Description
.The invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the manufacture of concrete products with a packed layer. Concrete mixtures are known, including a concrete, aggregate and water-repellent additives. The disadvantage of these concretes is low frost resistance. Closest to the invention is a raw mix for obtaining a compacted layer of concrete products, including .- lime 7, portland cement 7, quartz sand 8 and ground bitumen 5.0 2. The disadvantage of it is low frost resistance and poor decorative properties. The purpose of the invention is to increase the frost resistance of the compacted layer and to enhance its decorative properties. The goal is achieved by the fact that the raw material mixture for obtaining compacted concrete products, including lime, Portland cement, silica sand and a hydrophobic additive, contains as an additive hydrophobic chalk the following ratio of components, wt.%: Lime 6-8 Portland cement 6-8 Hydrophobic chalk 4-8 Quartz sand Else Fine chalk, hydrophobized with synthetic fatty acids fraction - 020 in the amount of 1.5-2% by weight of chalk, is a highly plastic material. In the process of mixing with the components of the raw material mixture, it participates in the redistribution of the water-repellent agent between the solid particles of the raw material mixture, which contributes to an increase in the frost resistance and water resistance of the finished product. In addition, in the process of thermal processing of chalk involved in the formation; calcium carbohydrosilicates, which contributes to an increase in frost resistance and water resistance of the finished product. In addition, in the process of thermal treatment of chalk involved in the formation of calcium carbohydrate silicates, thereby increasing the strength of the compacted layer. The high natural whiteness of chalk contributes to the improvement of the decorative properties of the surface and the oTOBoro product, increasing its whiteness. . The mixture is prepared as follows. .
Cjo) .The following components of the raw mix are loaded into the vibratory mixer; Of these, quick-extinguishing, activity 92%, Portland cement 400; sand slime (62.5% sand, specific surface 1700 cMVr); hydrophobic chalk 5 (2% synthetic fatty acid fraction C Cjo).
The mixture is stirred for 1 minute and then poured into a horizontally mounted mold for the manufacture of 10 wall panels, leveled on a vibrating table and held until setting (30-45 missions).
