17/04, 1979.The proposed mill provides a continuous outflow of the crushed product through the exit channel from the inner cavity of the mill drum under the pressure created by the rotating flow from the ground material. The formation of a discharge zone inside the drum cavity of the mill as a result of the outflow ensures that the crushed product is sucked in the inlet channel into the cavity of the mill drum, i.e. the mill runs continuously, which increases its productivity. Providing the output channel with an adjustable damper allows the mill to vary its productivity during its operation. FIG. 1 shows the crush for a wet self-chopped, cross-section} in FIG. 2 is a view A-A in FIG. 1. The mill consists of a drum 1, rigidly fixed to diametrically opposite sides by two rods 2, the other ends of which are movably connected through necks 3 to cranks 4 installed on fixed supports 5 and having identical radii from shaft neck 6 of crank 4 to the center of the neck 3 of the other crank 4, and the distance between the centers of the shafts 6 of the cranks 4 is equal to the distance between the centers of the necks 3, i.e. the drive of the drum is made in the form of a hinged parallelogram, with the center of the body of the drum being combined with the center of the body of the rod of the connecting rod. The drum 1 has a hermetic loading device made in the form of a folding hatch 7. At the bottom there is a discharge device in the form of a socket 8 with a crane. The inner surface of the drum on 1 is covered with a lining 9. Melshsha is provided with inlet 1O and outlet 11 flexible nozzles, the first connected to the cavity of the drum 1 in close proximity to its center, and the second to the peripheral part of the drum 1. At the ends of the nozzles 10 and 11 there are flaps 12 and 13, with the on-outlet pipe 11, the valve 13 is adjustable. Shutters 12 and 13 are closed. Liquid is poured into the body, for example pulp. Luke 7 is tightly closed and cranks 4 are turned on. In this case, the Pus bark begins an oscillatory motion along a circular path. The pulp inside the housing spins up to maximum speed. The movement of solid particles in a rotating pulp stream relative to the lined surface 9 creates a twisting friction and impact of solid particles against each other, as a result of which they are intensively crushed. After that, the output flap 13 is opened and the pulp begins to flow out of the body under the action of centrifugal forces, and in the body, due to circular oscillatory movements, an annular flow occurs, inside which a vacuum is formed. Next, open the valve 12 and the mill starts to operate in a centrifugal pump mode: discharge occurs at the outlet nozzle 1O, and pressure develops at the exit nozzle 11O. As a result, the initial product first enters the inlet 10, passes through the drum 1 and is discharged from the mill through the outlet 11. Then the grinding process continues continuously. The residence time of the comminuted material in the drum 1 (and hence the degree of comminution) is controlled by the gate 13. The performance of this kind is not known 1.2-1.4 times due to the creation of continuous work. The invention of the mill for wet self-grinding by the author. St. NS 806116, different ayu-. So that, in order to increase the mill's productivity by ensuring the continuity of its operation, the mill is equipped with inlet and outlet flexible nozzles, the first of which is connected to the drum cavity in close proximity to its center, the second to the peripheral part of the drum, is equipped with an adjustable gate .
