Однако известный способ вл етс трудоемким, не обеспечивает полный выход флавоноидов. Цель изобретени - расширение сыр евой базы и упрощение способа. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что в качестве источника сырь испол зуют листь змееголовника сибирского (Dracocephalun nutans L), которые экстрактируют 70%-ным этиловым спиртом , далее гидролизат охлаждают до 0-3 С и хроматографирование провод т на полиамидном геле. Способ осуществл етс следующим образом. 100 Г воздушно-сухих листьев змееголовника сибирского (Dracocephalun nutans L) исчерпывающе экстрагируют этанолом при нагревании на вод ной бане. Полученный экстракт сгущают под вакуумом и оставшеес водное извлечение (100 мл) очищают экстракцией хлороформом. К полученному сгущенному и очищенному водному экстракту змееголовника сибирского добавл ют 3 г ферментного препарата Пектаваморин Г 10х и инкубируют в термостате при . По ходу инкубации провер ют полноту гидролиза методом двумерной бумажной хроматографии в системах растворителей бутанол-лед на уксусна кислота-вода (4:1:5) и 15%-а уксусна кислота, про вл флавоновые агликоны в УФ-свете. Полнота гидролиза достигаетс через 48 ч.
