Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an application of a concealer patch for hiding skin defects and making skin look white and beautiful and a using method thereof. In addition, the concealer patch contains an ultraviolet absorbent and cosmetic ingredients, so that the concealer patch can concealer and promote whitening of the skin.
Background
"concealer" refers to a method of covering skin imperfections with a foundation, which is a cosmetic means of covering stains, freckles, moles, acne scars, and dark circles giving an unhealthy impression with a small amount of powder. Common concealer cosmetics include concealer sticks, concealers, concealer lotions and the like.
In general, concealers add more adhesive and wetting substances and more pigments to the foundation in order to achieve the concealer effect. When cosmetics such as concealer are used, it is necessary to apply make-up cream, cream before makeup, etc. to make skin smooth and easier to apply. After applying the foundation make-up, a cosmetic brush is used for dipping a plurality of concealer products, the concealer products are spotted on spots, and then the spots are lightly smeared evenly by fingers or cosmetic cotton and cotton swabs which are not easy to shed fibers. This cosmetic method appears simple and requires extremely high skills, often difficult for non-professional persons to grasp, in order to actually make the skin appear natural and bright. Furthermore, concealer products are essentially cosmetics developed to cover stains and freckles, and there are few products that cover stains and whiten skin, and that beautify skin and remove stains while covering stains.
Chemical components having a concealing effect which have been known and used at present are paraffin, essential oil and fixed oil components (patent document 1), composite titanium white pigment, saponified metallic pigment, high covering pigment (patent document 2), volatile silicone oil, hydrophilic component, white pigment, bright pigment (patent document 3), talc, concealing agent, mica titanium, animal and vegetable oils and fats (patent document 4), and the like. In addition, peptides (patent document 5), polyalkylene polymer compounds (patent document 6), and polyhydroxystyrene (patent document 7) capable of forming a film have been used.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention is to solve the problems
The invention aims to solve the problem that the existing concealer products such as concealer sticks, concealer cream, concealer emulsion and the like are difficult to use, and provides a patch type cosmetic which can be used simply and can perfectly cover marks such as color spots, freckles, acne marks and the like for non-professional makeup persons. Furthermore, because the ultraviolet absorbent and various components for moistening and beautifying are formulated in the lining film or/and the adhesive, the skin can be whitened while the concealing effect is realized.
Means for solving the problems
To solve the above problems, my company invented a concealer patch of the film type characterized in that a transparent or translucent soft film is provided with a skin color (skin color) on the surface and an adhesive layer (subbing layer) is attached.
That is, the concealer patch of the present invention is a concealer patch which is composed of a transparent or translucent film, an adhesive layer (adhesive layer) is attached to the film, and at least one surface of the film has a skin color (skin color).
The cosmetic patch having a concealing effect in the present invention is referred to as a "concealer". And "skin color (skin tone)" encompasses all colors from dark to light, even from a color close to white.
The invention is characterized in that the skin color of the concealer patch is formed by coloring the film of the concealer patch by using a printing technology.
If the concealer patch only uses one uniform color, the concealer patch can be prepared by only adding pigment or pigment into the raw materials of the patch film and then coating the colored film with glue. However, this method of making is not successful in trying to make only a portion of the concealer patch skin colored. For example, when making a patch with skin color that is dark in the middle and light around, it is necessary to present a gradually lighter color stripe on the film from the middle to the periphery. The concealer patch with gradation change in color cannot be prepared by the original film coloring method, and is realized for the first time until the invention develops the film printing technology.
To summarize, the method of producing concealer patches of the present invention comprises a process of coloring by printing on a transparent or translucent flexible film used as a backing, and a process of applying a glue to the above-mentioned backing film.
Although concealer patches can only cover pigmented spots and acne on the face because of their darker color on the surface, it is preferable that the entire patch not be uniformly colored. In order to cover the stains, freckles, acne marks and dark circles on the face, a certain concentration of color is required on the surface of the cosmetic adhesive tape. Meanwhile, if a uniform patch of a dark color is used, an unnatural feeling may be given. In order to achieve the covering effect and simultaneously relieve the unnatural feeling of the patch, the concealer patch is a small round patch which is dense in the middle and light in the periphery and naturally matched with skin color.
Various methods have been tried in order to produce uneven colors or graded gradations in the film used as a support. The present specification describes 3 of these.
