Изобретение относитс к области производства изделий из пенопластов и может быть использовано в строительстве , химической промышленности и других отрасл х народного хоз йства . Известно устройство дл изготовлени изделий из пенопластов, содержащее форму, выполненную из подвижной и неподвижной частей, формующие элементы и узел съема изделийр К недостаткам устройства относитс возможность деформации изделий пр их съеме.. Известно также устройство дл фор мовани изделий из пенопластов, содержащее установленную на основании форму с подвижным днищем,крышку формы , формующие элементы и механизм перемещени днища в виде силовых ци линдров 2 . Это устройство вл етс наиболее близким по технической сущности и до стигаемому результату к изобретению. К недостаткам этого устройства относитс возможность деформации изделий при их извлечении из формы. Целью изобретени вл етс исклЮчение деформации готовых изделий при извлечении их из формы. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что устройство дл формовани изделий из пенопластов, содержащее установленную на основании форму с подвижным днищем, крышку формы, формующие элементы и механизм перемещени днища в виде силовых цилиндров, согласно изобретению снабжено подвешенным на крышке формы подвижным кронштейном с закрепленными на нем формующими элементами и установленными на основании пневмоцилиндрами, на которые опираетс крышка формы. На фиг о 1 показано устройство при вспенивании пенопласта в форме; на фиг. 2 - поперечный разрез устройства при отрыве издели от стенок формы; на фиг. 3 поперечный разрез 397 устройства при извлечении изделий из формы. Устройство дл формовани изделий из пенопластов содержит форму 1 пр моугольного сечени . Форма 1 установ лена на основании 2 и снабжена крышкой 3 на которой подвешен кронштейн с формующими перегородками 5. Днище 6 формы установлено с возможностью вертикального перемещени посредством механизма перемещени дни ща в виде пневмоцилиндров 7. Крышка формы опираетс на пневмоцилиндры 8. В форме изготавливаетс изделие 9 Между кронштейном и крышкой выбран зазор 10. Устройство работает следующим образом . Во внутреннюю полость формы заливают компоненты дл получени изделий из пенопласта. Крышка 3 с кронштейном и формующими перегородками 5 опускаетс во внутреннюю полость формы с помощью пневмоцилиндров 8. После вспенивани и отверждени пенопласта в форме получают готовое изделие 9- Пневмоцилиндром 7 днище 6 поднимаетс ввер и одновременно поднимает кронштейн Ц с формующими перегородками 5. Крышка 3 остаетс Неподвижной, при этом готовые издели отрываютс от стенок формы. После прохождени длины, соответствующей зазору 10 между кронштейном и крышкой, днище останавливаетс . Цилиндрами 8 крышка 3 поднимаетс вверх, извлека при этом из формы кронштейн 4 с закрепленными на нем формующими перегородками 5 и готовыми издели ми 9. После извлечени их из формы готовые издели отдел ют от формующих перегородок. Из-за отсутстви относительного движени формующих перегородок 5 и готового издели 9 в момент отрыва изделий от стенок формы исключаетс деформаци готовых изделий. Применение изобретени позвол ет повысить качество-изготавливаемых изделий . The invention relates to the manufacture of foam products and can be used in the construction, chemical industry and other sectors of the national economy. A device for the manufacture of foam products containing a mold made of moving and stationary parts, forming elements and a product removal unit is known. The drawbacks of the device are the possibility of deforming the products before they are removed. It is also known a device for shaping foam products containing a mold with a movable bottom, a cap of a mold, forming elements and a mechanism for moving the bottom in the form of power cylinders 2. This device is the closest to the technical essence and the achieved result to the invention. The disadvantages of this device include the possibility of deforming the products when they are removed from the mold. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the deformation of the finished products when removing them from the mold. This goal is achieved by the fact that a device for molding foam products containing a mold mounted on a base with a movable bottom, a mold cover, forming elements and a bottom movement mechanism in the form of actuating cylinders, according to the invention, is equipped with a movable bracket suspended on the mold cap elements and pneumatic cylinders mounted on the base on which the mold cover rests. FIG. 1 shows a device for foaming foam in a mold; in fig. 2 is a cross section of the device when the product is separated from the mold walls; in fig. 3 a cross-section of the 397 device when removing products from the form. A device for forming foam products comprises a form 1 of rectangular cross section. Form 1 is installed on base 2 and is provided with a cover 3 on which a bracket with forming partitions 5 is suspended. The bottom 6 of the form is mounted with the possibility of vertical movement by means of the mechanism of movement of the bottom in the form of pneumatic cylinders 7. The cover of the form rests on pneumatic cylinders 8. The form 9 produces A gap 10 is selected between the bracket and the cover. The device operates as follows. Components are poured into the internal cavity of the mold to obtain foam products. The cover 3 with the bracket and the forming partitions 5 is lowered into the internal cavity of the mold with the help of pneumatic cylinders 8. After foaming and curing of the foam in the mold, the finished product 9 is obtained. The pneumatic cylinder 7 the bottom 6 rises upwards and simultaneously lifts the bracket C with the forming partitions 5. The cover 3 remains stationary while the finished products are detached from the walls of the mold. After passing the length corresponding to the gap 10 between the bracket and the cover, the bottom stops. Cylinders 8 cover 3 rises up, removing the bracket 4 from the mold with the forming partitions 5 and finished products 9 fixed on it. After removing them from the form, the finished products are separated from the forming partitions. Due to the lack of relative movement of the forming partitions 5 and the finished product 9 at the time of separation of the products from the walls of the mold, the deformation of the finished products is excluded. The application of the invention allows to improve the quality of manufactured products. Apparatus of the Invention A device for forming foam products, comprising a mold mounted on the base, a mold cover, forming elements and a bottom movement mechanism in the form of actuating cylinders, so as to eliminate the deformation of the finished products when removing them from the mold, the device is provided with a movable arm suspended on the mold cover with forming elements fixed on it and pneumatic cylinders mounted on the bases on which the mold cover rests.
