I The invention relates to a drying technique, in particular to the automatic regulation of the drying process in convection tunnel dryers. A known method of automatically controlling the drying process, mainly in tunnel convective dryers, by measuring the temperature of the heat transfer fluid at the entrance to the dryer and changing the flow rate of atmospheric hot air and recirculation l. However, the known method does not allow improving the quality of drying to the required level. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of drying. This goal is achieved by additionally measuring the moisture and temperature of the coolant behind the zone of critical moisture content of the material and the humidity of the heat transfer fluid at the entrance to the dryer, followed by corrective action on the ratio of hot and atmospheric air according to the sum of measured temperatures, and on the circulation flow - on the sum of the measured humidity of the coolant. The drawing shows a device that allows to implement the proposed method. The device contains a temperature sensor 1 and a sensor 2 moisture content of the heat carrier sampled by the fan 3 at the critical humidity point of the products, temperature sensor 4 / and the moisture content sensor 5 of the heat carrier pumped into the tunnel dryer unit 6 by the fan 7 from the mixing chamber 8. The device also includes summing up blocks 9 and 10, controllers P and 12, controlling the actuators 13 and 14, the movement of which is transmitted through nonlinear elements (for example, profile patterns) 5 and 16 to rheostatic setting devices 17 and 18, regulating The tori 39 19 and 20, which control the actuators 21 and whose axes are connected to the rheostat sensors 23 and 24. To maintain a predetermined discharge in front of the suction fan 25, the device is equipped with a discharge sensor 26 with an appropriate regulator 27 and actuator 28. Supply The advertising into the mixing chamber is carried out by a fan. The device works as follows. Sensors 3 and 4 temperature and sensor
10,ki 2 and 5 moisture content of the coolant at the point of critical humidity of products and at the entrance to the dryer are connected to the summing blocks 9 and 10,
К другим входам этих регул торов подключены реостатные датчики 23 и 24 исполнительных меха1шзм(Ув 21 и 22.When the temperature or moisture content of the coolant changes at the critical moisture content of the products, a signal appears at the output of the corresponding summed unit. This signal is converted into regulators And, 12 and fed to executive units 13 and 14, which respectively change the flow rate of hot air and recirculation. The movement of the actuators 13 and 14 is transmitted via nonlinear elements 15 and 16 to the rheostatic 3-sensors 17 and 18, which are connected to the inputs of the regulators 19 and 20. To the other inputs of these regulators are connected the rheostatic sensors 23 and 24 of the actuating mechanisms (CB 21 and 22.
При изменении расхода гор чего воздуха и рециркул та соответственно измен етс задание регул торам 19 и 20, которые через исполнительные механизмы 21 и 22 измен ют однов ременно и пропорционально, соответственно , расходы атмосферного воз15 госодержаниё и расход теплоносител .When changing the flow rate of hot air and recirculation, the task to the regulators 19 and 20, which, through the actuators 21 and 22, change simultaneously and proportionally, respectively, the costs of atmospheric recovery and coolant flow, changes accordingly.
