(3).This flux may contain complex fluorides, such as lithium fluorotitanate (3).
The known flux allows to obtain satisfactory quality welds. However, it is not convenient to use, because 3 is used in a dry form. In addition, when welding using this flux, pores and oxide inclusions may form. The purpose of the invention is to improve the technological preparation of the flux in the form of a paste, as well as to improve the quality of welds of aluminum and its alloys. This goal is achieved by the fact that the flux additionally contains potassium fluoride and sodium fluoride in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Calcium fluoride 5-7 Lithium fluoride37-45 Magnesium fluoride 6-10 Barium fluoride 10-14 Potassium fluoride. 24-30 Sodium fluoride 5-7. Calcium fluoride, fluoride; magnesium sputum and fluoride contribute to the dissolution of the surface oxide film and its transfer to slag. At the same time, they melt the molten metal from your welding area of the workfaction zone from the influence of the surrounding atmosphere. I Barium fluoride when introducing it. From flux composition, it improves the air quality of the weld pool, improves the formation of the weld root, separates the slag crust and residues; flux from the surface of the parts and from the products. With the introduction of ft (hard potassium and a small amount of sodium fluoride) into the composition of the flux, the oxide inclusions and pores in the weld metal are reduced. Functional sodium fluoride simultaneously performs function binding components. When using flux in the form of a paste, fluorides of potassium and fluorine sodium contribute to a strong adhesion of the flux to the surface of the parts being welded. When using flux in the form of a paste, it is kneaded in an ethyl syphte in the ratio of 1:20. Prn ztom. a complete solution takes place (flux flux. Before we melt the alcohol components in the alcohol melt at a temperature of 650-670 ° C and then granulate after cooling down. Evaporation of the alcohol after annealing the flux paste onto the surface of the parts takes 1.5-2 min at a coma temperature. For stable arc burning, effective protection of the back side of the weld pool and improvement of the formation of a weld, flux in the form of a paste is applied from the root side. Table shows the properties of the proposed flux. High-strength thermally packaged material was used for welding This is an aluminum alloy 01420, which has not been used in welded structures up to now due to excessive porosity of the weld metal and strong softening of the joints. All three flux compositions provide a drastic reduction in porosity, refining the weld metal from oxide inclusions and harmful impurities, and contributes to increasing the strength and ductility of welded joints and joints. After welding, the flux residues and slag are well washed off in water traction. The composition of the flux is optimal with the following ratio of components, wt.%: Calcium fluoride6 Li-fluoride41 Magnesium fluoride8 Barium fluoride12 Cashmere fluoride Fluoride sodium flux. composition contributes to the quality of welds and joints of aniQMOffleBbix alloys. In welded aluminum alloys, the fatigue is completely suppressed, and in high-strength aluminum alloy 01420, the porosity is drastically reduced. The remaining single fine pores in the welds of alloy 01420 are | SJ acceptable even in very demanding structures, since they do not violate the sealant seal to almost no effect on the properties of welded joints.
