F. A. lU The invention relates to medical. It can be used in laboratory and diagnostic purposes in case of violations of the evacuation function of the ureter. A device used for physiotherapeutic action of a current on the ureter is known, which contains a plate electrode with a hydro (и or lining moistened with a solution of a medicinal substance. During use, the device impose rta skin in the ureter L-l However, this device does not effectively affect the ureter due to the fact that A considerable distance between organs and tissues is determined between them. A device for physiotherapeutic action on tubular organs containing a catheter with lateral orifices on the working end and a rod of the electrode inside is known. The obstructive megaureter forms are traumatic, since the effects on the ureter require the combined use of physiotherapy. In addition, urine outflow insufficiency. from the cavities of the kidney and ureter leads to an increase in hydrostatic pressure, which adversely affects the functional state of the ureter and kidney. The aim of the invention is to reduce the trauma of the ureter during reflux and obstructive megaureter forms during physiotherapy effects on the latter. To achieve this goal, the Yci solution for physiotherapeutic tubing on tubular organs, containing a catheter with side openings at the working end and a rod electrode inside, has a series of ring electrodes located on the outer surface of the working end of the catheter and the intake opening in the end of the catheter. FIG. 1 shows a device for physiotherapeutic effect on tubular organs, a general view in section; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. 1. A codYoit device from a catheter 1 made of a biologically inert, dielectric material. At the working end of the catheter 1, lateral oi versti 2 around the entire perimeter are formed. At the same end, a series of annular electrodes 3 are laid, which are connected by conductors 4 located in the wall of the catheter 1. Inside the catheter there is a rod electrode 5 of conductive material. The working end of the catheter 1 is equipped with a locking hole 6. The device is used as follows. Before a physiotherapeutic session, the cavity of the ureter and kidney are washed with physiological saline solution to remove urine. During the operation or through the dermal ostomy, the device is inserted into the ureter with a working end so that the side openings 2 and the ring electrodes 3 are located on the required area in the ureteal lumen pressed to its wall and the other end is on the skin. Next, the rod electrode 5 and the conductors 4 of the ring electrodes 3 are connected to a physiotherapeutic device (not shown). After the drug solution is injected into the ureter, the non-working end of the catheter is squeezed for the time of the session} iziotherapeutic effect. According to the treatment method, the electrophore is first carried out, followed by electrical stimulation. In order to determine the effectiveness of the treatment during the treatment, the conductors 4 of the ring electrodes 3 are connected to an apparatus for registering an electrical auretroot, by which the function of the ureter is judged. The device is located in the ureter until the formation of the operative scar and the end of physiotherapy sessions. After the required treatment, the device is removed from the ureter. The device for physiotherapeutic effect on tubular organs of the body eliminates the reduction of the trauma of the urethra during obstructive and reflexive forA4 megaureter, since it eliminates the need for multiple insertion into the urethra and removal of the device from it when performing the necessary complex () schizotherapeutic effects. In addition, the device ensures complete flow of urine from the urinary tract, which is a favorable factor for improving the functional state of the ureter in the process.
