The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device in operation.

The goal is achieved by the fact that a device containing a bunker, a conveyor with strips in it, an inclined tray fixed at its exit, a device for dissecting the connected covers and a pusher are provided with spring-loaded pins mounted on the conveyor belt and the LAP
