Abstract

The present invention provides an easy-to-use concealer patch in the form of a film instead of in the form of a stick, cream or liquid. The concealer patch according to the present invention is characterized in that it has a skin color pigmentation on the surface of a transparent or translucent flexible support film, and includes an adhesive layer. It is effective to color the skin color gradually from the central part toward the peripheral part. The pigmentation of the skin color can be constituted by intersecting skin color lines or a plurality of skin color dots. A support film whose surface is pigmented to the skin color can be prepared using a printing technique.

Concealer patch and its manufacturing method, skin whitening care makeup method, and skin acne care makeup method

The present invention relates to a concealer patch for hiding skin imperfections and making the skin look white and beautiful. In addition, it relates to a concealer patch that realizes skin whitening by blending UV absorbers and cosmetic ingredients.

Concealer is a foundation for covering skin troubles, and is a cosmetic that spot-corrects blemishes, freckles, spots, acne marks or dark circles that give an unhealthy impression. Stick type, cream type and liquid type concealer are frequently used.

Concealer contains a lot of pigment in addition to adhesion and emollient properties compared to normal foundation in order to provide coverage. When using a concealer, it is necessary to apply a sufficient amount of skin lotion, etc., as with foundation, and prepare the base. After applying the skin, apply the paint as if it were sparsely laid out. Then, lightly tap and spread with a material that does not leave fibers, such as the inside of the finger or a cotton swab or cotton swab. How to use this concealer is simple at first glance, but in practice, it is difficult to achieve a natural skin texture, and beginners often do not do well at home. The feature of the present invention is that the surface of the support film of the concealer patch is colored using a printing technique.

If the color of the concealer patch is even and good, it can be manufactured by mixing a pigment or pigment with the raw material of the support film to form a film. However, when it is desired to partially change the skin color, it cannot be manufactured by this method. For example, a concealer patch that has a dark skin color in the center part and a light skin color in the periphery, and gradually lightens the skin color from the center part toward the periphery, that is, a gradation is applied, cannot be produced by this method. A concealer patch with partially changed skin color can be manufactured only by printing coloration on a support film as in the present invention.

Accordingly, the method for manufacturing a concealer patch according to the present invention includes a process of coloring the surface of a transparent or translucent flexible support film to skin color using a printing technique, and a process of forming an adhesive layer on the support film.

Concealer patches conceal facial blemishes, acne, and the like by coloring, but it is preferable not to color them uniformly. Because facial blemishes, freckles, acne marks, and dark circles are localized, they cannot be covered with a dark color to some extent, whereas the presence of a uniform dark color and concealer patch itself gives an unnatural impression. Therefore, it is preferable to make the central part a slightly dark skin color and make the peripheral part softer and more natural feeling.

In order not to make the coloration of the support film surface uniformly, or to give a gradation to coloration, various printing methods are considered. In the present invention, three methods were tried.

(1) Colored flat. Planar skin color coloring means that the area|region colored with at least 1 skin color is formed in the surface of a support body film. It may be a configuration having an approximately planar uniform colored surface, and the color density may change depending on the location.

(2) A skin color line of a straight line, a curved shape, a broken line shape, or a broken line shape is used.

(3) Using a large number of dots, the size or density of dots is changed.

Of course, it is possible to combine two or three of these three methods.

In the case of using flat skin coloration, it is preferable to change the density of the coloration depending on the location. In particular, it is preferable to make the color of the center darker, and lighten the color of the periphery, and give a gradation.

By making the periphery of the concealer patch colorless and allowing the bare skin to be seen through, the presence of the concealer patch can be made more inconspicuous.

When a skin color line is used, two skin color lines can be crossed at right angles. Alternatively, three skin-colored lines can be crossed off each other by 60°. The number of directions of the skin color line can be further increased. In this way, a plurality of skin color lines may be formed, and in that case, it is preferable that at least two lines of the plurality of skin color lines intersect.

In order to give a gradation to the skin color of the concealer patch, it is possible to combine a skin color line that intersects with a flat skin color coloration (skin color area). In addition, if the skin color in the planar coloring (region of skin color) is a skin color close to white, it blends well with the intersecting skin color lines, making it inconspicuous as a whole.

