Description
The invention relates to foundry production, namely, separation coating compositions for heated modal core tooling.
Cl.The separation coating SKT-R is known, which is a solution of polydimethylsiloxane heat-resistant rubber in white spirit, which prevents sand-resin mixtures from being applied to the surface of the model or core box during the manufacture of molds and cores using hot equipment Cl.
However, with good heat-resistant and anti-adhesive properties, this composition performs only separation functions, without improving the surface of the rods, as well as during evaporation, it strongly pollutes the environment.
2.Separating coatings are also known, which are a two-sixteen-fold aqueous solution of L.Tex of a heat-resistant polydimethypsiloxane rubber with a dry matter content of 1-10% C2.
However, the process of making such a composition is multistage and requires special equipment.
The process of manufacturing high-precision casting, such as hydraulic equipment castings, where internal channel accuracy is required, is characterized by tighter tolerances, which is regulated by the first class of castings, the geometrical parameters and the quality of the cast surface of the molds and cores are of particular importance.
The closest in technical essence and achieved reg ultatu
настки, содержащее, вес.%: фенол-формальдегидна смола (ПК-104) 35-45, наполнитель (микромаршалит) 5-10,10 is a release liner for a heated model core rod containing, in wt.%: Phenol-formaldehyde resin (PC-104) 35-45, filler (micromarschalite) 5-10,

This coating has a positive effect on the cleanliness of the surface of the castings. However, this coverage is not enough
20 against the surface of the model-rod tooling, which, in turn, leads to flaking of the coating and deterioration of the surface of the molds or cores, and, consequently, the castings,
1The aim of the invention is to improve the cleanliness of the surface of the castings. This goal is achieved in that a release coating comprising phenol formaldehyde resin,. filler and solvent, contains talc and silver graph as a filler in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%: Phenol-formaldehyde resin (SF-015) 35-45 Tal k5-10 Silver graphite 5-10 Solvent Remaining As a solvent, the coating contains acetone (GOST 2603-71). The presence of a binder (Phenol-formaldehyde resin, 1CF - 015 GOST18694-73) and talc in the release coating makes it possible to obtain a durable coating by hot equipment, which easily adheres to a rod or a form in a surface with a smooth surface. Silver graphite increases the anti-adhesion of the coating to the surface of the model-rod tooling, which, in turn, increases the adhesion of the coating to the core or form. When applied to the surface of the equipment of the proposed coating, its uniform distribution over this surface occurs, there is no contamination and no smudges. The resulting rods and shapes have a smooth, mirror-like surface with increased density, which accordingly improves the quality of the surface of the casts. The coating is prepared as follows. Talc is added to the calculated amount of solvent (acetone) and stirred for 2-3 minutes, then SF-015 phenol-formaldehyde resin and silver graphite are added and mixed until the components are evenly distributed by volume. A spray coating is applied to the surface of the heated model rod snap to obtain a uniform layer. The compositions and properties of the proposed and known coatings are given in table. 1 and 2. As can be seen from the table. 2, the third coating composition is optimal. Implementation of the invention will improve the surface of the molds and cores (accuracy up to 0.1-0.3 mg), thereby increasing the surface finish (R 515 µm) and dimensional accuracy of castings.
