Трубчатый элемент состоит из фланцев / с косынками 2 и патрубками 3, к которым приварены колки 4 дл  намотки напр женной арматуры 5. Во врем  изготовлени  трубчатых элементов фланцы с патрубками и колками через установочное кольцо 6, болты 7 и вкладыши 8 опираютс  на кассету 9. На колки 4 навиваетс  напр женна  арматура 5. Усили  от нат нутой арматуры в процессе изготовлени  элемента передаютс  -кассете. После бетонировани  трубы на станке и предварительцого твердени  бетона кассета удал етс . Дл  этого с помощью домкрата подт гиваетс  установочное кольцо 6, разболчиваютс  болты 7, убираютс  БКладЫЩи 8; затем кольцо 6 удал етс .
