The endotracheal tube is used as follows.

Intubation of the trachea by the tube described is performed using known methods. After intubation, the cuff 2 is inflated, for which a syringe is connected to the outer end of the duct and air is forced into the cuff until it reaches a tight contact with the trachea wall. The degree of swelling of the cuff is controlled by the indicator 5. When inflating the internal electrically conductive elastic part 10 presses to the mucous trachea, the external perforated non-elastic part 7 of the cuff,

5 preventing excessive swelling.

The hydrophilic layer, enclosed between the inner and outer layers of the cuff 2, swells due to the secretion of the mucous membrane of the trachea for several minutes while dissolving the drugs immobilized in the polymer particles ..

5After that, the pin 14 of the current lead 12 5 is connected to the electrophoretic apparatus, while the other electrode is fixed on the surface of the patient's gut. If it is necessary to add additional medicinal substances to the point of contact of the cuff with the tracheal wall, the working part of the tube with the cuff is immersed in the necessary liquid medicinal composition for several seconds before intubation. At the same time, the hydrophilic layer is saturated with additional drug components with simultaneous swelling of polymer particles. In this case, the electrophoresis session can be carried out directly after the tracheal intubation. If necessary, the tube can be used only for sorption of the secretion of the elasis trachea. The location of the endotracheal tube in the respiratory tract is determined radiographically by the location of the radiocontour and plant current lead 12. The intubation tube with a two-layer method of the described construction allows the treatment of anterior and concomitant laryngotracheitis B by contact and electrophoretic injection of medicinal substances into the intratubular tube pathologist sorption of tracheal mucosa secretion.
