(54) РЕЗЕЦ С СИСТЕМОЙ ОХЛАЖДЕНИЯ(54) COOLING CUTTER
Изобретение относитс к конструкци м режущего инструмента, в частности резцов, и может быть использовано во многих отрасл х народного хоз йства дл обработки резанием различных материалов, преимущественно труднообрабатываемых, например жаропрочных или эластичных, с использованием глубокого охлаждени зоны резани резцом, обладающим сверххладопроводностью . Известен резец с системой охлаждени , в котором режуща пластинка установлена на державке, имеющей герметичную полость, в которой смонтирована ось с мещалкой, св занна с приводом в виде крыльчатки 1. Этот резец, за счет разбрызгивани жидкого теплоносител на охлаждаемую режущую пластинку разрущает паровую рубашку, тем самым повыша интенсивность теплообмена в зоне нагрева. Однако высокой скорости испарени теплоносител в зоне нагрева должна соответствовать интенсивна конденсаци теплоносител в зоне охлаждени , так как в противном случае весь теплоноситель может обратитьс в газообразную фазу и процесс охлаждени будет нарушен. Заведомое же снижение процесса парообразовани в зоне нагрева уменьшает термодинамическую эффективность процесса охлаждени резца. Цель изобретени - .увеличение термодинамической эффективности процесса охлаждени резца. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что резец снабжен термоэлектрической батареей, холодные спаи которой установлены во внутренней герметичной полости, и генератором электрического тока, механически св занным с крыльчаткой и электрически - с термоэлектрической батареей. При этом гор чие спаи термоэлектрической батареи могут быть снабжены воздущным радиатором, смонтированным снаружи державки. На фиг. 1 изображен резец; на фиг. 2 - крыльчатка и генератор, разрез. The known reduction in the steam generation process in the heating zone reduces the thermodynamic efficiency of the cutter cooling process. The purpose of the invention is to increase the thermodynamic efficiency of the cooling process of the cutter. This goal is achieved by the fact that the cutter is equipped with a thermoelectric battery, the cold junctions of which are installed in the internal sealed cavity, and an electric current generator mechanically connected with the impeller and electrically with the thermoelectric battery. In this case, the hot junctions of the thermoelectric battery can be equipped with an air-cooled radiator mounted outside the holder.
