Description

This invention relates to medicine, namely phthisiology. A known method for the treatment of cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis, which involves the use of galvanoacoustics, concentrated solutions of silver nitrate, a solution of trichloride cyclic acid 80 ° / o, occlusion of the draining bronchus in the cavity or during, muscle plate and additional thoracoplasty 1. This feature is not sufficient. that he requires serious surgical intervention. A more sophisticated method of treating cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis is to puncture the cavity, inject drugs, pump air out of the cavity and fix the cavity at the time of maximum wall collapse by coagulation with an electrode rotated around axis 2. However, the method is characterized by insufficient treatment efficiency the presence of draining bronchi (in 30–40% of cases residual cavities remain), delaying the treatment time. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment. The goal is achieved by the method of treating cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis, which involves puncture of the cavity, the introduction of drugs, aspiration of air and coagulation of the cavity and the mouth of the drained bronchus are coagulated with a 0.5% solution of silver nitrate in 0.2-0.5 ml for 5-10 s. The method is carried out as follows. Preventive treatment with intracavernous administration of antibacterial drugs against the background of general therapy is carried out until complete or partial rehabilitation of the cavity. Before cauterization with the purpose of anesthesia of the diverting bronchi, a lidocaine solution is introduced into the cavity through a needle through a needle into the cavity, followed by a water-soluble contrast agent, followed by x-ray examination (cavernography). The volume of the cavity, the location and the number of draining bronchi are determined. The contrast agent is aspirated from the cavity by an electric suction pump, then the needle is introduced into the cavity through a needle.