(1) And (4) plane coloring. The planar skin color is a region where at least one skin color is formed on the surface of the backing film. The plane coloring is good in even coloring and good in color depth change of different areas, and the plane coloring is adopted.
(2) Straight lines, curved lines, wavy lines or broken lines are used.
(3) Using multiple dots, the size and density of the colored dots is varied.
Of course, the 3 methods described above can be used in combination of two or three.
When the planar coloring method is used, it is preferable to change the shade of the color according to the colored region. Particularly, the color of the center is dense, the color of the periphery is light, and the coloring effect with gradation change is the best.
In addition, the periphery of the beauty patch is colorless, so that the design that the skin below can be shown through the thin film can fade the existence of the concealer patch.
When the skin color line is used, the two color lines can be vertically crossed. Or the 3 flesh color lines are intersected at an angle of 60 degrees. The number and direction of the flesh tone lines can be further increased. In this case, it is preferable that at least two color lines of the plurality of color lines intersect with each other.
The line shape of the flesh color line used here may be selected from a straight line, a curved line, a wavy line, a broken line, and the like, and the type is not limited. When only the skin color line or the color line is mentioned, all line shapes such as straight lines, curved lines, wavy lines, folds and the like are included.
In addition, a closed curve such as a circle or an ellipse can be used as a line shape of the flesh color line. The concentric circles are also good, and a variety of closed curve interleaving ways can be used.
The interval between each pair of flesh color lines and the thickness of each line may be uneven. In order to produce a coloring effect with gradation, the color line may be dark in the center of the patch and light in the edge.
The colorless part can be manufactured by the combination of the color lines, so that the skin under the patch can penetrate through the film, and the existence of the concealer patch is less easily perceived.
When a plurality of dots are used, the size and density of the dots can be changed, or the color depth of the dots can be changed to achieve the effect of gradual gradation. For example, the skin tone multiple points used may be such that at least one of the points has a different size or skin tone concentration than the other multiple points. In addition, the colored dots can be made with relatively high density in some areas, and with relatively low density in some areas.
The shape of the dots used in the multi-dot coloring may be any shape such as a circle, an ellipse, a square, a triangle, and the like. Moreover, the shapes of the points need not be uniform, nor need the distribution of the points be regular. When referring to "multi-point" herein, all shapes of points are included, such as circles, ovals, squares, triangles, and the like.
Multipoint coloring can of course be designed to provide colorless portions.
When a patch of the concealer patch is designed with a gradual skin color, a combination of plane coloring (making a coloring field) and intersecting skin color lines may be used. In this case, it is preferable that the central portion is made dark and the peripheral portion is made light in plane coloring (making colored region). In addition, if a skin color close to white is used in the plane coloring (in the field of manufacturing coloring), the presence of the concealer patch can be further reduced by drawing a gradual color with the skin color lines being crossed.
When the gradual skin color is designed on the patch of the concealer patch, a combination of plane coloring (making coloring field) and multi-point coloring can be used.
The skin-tone printed surface of the backing film may be the same surface as the surface on which the adhesive layer is formed (the surface to be coated with adhesive) or may be different. In addition, skin color may be printed on both sides of the film.
The transparent or translucent flexible film used as the backing may be a polyolefin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene, or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyurethane or nylon. These raw materials may be used alone or in combination of several components.
The polyurethane film is preferably air-permeable or flexible, and preferably has a thickness of 3 to 100 μm. The thin film having a thickness of less than 3 μm is not easy to manufacture and use due to its low mechanical strength. Meanwhile, if the thickness is more than 100 μm, the patch is easily uncomfortable. The optimal thickness is recommended to be 5-20 μm.
The addition of the back lining composite film to the polyurethane film can make the processing processes of printing, cutting and the like easier to operate. Backing composite films, also known as engineering, scaffold and table papers.
The adhesive layer of the concealer patch may be an acrylic adhesive, a rubber adhesive, a polyurethane adhesive, or a silicone adhesive. If necessary, a plasticizer such as lauryl lactate and glycerin may be added.
The thickness of the adhesive layer is preferably 5 to 100 μm. An adhesive force of less than 5 μm is insufficient, and an adhesive force of more than 100 μm hinders air circulation, which is not favorable for long-term use. The most suitable thickness is 5-30 μm.
