(SM WAY OF MAKING A LUMINESCENT SCREEN
После выжигани сло органического лака тонка металлическа плёнка лишь прилегает непосредственно к зачищенной поверхности прозрачной подложки, что в дальнейшем приводит к отслаиванию материала пленки и, в конечном итоге, к выходу прибора из стро .The invention relates to electro-vacuum technology, in particular to the manufacture of fluorescent screens for electron-optical converters. A known method of manufacturing a screen consists in that after applying a phosphor layer to the entire surface of the transparent substrate, the latter is thoroughly cleaned from its edge. A layer of organic lacquer is applied to the entire surface of the thus prepared screen to obtain a conducting film of uniform thickness on the rough surface of the phosphor, and then a thin metal film is applied by vacuum deposition. The final step in the manufacture of the screen is to burn off a layer of organic varnish. 11 The disadvantage of this method is the insufficient adhesion of the conductive film to the edge of the screen. Also known is a manufacturing / daminescent screen, in which a phosphor layer is applied to the whole substrate, a portion of the phosphor layer is removed along the substrate perimeter, an organic varnish layer, a conductive film, a second conductive film are deposited, and an organic varnish layer is burned out 2. A disadvantage of the known method is the low quality of the screen due to insufficient adhesion to the substrate / tuminas screen on its edge part, since a metal film is applied to the organic lacquer layer before it is burned out. After burning off the organic lacquer layer, a thin metal film only adjoins directly to the cleaned surface of the transparent substrate, which further leads to the peeling of the film material and, ultimately, to the output of the device.
