(54) CHARGE POWDER WIRE
The invention relates to the composition of zig: you flux cored wire designed for welding mainly nickel-chromium austenitic steel. The known flux-cored wire for mechanized surfacing and welding of nickel chrome steel 1, consisting of a metal sheath and a powder-like mixture of the following composition, weight. Calcium fluoride, 4-12 jQpyoKHCb titanium4-12 Feldspar1-5 Metallic chromium38-55 Ferromanganese 10-2O Ferrosilicon1-3 Ferrotitanium2-10 Iron powder up to 25% can be added to the mixture. The austenitic and austenitic-ferritic structure of the weld metal or weld deposition is ensured due to the content in the charge of an anchor-heel amount of austenitizers' coking components. Known flux-cored wire for mechanized deposition of С 2, containing, wt.%: Alk 1i-Mg powder O, 3-O, 6 Chrom17-19-19 Nickel1.8-2.5 Ferrotitanium1.3-1.8 Rutile4-5 Marble1-1, 5 Fluorite shpa-g4-6 Metal sheath Else However, the cored wire is characterized by a high content of carbon and titanium in the weld metal, which does not provide a high resistance to hot cracking. The deposition process is characterized by a high sensitivity to the porosity of the metal of the weld beads, due to intense magnesium burnout at all stages of the arc process.
The purpose of izofeteniya is to improve the resistance of the metal of the cladding against the formation of hot cracks, reducing its sensitivity: porosity.
доставленна цель достигаетс тем, что состав шихты порошковой проволоки дл сварки и наплавки хромоникелевой аустенитной стали, содержащий плавиковый шпат, рутил, хром, никель, ферроти f: .„-.,The delivered target is achieved by the fact that the composition of the charge of the flux-cored wire for welding and surfacing of chromium-nickel austenitic steel containing fluorspar, rutile, chromium, nickel, and ferro-f :. -.,

Окислы натри спо собствуют стабилизации дугового разр да .liquid bath, which contributes to austenisadium crystallized metal. Sodium nitrate promotes oxidation in the weld metal. Sodium oxides contribute to the stabilization of the arc discharge.
Zirconium, as an element that exhibits a high strength of a chemical agent to
Кроме этого, последний , повьпаа жидкотекучесть шлака,oxygen and nitrogen, increases the resistance of the metal of welds and cladding against the formation of hot cracks. In order to reduce the hydrogen content in the weld metal and, consequently, reduce the possibility of pore formation caused by the increased hydrogen content, zirconium concentrate is introduced into the charge of the flux-cored wire. In addition, the latter, the flowability of slag,

2. Т а 6 л и ц а 23 steel Prepaxed flux-cored wire can be used in welding and surfacing of austenitic steels in a protective atmosphere of carbon dioxide, under a layer of flux and without additional protection of the welding arc. When surfacing and welding with the proposed flux-cored wire compositions, excellent formation of 9 63 slag weld inclusions, absence of pores, and other defects is ensured. Welding and surfacing with an open arc is performed at a direct current of reverse polarity using electric power sources with a hard external volt-ampere characteristic in the modes presented in tdbp. 2.
