The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in particular to compositions comprising a pulp, a sizing agent, a filler and caulk, which is the basis for the production of paper. Formulations for the production of paper and} cardboard are known, where talc with low whiteness is used as a filler. It is known to use silicates as a filler. They are characterized by high whiteness, a high degree of dispersion, however, the methods for their preparation are rather complicated and, as a result, the data of the filler is definitive; and roads compared to the well-known natural fillers L2j. The closest in composition of ingredients to isoferhenia is a composition for the production of paper and cardboard, including sulphite pulp, hardened glue, alumina and, as a filler, kaolin Gs .1. The disadvantages of the known composition are: a significant reduction in the degree of sizing of the paper as compared with the unfilled composition, and, consequently, an increase in the consumption of sizing agents; the filler retention is relatively low, which leads to an increase in filler costs and wastewater contamination; paper-and-cardboard production; the low whiteness of the filler used, which makes it possible to obtain paper with betshna no more than 8 ~ 83 o; kaolin, due to its use in various fields of industry (pulp and paper, food, building materials industry) is scarce and relatively expensive BeiJiecTBOM. The aim of the invention is to increase the quality of magicians while reducing its cost. The goal is achieved by the fact that the known composition, which includes sulphite pulp, reinforced glue, filler and alumina, as napolito соп soper390 jjfHT silica gel, is the production of fluorine aluminum in the following ratio of yarn,% by weight, dry matter: Fortified glue1.5-1.7 Silicel4.3-15.4 Alumina6.1-7 Sulfite Cellulose Else The use of silica in an amount of less than 5, About May. % of the weight of the fiber is impractical because it does not inform the paper of the necessary whiteness, opacity, smoothness and other properties, and an increase in the consumption of silica of 20 wt.% leads to a decrease in the mechanical characteristics of the paper (breaking length, break). Example. Cellulose in the amount of 8Og (in terms of dry substance), consisting of 40 g of sulfite bleached softwood and 40 g of sulfite bleached hardwood, is dissolved in a laboratory disintegrator at a concentration of 2% by weight. Grinding of cellulose results in a laboratory roll to 35 HR. Next, the prepared glue is added in the amount of 1.6 g, the filler is 4.0 g, and the alumina is 6.4 g. The filler has the following chemical composition, wt%: SiOj, 25.4; 70, Oj ABFjj 4.6 g. Preparation of the working filler suspension is made by mixing it with water in a ratio of 1:10. The composition has the following ratio of ingredients, wt,%, calculated on the dry matter: Cellulose mass87 Fortified 1.7 Alumina Kreknegel 4,3 Prototypes of paper are made by a standard method on a sheet-making apparatus. After conditioning, the mechanical and phyto-mechanical properties of the samples, Example 2 are tested. Similar to Example 1, but the consumption of the filler is 10 g (12.5% by weight of the weight of absolutely dry cellulose), i.e. The composition has the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%, in terms of dry matter: Cellulose mass 81.5 Reinforced glue1.6 Alumina6.5 Cremegel1O, 4 EXAMPLE 3. Similar to Example 1, the consumption of filler is 16 g. (20 wt.% From the weight of absolutely dry cellulose), i.e. The composition has the following ratio of ingredients, wt.% in terms of dry matter: Cellulose mass 77 Fortified glue1.5 Alumina6.1 Silica gel 15.4 EXAMPLE 4. The method of making samples of paper is analogous to example 1, about the thickness of the stem used according to the well-known the composition of the kaolin brand KN-84 in the amount of 16 g (20 wt.% by weight of absolutely dry cellulose), ie, It leaves the following ratio of ingredients, wt.% based on the dry matter: Cellulose mass77 Reinforced glue1.5 Alumina6.1 Kaolin15.4 The table shows the results of tests of experimental paper samples. As can be seen from the table, the use of silica gel as a paper filler makes it possible to increase the holding capacity by 2 times compared with the known composition, to increase the whiteness degree by 2 - 3.5%, to reduce the dustiness of paper by 2.4 times, to increase the structural strength by 10% while maintaining the indices of the unleashed length and fracture. The high retention of filler (silica gel) allows reducing the consumption of expensive and scarce cellulose, as well as reducing the pollution of paper production wastewater. In addition, the replacement of kaolin ha silica gel leads to a decrease in the cost of paper, because silica gel is a waste product.
% в пересчете на сухое вещество .sulphite pulp, hardened glue, filler and alumina, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of paper while reducing its cost, it contains silica gel as a filler - waste is produced; aluminum fluoride is used during the next :: oh component, May. % based on dry matter.
