Description

The subject of the invention is a device for extracting tobacco from defective cigarettes, made in the form of a cigarette-transporting disk, a circular knife and a round brush.

Known devices of similar design and purpose do not guarantee the careful separation of tobacco from paper.

The proposed device allows for the thorough extraction of tobacco from defective cigarettes.

The peculiarity of the device is that the cigarette-transporting disk has a serrated or needle-like surface, to which a spring-loaded wrinkle roller abuts and a guide bar mounted between the knife and the roller. To remove the paper casing from the transporting disk, a stop bar is installed above the bypass tray.

Pa figs. 1 shows a side view of the proposed device; in fig. 2 shows a transport disk and a spring loaded pressure roller adjacent thereto; in fig. 3-brush with a transporting disk (plan view).

The transporting disk 2, equipped with sharp teeth or needles, is fixed on the shaft 3. By means of the spring 4 the rotary shaft 5 is pressed against the disk 2 by a hydraulic roller 6, which sits in the fork of the lever 7, turning around the axle 8.

The lever bar 7 is fixed to the guide bar 9, located at the bottom under the transport disk 2 and pressing the cigarettes to the disk surface. In the guide bar 9, a slot is provided, into which the disk knife 10 mounted on the shaft // enters. Under the knife 10 on the shaft 12 there is a brush 13 for separating the tobacco from the paper.

Under the direction of the yoke, the cigarette bar 9 is bent along the radius of the disk 2. The knife 10 cuts the cigarette paper along its entire length. Due to the elasticity of the tobacco, a cigarette is opened n openly, but still pinned onto the tooth / disc 2, placed under the bolt 13, which removes all tobacco fibers from the paper and discards them, for example, into drawer 2. The tobacco-cleaned tissue paper 22 is discharged into the discharge chute 23.