The applicability of the concealer patch can be expanded by adding components such as an ultraviolet absorber, an ultraviolet scattering agent, a cosmetic component, a skin care agent and the like to the film or/and the adhesive layer of the concealer patch serving as the backing. These additives may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
The ultraviolet absorber includes organic ultraviolet absorbers such as benzophenone derivatives such as 2-hydroxybenzophenone and 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, p-aminobenzoic acid and its derivatives, and acid derivatives such as trimethylcyclohexyl salicylate. The ultraviolet scattering agent includes titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, and the like.
Examples of the cosmetic ingredients include whitening ingredients such as vitamin C and its derivatives (e.g., magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, sodium ascorbyl palmitate), kojic acid, vitamin A acid and its derivatives, and anti-wrinkle ingredients such as vitamin A and its derivatives, lipoic acid, adenosine, and fruit acid. In addition, anti-acne ingredients such as salicylic acid and anti-inflammatory ingredients such as glycyrrhetinic acid (salt) can also be added. As the stabilizer, 2, 6-di-t-butyl-p-cresol (BHT), vitamin E and its derivatives (e.g., tocopherol acetate), etc. can be used.
When the concealer patch is made into a round shape, the concealer patch with the diameter larger than 5mm is easier to use. Because the patch is mainly attached to the face, feet and hands, the maximum area of the patch is not more than 100cm2Degree of the disease. The shape of the adhesive plaster of the concealer patch is round, oval, rectangular with right angle or round angle, square, diamond, petal, crescent and other shapes.
The skin whitening and skin care cosmetic method is obtained by research and development based on the concealer patch, and is characterized in that the glue layer of the concealer patch contains various cosmetic ingredients and/or skin medicaments.
The anti-acne cosmetic method mentioned in the present invention is also based on a concealer patch, characterized in that various cosmetic ingredients and/or skin drugs are added to the gel layer of the patch.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The concealer method uses neither concealer stick, concealer nor concealer emulsion, etc., but uses patch form to make concealer patch, making concealer cosmetic more easily adhered to skin. Non-cosmetic professionals can easily and freely cover skin marks such as color spots, freckles and the like, and natural and perfect skin appearance is manufactured.
The color of the skin of the concealer patch is obtained by printing on the film of the support body, so that the effect of gradually changing the skin color can be easily made. It is this gradual change effect that makes the concealer paste be difficult for people to perceive in the use.
The color of the skin of the concealer patch is obtained by printing on the film of the support, so that a colorless area can be designed on the patch, and the coloring form is more free. The result of this is that the concealer patch is made with a gradual skin colour, not with a uniform colouring, but with intersecting skin colour lines and multiple spots. The skin below the beauty patch can be seen from the colorless area, and the natural and harmonious feeling of the concealer patch in the use process is increased.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic representation of 4 concealer patches printed on one side of a translucent film to obtain the color of the skin.
Figure 2 is a graphical representation of 4 concealer strips made with a combination of planar coloration (skin tone area) and a straight skin tone line.
Detailed Description
The following examples of the present invention are given, and the contents of the present invention are not limited to the following examples.
Although the concealer used in the embodiment of the present invention is circular, it is also applicable to concealers having other shapes such as oval and rectangular shapes.
In addition, the color of the skin, the line of the flesh color, and the dots in the figure are all the skin color except for the patch outlines (circles), and are shown instead of gray in the figure.
(example 1)
Figure 1 shows the test articles of 4 concealer patches. Fig. 1(a) shows an example 1 of a full-face printed cosmetic patch, which is printed in the same skin color. Fig. 1(b) shows an example 2 of a partially printed patch, in which a dark skin color is printed in the central area, and the periphery is colorless and has no color gradation effect. Fig. 1(c) shows an example 3 of a net-printed cosmetic patch, in which linear groups of flesh color lines are crossed into a net. The color line is dark in the central area and gradually becomes lighter toward the periphery. Fig. 1(d) illustrates an example 4 of a multi-dot printed beauty patch, in which dots printed in the center are dense, dots printed in the periphery are sparse, and the overall color changes in a gradient manner. These concealers were all round with a diameter of 15 mm.
The concealer patch consists of four layers, wherein the skin-sticking surface is taken as the lowest layer, and the concealer patch respectively comprises (1) a backing composite film (OPP material with the thickness of 40 mu m) from top to bottom; (2) a polyurethane film (thickness 7 μm); (3) an adhesive layer (a subbing layer, HiPAS 10 adhesive (manufactured by CosMED pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Japan) having a thickness of 15 μm); (4) release paper (100 g per square meter weight, silicone coating). And (3) printing the skin color on the single surface of the polyurethane film.
