Description
The invention relates to forestry and can be used for reforestation. The known method of growing planting stock for seed plantations is that annual seedlings are sorted according to size, rolled into polyethylene coils and left to grow in closed ground, grafting is carried out through grafts for harvesting yut with plus trees. Grafted saplings 2 years grown in the greenhouse t 11. However, the method does not take into account the different degree of compatibility of the grafting components inherent in cross-pollinated tree species. Therefore, grafted seedlings of any clone grown by a known method vary greatly in pa3N.epaM and condition, and a significant part of the weakened grafted seedlings are rejected before cutting into a constant area. In addition to TGO, after landing on a constant area, there is a drop in weakened vaccinations. All this leads to an increase in the cost of growing grafted seedlings during the creation of grafting plantations. The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield of grafted planting material and increase productivity. The goal is achieved by the fact that genotypes are determined by the number of seeds in the stocks at the seedling stage and individuals with 6-8 seeds are left for further rearing, and as graft they use cuttings of elite trees, in which the hereditary properties are determined year through early diagnosis on the number of semes. The cultivation of grafted planting material of Scots pine is carried out according to the following flow chart. Polyethylene cylinders with 3 peat substrates are seeded behind FOR full grain seeds. In seedlings, the number of seeds is determined and, for further cultivation, one individual is left with 6.7 or 8 seeds. Stocks are grown for 2-3 years. For grafting, cuttings are used only from elite trees, in which hereditary properties are determined in advance in any productive year by the method of early diagnosis by the number of seeds. The grafted planting material is grown in a greenhouse for 2 years. The verification of the method was carried out on animals with 5i6 and 7 semes, most often found in the progeny of the population. The cuttings were planted against trees with good, satisfactory and unsatisfactory properties. The results of life and growth of two-year grafts of Scots pine on the distal lobes are shown in the table. The data obtained show that cuttings from elite trees (queen cells No. 12, H9) better take root on 4 legs with 6 and 7 seeds, than on 5 seeds of long lobes. The difference in the yield of well-developed grafted seedlings here was about kQ%, and compared to the average value for all the rootstocks - 15-20. Cuttings from trees with unsatisfactory hereditary properties (the queen tree) in the progeny of which are dominated by individuals with and with five seven seeds better settled down and grow on the roots with five seeds. All this testifies that the closer each immunization component is to its atomomic morphological characteristics, the more compatible they are, the better they grow together, and the faster they grow and develop. Thus, for vegetative propagation of elite pine trees, it is necessary to use 6-8 seedlings. Selection of compatible vaccination components by 15–25% increases the yield of well-developed grafted planting material, which possesses valuable hereditary properties.
