranging from approximately 100 to approximately 3,000 microns (micrometers); (iii) insoluble pigments within the beads in an amount ranging from approximately 60 percent by weight, which will produce a tan color; (iv) other colors coating the beads in an amount ranging from approximately 0.1 to approximately 10 percent by weight, which will be colors other than tan; (v) an accepted carrier in the cosmetic industry; and (B) The application of the above-mentioned cosmetic product to the skin.
