В Of С 5/16,03.05.76.The proposed separator includes a housing made in the form of a vortex tube 1, hermetically closed upper 2 and lower 3 covers. In the upper part of the vortex tube. In its wall there is a nozzle C for feeding the mixture, located tangentially, and a nozzle 5 for gas supply, also located tangentially, above and parallel to the pipe C. In the lower part of the vortex tube there is a nozzle 6 for lowering the separated liquid into the container 7 for collecting the separated liquid. Capacity 7 soydinen with pipe 6 tube 8. In the top cover 2 of the vortex tube along the axis of the latter tube 9 is rigidly installed for the output of the separated gas. In the bottom cover 3 of the vortex tube, the tube 10 is movably mounted along the axis of the latter for returning gas from the tank 7 to the vortex tube 1 with the possibility of moving the tube 10 along the axis of the vortex tube. This movement can be carried out, for example, by hand, while loosening the seal assembly of the tube 10 in the bottom cover 3 0. The separator is operated as follows. Through the nozzle, a mixture of liquid and gas is fed into the vortex tube 1, in which vortex motion occurs. In order to increase its intensity, a gas is additionally supplied to the vortex tube through the pipe 5. In this case, by centrifugal forces, the particles of liquid are thrown onto the inner surface of the vortex tube, and the gas moves along the axis of the tube to the top cover. Through tube 3 of the separated gas outlet, the latter leaves the separator Through pipe 6 and tube 8 from the separated gas, together with some gas enters the tank 7 for collecting the separated liquid, due to the presence of pressure gradients in the vortex tube gas the bones from the tank 7 through the tube 10 enters the vortex tube 1, where the liquid drops are separated from the gas, and the cleaned gas leaves the vortex tube 1 through the tube E. The proposed device provides secondary Separation of the mixture is due to the presence of a tube for returning gas from the tank to collect the separated liquid into the vortex tube and making it movable with the possibility of moving along the axis of the vortex tube. By performing an additional gas inlet in the housing wall, the intensity of the vortex movement in the vortex tube increases. All this improves the quality of separation of the mixture at a variable flow rate and its concentration. Thus, in the case of using the proposed separator when removing a mixture from a jet of a diesel nozzle, the fuel loss is no more than 3%. Claims of the invention the release of the separated liquid, the container for the separated liquid and the axial tube, which is movably mounted in the bottom of the housing and connected to the container for the separated liquid, which is The degree of separation due to the stabilization of the flow when the flow rate of the mixture changes, the vortex separator is equipped with an additional pipe for gas supply, which is installed tangentially in the housing above the inlet pipe.
