Description

A method for dressing cotton iKaneii using silica is proposed.

The use of silica as an finishing agent is known, but a satisfactory formulation of ε-pre-addition has not yet been found. For example, it is known that silica hydrate, as a gelatinous colloid, is similar in some properties to starch paste, but is not used in the sizing agent, since, being applied to the fabric, it does not stick to it and, during drying, turns into anhydrous silica, flies away in the form of dust.

The proposed method differs from the limestone. that the fabrication of the tissues is carried out in a cold solution consisting of 50 g of silicate (containing 12.9% NaOH and 26% SiOi), 5 g of technical glycerin, 17.8 g of hydrochloric 28% acid and 5 g of rosin soap on litere of water . The method is based on the use, the properties of SiO-collocde exist in 3: a1 depending on the conditions of its preparation, in two forms: Soluble (| hydrosol) and insoluble (hydrogel). The fabric is read on plusC | Vke soluble silica gels prepared from 50 g of silicate (containing 12.9% NaOH and 26% SiO2), 28 ° of hydrochloric acid with the addition of 5 g of technical glycerol and 5 g of rosin soap per liter of water and dried on drums. The drying of the substrate allows for the isolation of insoluble silicic acid, which in the method described is the main instrumental material.

еличени  - клей-кости коллоидного раствора и его устойчивости в растворе гидрозол .Rosin soap is added to the sizing agent as an adhesive composition as an additive to silicate, and glycerin is added to give the fabric a glossiness and as a hygroscopic substance. As a hygroscopic substance, table salt can be used, which is formed during the neutralization of hydrochloric acid silicate. To increase the value - glue-bones of a colloidal solution and its stability in the hydrosol solution.

No. 91966- 2 -, (g-; -.c.-- ..-. Vvr--, .-., -: fcf LH - 4acTjb,) is left of the free silicate. Ultramarine for coloration is added directly to the aptsarate. Aniseptics are not required; The proposed spas for dressing cotton fabrics, in addition to replacing food products, gives ekonomia in a pair, as well as preparation of the solution and the addition of fabrics to them (Leads in the cold.
