Особенность предлагаемого станка заключаетс в том, что он выполнен в виде вращающегос двухдискового ротора на периферии дисков Которого размещены незамкнутые гнезда дл дорнов, а под ротором монтированы два вращающихс навстречу друг другу вальца с эластичным покрытием, один из которых подпружинен.The peculiarity of the proposed machine is that it is made in the form of a rotating double-disk rotor on the periphery of the discs of which there are open slots for mandrels, and under the rotor there are two rolls rotating opposite to each other with an elastic coating, one of which is spring-loaded.