When giving a gradation to the skin color of the concealer patch, a flat skin color tint (skin color area) and multiple dots can be used.

The skin color-printing side of the support film and the side having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be the same surface or different surfaces of the film. Alternatively, skin color can be printed on both surfaces of the film.

As the flexible transparent or translucent support film, a polyolefin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene, or a film of non-ethylenic acid copolymer, polyurethane or nylon can be used. These can be used independently or can use multiple together.

A polyurethane film is most preferable in terms of breathability and flexibility. The thickness is preferably 3 to 100 µm. If it is smaller than 3 μm, mechanical strength may be insufficient, which may make manufacturing or adhesion to the skin inconvenient, and if it is larger than 100 μm, it is too thick and may cause discomfort to the skin. More preferably, a thickness of 5 to 20 µm is good.

When a polyurethane film is backed up, handling becomes much easier at the time of processing and use. The backing film is called a process paper, a carrier or a base, and the like.

An acrylic adhesive, a rubber adhesive, a urethane adhesive, or a silicone adhesive can be used for the adhesive layer of a concealer patch. If necessary, a plasticizer such as octyldodecyl lactate or glycerin may be added.

As for the thickness of an adhesive layer, 5-100 micrometers is preferable. If it is thinner than 5 μm, the adhesive strength may be insufficient, and if it is thicker than 100 μm, the air permeability may be lowered, so it may be unsuitable for long-time attachment. A more preferable adhesive layer thickness is 5-30 micrometers.

By including a UV absorber, a UV scattering agent, a cosmetic ingredient, or a skin drug in the support film and/or the adhesive layer of the concealer patch, the applicability of the concealer patch can be expanded. In addition, these can be used independently or can use multiple together.

Examples of the ultraviolet absorber include organic ultraviolet absorbers such as benzophenone derivatives such as 2-hydroxybenzophenone and 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, paraaminobenzoic acid and its derivatives, and acid derivatives such as salicylhomonentyl, and ultraviolet rays. As the scattering agent, an ultraviolet scattering agent such as titanium oxide or zinc oxide can be used.

Examples of cosmetic ingredients include vitamin C or derivatives thereof (eg, magnesium L-ascorbyl phosphate, ascorbyl tetrahexyldecanoate, 3Na palmitate ascorbyl phosphate), kojic acid, retinoic acid and its derivatives, hydroquinone. and anti-wrinkle ingredients such as whitening ingredients such as vitamin A and derivatives thereof, α-ribic acid, adenosine, and α-hydroxy acid. In addition, an acne treatment component such as salicylic acid and an anti-inflammatory component such as glycyrrhetic acid (salt) may be blended. Moreover, as a stabilizer, BHT, vitamin E, its derivative(s) (for example, tocopherol acetate), etc. can be mix|blended.

If the concealer patch is circular, it is easier to use the one larger than 5 mm in diameter. It is mainly attached to the face, feet, and arms, so even if it is large, it is about 100cm2. The shape of the concealer patch can be used in a variety of shapes, such as round, oval, rounded rectangle, square, diamond, face shape, and sphere shape.

The skin whitening care makeup method according to the present invention is a skin whitening care makeup method using the concealer patch constituted according to the present invention, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains a cosmetic ingredient and/or a skin drug.

In the embodiments of the present invention, all of the circular concealer patches are used, but it is clear that the present invention can be applied to patches of other shapes such as ovals or quadrilaterals.

In addition, although flat coloring, skin color lines, and skin color dots in the drawing are all printed with skin color except for the outline (circle), they are expressed in gray on the drawing.

(Example 1)

The four types of concealer patches shown in Fig. 1 were started. Example 1 shown to Fig.1 (a) is a full-surface printed patch, and skin color is printed on the whole surface. Example 2 shown in Fig. 1(b) is a partially printed patch, in which a dark skin color is printed on the central part, but the peripheral part is colorless. Typographical gradations are not formed. Example 3 shown in Fig. 1(c) is a mesh-like printed patch, in which a group of mutually intersecting straight lines of skin color is printed in a mesh shape. The color tone is darker in the center and lighter as it goes to the periphery, giving a gradation. Example 4 shown in Fig. 1(d) is a dot-like printed patch, and has an overall gradation by printing circular dots densely at the center and sparsely at the periphery. These concealer patches are circular with a diameter of 15 mm.