When in use, the release paper is firstly peeled (4), the rest parts (1) to (3) are pasted on the skin, and finally the backing composite film is peeled (1).
The 4 concealer patches (FIGS. 1(a) to (d)) were each applied to the forearms of 5 volunteers for "eye-catching experiments". The experimental contents are that 4 concealer patches are pasted on the skin of the forearms of 5 volunteers, and whether the 5 volunteers are striking or not is judged by visual observation at a distance of 50 cm.
The whole face of the printed patch (a), 50cm apart, was clearly visible from the forearms of 5 volunteers. The partially printed patches (b) were clearly visible when the specific positions of the patches of 5 volunteers were indicated. Mesh-printed patches (c) and multi-dot printed patches (d), 2 of 5 volunteers were clearly observed in the experiment when the specific position of the patches was indicated. The remaining 3 patches were difficult to discern even if the specific location of the patch was indicated. From this experiment, we conclude that a mesh-printed or multi-dot printed facial patch is less noticeable than two other printed facial patches, which may be termed "unobtrusive".
(example 2)
And trying to make a concealer patch by using a printing mode of matching planar coloring with a linear type skin color line. The skin color with the middle part deep and gradually becoming lighter towards the periphery is printed by plane coloring. When the skin color line is printed, the skin color line with the gradual change effect is tried to be made and compared with the skin color line without the gradual change effect.
There were 4 samples, as shown in FIG. 2. The color of the part of the real object shown in gray in fig. 2 is the skin color.
Example 5: coloring the plane, and gradually lightening the skin color from the central point to the periphery. The color density of the skin color line is unchanged by matching with the linear skin color line. This is shown, for example, in FIG. 2 (a).
Example 6: and (4) plane coloring, namely printing a color block with the diameter of 3mm and consistent skin color concentration in the center of the patch, and then printing the gradually lightened skin color from the color block to the periphery. The color density of the skin color line is unchanged by matching with the linear skin color line. This is shown in FIG. 2(b), for example.
Example 7: the plane is colored, no color block with uniform color exists in the center, and the skin color gradually lightens from the center to the periphery. In combination with the linear skin color line, the color of the skin color line also becomes lighter from the center to the periphery. This is shown, for example, in FIG. 2 (c).
Example 8: the flat surface was colored white, and after a color patch having a diameter of 3mm and a uniform white density was printed at the center of the patch, a gradually lighter white color was printed from the color patch toward the periphery. In combination with the linear skin color line, the color of the skin color line also becomes lighter from the center to the periphery. This is shown, for example, in FIG. 2 (d).
Comparing the 4 kinds of patches in fig. 2, the straight line type skin color line has the least conspicuous color on the skin surface in the printing manner in which the color gradually becomes lighter from the center to the periphery. It is difficult to find the presence of the concealer patch in the visual range by pulling the distance slightly apart.
(example 3)
A concealer patch having a cosmetic function was prepared by adding an active ingredient such as an ultraviolet absorber and a cosmetic ingredient to a cosmetic patch based on the printing method of example 3 in fig. 1(c), as shown in table 1.
A polyurethane film for a film for supporting in a cosmetic patch (manufactured by CosMED, Japan) and HiPAS 10 for an adhesive (manufactured by CosMED, Japan) were used. The formulation amounts of the other effective ingredients contained in the film or the adhesive layer used as the backing are expressed in percent by weight (wt%), as shown in the examples table. These active ingredients are all purchased from Nacalai Tesque (Kyoto).
Experiments to mask the color spots, collected from the color spot sites of 3 volunteers. The number of evaluation points was counted after continuous use for 4 weeks at a frequency of use of 1 time per day, and the average value is shown in the table.
0 point has no change
Complete disappearance of 7 spots
[ TABLE 1 ]
(example 4)
In fig. 2(d), a concealer patch as shown in table 2, in which active ingredients such as a plasticizer and a cosmetic component contained in the adhesive were mixed in the same printing method as in example 8 and the adhesive used in example 1, was prepared. The film used as a support was a polyurethane film having a thickness of 10mm and containing 2% by weight of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate.
