Description
В ОСНОВНОМ авт. св. N° 90409 описан способ обезвоживани сивушного масла с применением перегонки. По этому способу к сивушному маслу, содержаш,ему воду, добавл ют четыреххлористый углерод и подвергают азеотропную смесь перегонке , в результате которой выдел етс обезвоженное сивушное масло. Предлагаемый способ вл етс дальнейшим усовершенствованием способа по авт. св. №90409 и заключаетс в том, что дл получени обезвоженного сивушного масла к нему, взамен четыреххлористого углерода, добавл ют бензол, что упрощает выполнение азеотропной ректификации. Предлагаемый способ осуществл етс так же, как это описано в авт. св. № 90409, только взамен четыреххлористого углерода к сивушному маслу, содержащему воду, добавл ют бензол. на обычной колонке отгон ют бензол , который увлекает воду, этиловый и пропиловый спирты. го спирта удал ют, а верхний возвращают на перегонку. полного удалени воды, после чего отгон ют бензол. масла перегонкой по авт. св. № 90409 отличающийс тем, что дл получени обезвоженного сивушного масла к нему, взамен четыреххлористого углерода, добавл ют бензол.
