THIS SYSTEM INCLUDES AN ADHESIVE TAPE FASTENER, A SUBSTRATE LAYER AND A FIBROUS FASTENING PANEL. THIS PANEL IS LINKED TO THE SUBSTRATE LAYER AND INCLUDES AN EXTERNAL FIBROUS SURFACE ABLE TO OFFER ADHESIVE LINK WITH THE ADHESIVE TAPE HOLDER. THE FIBROUS FIXATION PANEL PROVIDES A DEFORMATION RESISTANCE OF AT LEAST 0.60 POUND-STRENGTH, APPROXIMATELY (2.67 NEWTONS). SUCH A PANEL ALSO PERFORMS A MAXIMUM RESISTANCE TO RELEASE WITH THE ADHESIVE TAPE HOLDER OF APPROXIMATELY 0.80 POUNDS-STRENGTH (3.56 NEWTONS). THE FIBROUS EXTERNAL SURFACE OF THE FIBROUS FASTENING D PANEL INCLUDES FIBERS ABLE TO TOLERATE A REMOVAL OF THE ADHESIVE TAPE FASTENER WITHOUT INACCEPTABLE CONTAMINATION OF THE FASTENER, IN ORDER TO ALLOW ITS RESUJECTION TO SUCH EXTERNAL SURFACE.
