(54) ФОРКАМЕРА(54) FORCAMERA

Изобретение относитс  к двигателестроению , а именно к конструкци м форкамер,преимущественно дл  роторных двигателей, работающих с факельным зажиганием. Известны форкамеры, содержащие корпус с каналами дл  подвода возду и отвода продуктов сгорани ,топливо подвод щую форсунку,свечу зажигани  В этих форкамерах впрыск топлива на стенки камеры создает неблагопри  тные услови  дл  организации однородной топливовоздушной смеси, что снижает полноту сгорани  топлива. Известны также форкамеры дл  двигателей внутреннего сгорани , содержащие «орпус с каналами дл  подвода воздуха и отвода продуктов сгорани , топливоподающую форсунку, свечу зажигани  и тепловой экран, расположенный между форсункой и свечой 2. Недостатками известных форкамер . вл ютс  накачес венна  очистка от .продуктов сгорани  объема камеры,об зованной вокруг электродов свечи ст кой экрана,и неоднородность слоев т ливово.здушной смеси,возникающа  из за вращательного движени  зар да в форкамере, привод щего к обеднению е-кеси в районе расположени  эле1№рОдов свечи и, как следствие, снижению полноты сгорани  топлива. Цель изобретени  - повышение полноты сгорани  топлива. Указанна  цель достигаетс  тем, что тепловой экран выполнен в виде полого конуса, размещенного с зазором относительно стенок корпуса форкамеры , со стороны вершины которого соосно с ним расположена форсунка и тангенциально каналы дл  подвода воздуха , а со стороны основани  - свеча зажигани  и канал дл  отвода продуктов сгорани . На фиг.1 изображена форкамера; на фиг. 2 -сечение А-А на фиг. 1. Форкамера содер ит корпус 1, сверху Прикрытый крышкой 2. 3 рабочей полости ка.меры расположен тепловой экран 3, выполненный в виде полого конуса . Соосно с экраном в верхней крышке расположена форсунка 4 и здесь же (в плоскости поперечного сечени  А-А) с тангенциальным выходом на рабочую поверхность размещены каналы 5 дл  подвода воздуха. Со стороны основани  корпуса (за экраном) размещена свеча 6 и каналы 7 дл  отвода продуктов сгорани . The purpose of the invention is to increase the completeness of the combustion of fuel. This goal is achieved by the fact that the heat shield is made in the form of a hollow cone placed with a gap relative to the walls of the chamber of the pre-chamber, from the top of which the nozzle and tangentially channels for supplying air are coaxial with it, and from the base side the spark plug and the product outlet burnout Figure 1 shows the prechamber; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1.
