; . . . The invention relates to industrial heat and power engineering and can be used for arranging linings of a rotary kiln used in the production of alumina, cement and other. gyx / materials obtained by sintering. The lining of the rotary kiln is known, containing various blocks of solid bricks by successively alternating them around the circumference and arranging them in adjacent rings tl. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is the lining of a rotary kiln, which contains lightweight and dense refractories 2 alternating along the CIRCLE and the kiln. The common drawbacks of the known devices are increased wear of fire resistant stones and insufficient reliability of the kiln operation. for the occurrence of longitudinal thermal stresses in the lining of footer. The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of operation of the furnace and the durability of the lining. The goal is achieved by the fact that, in the lining of rotating shim containing alternating around the circumference and length of the furnace, lightweight and dense refractories are installed around the circumference of the furnace with a ratio of 1: 2} L and the length of the furnace with a ratio of 1: 3 with simultaneous helical displacing the lightweight, refractory in adjacent rows by 1/2 brick. The drawing shows a scan of the inner surface of the masonry of dense refractory and lightweight bricks. The alternation of dense 1 and lightweight 2 refractories along the length of pemi with a ratio of 1: 3 and simultaneous screw-different displacement of lightweight refractory 9 pa in adjacent rows of 1/2 brick both peppered compensation of longitudinal forces in the lining at the onset of thermal stresses, and the alternation around the circumference of lightweight and dense refractories with a ratio of 1: 2-1: aimed at compensating the expansion of the lining masonry in the transverse direction. Due to the reduction in thermal stress 1, the wear of refractory stones is reduced, the durability of the lining and the stability of the rotary kiln are increased. According to test data, the duration of continuous operation of the Lutra is increased by 20-30. The layout of refractory stones in a figure of lightweight and dense bricks is optimal, since it allows the greatest reduction in thermal stresses in refractory masonry. The most appropriate application of the proposed lining on rotary kilns used in the production of alumina and cement. The invention of the lining of the rotary kiln, containing lightweight and dense refractories alternating around the circumference and length of the furnace, characterized in that, in order to improve the reliability of operation of the furnace and the durability of the lining, lightweight and dense refractories are installed around the furnace circumference with a ratio of 1: 2-1: , and the length of the furnace is 1: 3 with a one-dimensional spiral shift of the lightweight refractory in adjacent rows of 1/2 brick.