Their concealer patch contains 4 layers. With the direction of attachment to the skin facing down, from top to bottom, (1) Process paper (OPP with a thickness of 40 μm), (2) Urethane support film (thickness of 7 μm), (3) Adhesive layer (HiPAS10 adhesive, Cosmedi Seiya) Co., Ltd.) In the case of use, first, parts (1) to (3) are peeled off from the release paper 4 and adhered to the skin, and then the process paper 1 is peeled off.

Each of the 4 types of concealer patches (FIG. 1 (a) to (d)) was applied to the skin of the forearms of 5 volunteers, and an "inconspicuous test" was conducted. In the test, 4 types of concealer patches were attached to 5 volunteers, and it was judged by whether or not they could be recognized by the naked eye from a distance of 50 cm.

The whole-side printed patch (a) could be clearly recognized from a distance of 50 cm for all 5 people. The partially printed patch (b) was recognizable only after the attachment site was pointed out for all five people. For the mesh-like printed patch (c) and the dot-like printed patch (d), the attachment site was pointed out for 2 out of 5 people and could be recognized at last, but the remaining 3 people could not recognize it even though the attachment site was pointed out. According to this test, it can be concluded that the ones printed in the form of mesh or dots are less conspicuous than the other two types, and thus are excellent in "inconspicuous" properties.

(Example 2)

I started a concealer patch in which flat skin coloration and straight skin color lines overlap. The flat skin coloration was dark in the center, and the color gradually became lighter as it went to the periphery. The straight skin color lines were compared by creating those with and without gradation.

It started with the following four types. Although FIG. 2 is drawn in gray, the actual color is skin color.

Example 5: Planar skin color pigmentation is where the skin color gradually fades from the center point toward the periphery. There is no change in color density in a straight skin color line. This example is shown in Fig.2 (a).

Example 6: A planar skin color pigmentation has a central portion with a uniform density of 3 mm in diameter, and the skin color gradually fades from there toward the periphery. There is no change in color density in a straight skin color line. This example is shown in FIG.2(b).

Example 7: The planar skin color pigmentation does not have a uniform central portion, and the skin color gradually becomes lighter from the center toward the periphery. The color of the straight skin-colored line gradually fades from the center toward the periphery. This example is shown in FIG.2(c).

Example 8: A planar white coloring has a central portion with a uniform density of 3 mm in diameter, and the white color gradually fades from there toward the periphery. The color of the straight skin-colored line gradually fades from the center toward the periphery. This example is shown in FIG.2(d).

Comparing the four types in Fig. 2, the example in which the color of the straight skin color line gradually fades from the center to the periphery is less conspicuous, and it is difficult to visually recognize that the concealer patch is attached from a slightly distant distance.

(Example 3)

Based on the basic configuration of the concealer patch of Example 3 of FIG. 1C , a functional concealer patch as shown in Table 1 was prepared by including valuable components such as a UV absorber and a cosmetic component.

A urethane film (manufactured by Cosmetic Pharmaceuticals) was used for the support film, and HiPAS10 (manufactured by Cosmetics Pharmaceuticals) was used as an adhesive. As a table|surface shows, a valuable component is made to contain in a support body film or an adhesive layer, and the compounding quantity is shown in weight%. These valuable components were purchased from Nakaraitesk (Kyoto).

The blemish evaluation method was applied to the blemishes of three volunteers, and self-reporting was evaluated after applying once/day for 4 weeks. Evaluation is an average of the following scores.

Using the same skin coloration as in Example 8 of FIG. 2(d) and the same adhesive as in Example 1, valuable ingredients such as plasticizers and cosmetic ingredients were included in the adhesive as shown in Table 2 to prepare a functional concealer patch. The support film was a urethane film with a thickness of 10 µm, and 2% by weight of 2-hydroxybenzophenone was blended.

The evaluation result of this concealer patch was as follows.
